What OHI-S is
OHI-S is an online education platform for dentists and dental professionals. Its home page title calls it "TRAINING COURSES ON DENTISTRY: Online Courses, Webinars, Congresses, Seminars and Workshops," and its description reads "All training courses for dentists in one place: online courses, webinars, workshops and congresses." The course catalog page describes it as "a structured destination for online dental CE courses and continuing education," built "for practicing dentists and dental professionals."
The scale is large. The catalog shows "12 out of 6987" items on its first page, with results running to 583 pages. The site says OHI-S is "Trusted by 220,000+ dentists worldwide," with "professionals from 40+ countries," and that "~140,000 dentists engage with OHI-S each month." It also states: "OHI-S is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider," with "CE credits ... clearly marked on eligible courses."
The catalog
The catalog page says its courses "cover the full breadth of clinical practice." The home page lists Orthodontics, Functional Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Implantology, Periodontology, Endodontics, Direct Restoration, Pediatric Dentistry, Digital Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dental Technology, General Medical Topics, Osteopathy and Kinesiology, Marketing and Management, Aesthetic Medicine and Dermatology. The catalog page names the core areas as Implantology, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontology, Direct Composite Restoration, Orthodontics, Digital Dentistry and Functional Dentistry, "alongside oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, dental technology, general medical topics, and practice management." Specialty filters let a dentist narrow the list by discipline, and each specialty "is organized as its own learning space," with its own courses, webinars and structured content.
Every catalog entry shows its length, its format, its lecturers, its CE credits and the library it belongs to. The first page of results gives a good cross-section:

- On the business side, two courses by Hamza Asumah, Building the Dental Team: The Engine of Execution and Practice Structure: the Architecture of Decisions, at 0.5 CE Credits each, and AI in Dentistry: Key Concepts Every Dentist Should Know by Rata Rokhshad at 1 CE Credit, all in the Business Library.
Not every course carries credit: The Science of Aesthetic Medicine by Guy Erlich, a 6-lesson course, shows no CE figure. That matches the site's own wording, which says credits are marked "on eligible courses," so a dentist who needs a set number of hours can see before starting which courses count.
How learning works
The courses are on demand. The site's case for this is that "Online dental CE fits into clinical life in ways that fixed schedules cannot," and that courses let you "start when time allows, pause between patients, and return without losing your place." It adds that revisiting a module, rewatching a technique demonstration or reviewing case commentary "before a complex procedure, not just after a lecture" makes the material more useful in practice.
The catalog page lists the reasons it gives dentists to choose OHI-S:
- "Study on your own schedule, without disrupting clinic hours"
- "Rewatch lessons and webinars to reinforce clinical concepts"
- "Progress through specialty-based learning paths at your own pace"
- "Access ADA CERP-eligible courses with CE credits clearly marked"
- "Choose from structured multi-module courses or focused single-topic webinars"
On course design, the site says OHI-S courses are "built around clinical progression," moving "from foundational concepts to advanced technique with logical sequencing that supports real-world application." The lecturers are described as "internationally recognized educators," including "specialists in occlusion, implantology, aesthetics, periodontology, endodontics, digital workflows, and surgical dentistry." The average course rating is given as "4.72/5 based on 26,000+ reviews."
Online courses are only part of the offer. The catalog links onward to a Dental Education and Training Hub, to "Dental Seminars, Conferences, and Hands-On Courses," and to "Free Dental Courses and Clinical Videos," so a dentist can mix in-person training and free material with the on-demand library. Several paid courses also open some lessons for free, marked "+ 1 free" or "+ 4 free" in the listing, which lets a dentist sample a lecturer before going further.
Membership, languages and the network
Access runs through a Learning Membership, linked from every page next to the Catalog and a My learning area. The catalog and home page show no membership prices; the footer links to Payment Methods and to a Public offer agreement.
The interface switches between English, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Ukrainian, and a currency switcher runs from EUR, USD and GBP to CAD, AUD, CHF, ILS, PLN, MXN, AED, UAH and several more, including RUB, GEL, KZT and AMD.
OHI-S also works as a professional network. A Social Network section lists Specialists, Lecturers, My colleagues and Companies, and dental companies can create their own profile. Members can publish in an Articles & Case Studies section, browse a Reviews section, and apply through "Become our lecturer," with Content Creation Terms for those who teach. Partners and lecturers each have their own page, and a Contact us page handles questions.
Who it suits
OHI-S suits a practicing dentist who wants a very large on-demand library across clinical specialties, with credit marked course by course under the ADA CERP Recognized Provider banner. A general dentist moving into implants, endodontics, orthodontics or functional dentistry can stay inside one specialty space and work through it at their own pace. Practice owners get a Business Library on team building, practice structure and AI. Dentists who read Russian, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese or Ukrainian can use the site in those languages, and specialists who want to teach have a route to become lecturers.
