What MYCPE ONE is

MYCPE ONE is a subscription service for continuing professional education, built for licensed accountants and the finance, tax, audit and HR professionals who have to earn credits to keep a credential. It is a learner product: you pay once a year and take as many courses as you need, rather than buying credits one course at a time. The home page frames the offer as "One Subscription. Every CPE Need." and sums it up as "Learn - Comply - Certify - All Year."

The CPA page states that MYCPE ONE is a NASBA-approved sponsor (Approval No - 143597) and that its CPE courses "are designed to meet the requirements of most U.S. State Boards." The audience is wider than US CPAs, though. The course finder lets a learner pick from more than a hundred qualifications, including EA, AFSP, CPA in Canada, CFP, CIA, CFE, CMA, CISA, SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP, PMP and CFA, and a region selector on the site offers the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. The site and app are owned and operated by ANM Media LLP, according to the terms of use, which also lists other services the company runs through the platform, among them digital marketing, M&A advisory and recruitment.

What a subscriber gets

The core of the subscription is the catalog. The pricing panel lists "15,000+ Hrs of Content" across "500+ Subject Areas", with mandatory ethics courses included and "250+ Compliance Packages." The course search shows how that library is cut: by qualification, by state or Canadian province for CPAs, by topic and by delivery format. Topics run from the expected (taxes, ethics, accounting and auditing, payroll, financial reporting, IRS representation, internal audit, fraud and forensics) to narrower subjects such as Form 1065 partnership work, SALT, 1031 exchanges, GASB, Yellow Book, Power BI, cyber security and a long run of AI topics aimed at accountants, audit staff and HR teams. On the day the home page was read, its course listing showed "1 - 15 of 3202 Records"; the CPA page's filtered list showed 3073.

Delivery formats, as the search filter names them, are live webinars, on demand courses, nano courses, e-books, podcasts, conferences, compliance packages, eligibility programs and practical training programs. The CPA page describes live webinars "for real-time interaction", on-demand sessions "for flexible scheduling" and nano learning "for quick skill refreshers", and says every course is "authored and peer-reviewed by subject-matter experts." Each course card shows its credit value (the sampled cards run from 1 to 3 credits), its presenter with their credentials, the qualifications it counts toward, and a learner rating. Upcoming live sessions are listed with a date and an Eastern time, for example a 1.5-credit webinar on Forms 706 and 709 and a 2-credit session on red flags in a small business valuation.

Presenters named on the speaker strip include Allan Koltin, Jackie Meyer, Jeremy Dubow, Scotty Scarano and Julie Smith, with a link to a fuller speaker list.

Compliance is the second half of the product. The FAQ says a "smart dashboard lets you track completed credits, download certificates, get reminders, and even add external credits for complete compliance tracking." The CPA page lists what that dashboard does: monitor total CPE hours earned, track state-specific compliance progress, download certificates of completion and stay ahead of deadlines. It says the 250+ pre-built compliance packages "simplify state-specific reporting" and that "AI-powered tracking flags gaps before deadlines hit." Credits earned elsewhere can be added to the account, so the record is not limited to MYCPE ONE courses. The home page also offers a separate free CPE Wallet to "Track Credits, Organize Certificates, Monitor Compliance, and Generate Audit-Ready Reports from One Secure Platform."

On certificates, the FAQ answers plainly: "Every completed course comes with a downloadable certificate from your profile - perfect for audits or license renewals." The pricing list calls this "Instant Certification and Fast Reporting." The FAQ adds that ethics courses "are included at no additional cost and are tailored to meet each qualification's requirements", and that new content is added weekly, including regulatory updates and new live webinars.

There are mobile apps for iOS and Android. The FAQ says the app gives access to all courses, with one exception: "Exam Prep courses are currently not available via the app." The CPA page pitches the app for nano learning modules between meetings.

Plans, prices and terms

The site prints two annual plans. Silver is $199 a year and, on the plan card, covers the 15,000+ hours across 500+ subject areas, "100+ Qualification Compliance", "50+ State-Specific Ethics", the 250+ compliance packages, "100+ Virtual Conferences", audio and video podcasts, the AI-powered CPE wallet and the mobile app. Gold is $299 a year and adds, in the card's words, "100+ Practical Training Programs" plus an AI Academy, Tax Academy, Audit Academy and Leadership Academy. The longer feature list elsewhere on the page says "50+ Conferences and Events Access", so the conference figure differs between the two lists.

The FAQ describes the $199 subscription as "unlimited access to 15,000+ hours of content across 100+ qualifications" and closes with "No hidden fees. One price, full access." The CPA page's pricing answer lists unlimited access to all CPE courses, "No per-course fees or certificate charges", "Discounts for CPA firms and teams", and mobile access with real-time tracking. The site's own pitch against the alternative is a headline: "Why Pay Per Course?"

The subscription runs for 12 months from the date of purchase; the FAQ's example is a June 1, 2025 start with access until June 1, 2026. If auto-renewal is chosen, the plan renews each year at the same price unless the subscriber opts out, and reminder emails go out before renewal. Subscriptions are non-transferable, "tied to your personal profile to maintain your learning progress and compliance records." Checkout takes a card on the page, and the footer links to a separate refund policy whose terms are not reproduced on these pages.

For firms, the footer lists CPE for Teams, the pricing FAQ mentions discounts for firms and teams, and the CPA page names "CPA firms managing team compliance" among the intended users. A booking form invites firms to see "how 3,000+ firms manage learning and compliance in one place." No team price is printed.

Recognition and credit acceptance

The FAQ says MYCPE ONE courses "are accepted for continuing education credit by various professional certification programs, including NASBA, IRS, CFP Board, and HRCI", and that MYCPE ONE "is also recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification activities." The CPA page headline reads "NASBA/IRS Approved | Ethics for 50+ States", and a banner says the company is "Recognized by 25+ Leading Professional Organizations." What a course counts for depends on the qualification tags on its card, which is why the finder starts by asking for your credential and state.

The CPA page also explains the rules it is built around: most CPAs need 40 CPE credits per year, two-year cycles require 80 hours and three-year cycles 120, and most states require 2 to 4 hours of ethics per reporting period. It warns that some states, among them Texas, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida and Mississippi, require an ethics course approved by that state's board, which is the reason for the state-specific ethics courses in the plan.

Support

The FAQ lists live chat on the website, a support phone line, email, and Zoom calls that can be booked for support or an advisory session, with support available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. A separate advisor line handles sales, a "Connect on Teams" option is offered, and the chat is labeled "Chat with a Live Advisor (Not AI)."

What subscribers say

Testimonials on the site are named. Dennis McBride, CPA, writes: "I just started with MY-CPE and the price is very reasonable. I have taken 9 classes in a week." Kevin Conyngham, CPA US, says "I achieved 120 credits within a few months." Brian Carey, CPA, on the CPA page: "systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories." Sébastien Goyer, CIA, BAA, praises courses "easy to filter depending of our interests or professional designations."

Who it suits

MYCPE ONE fits a credential holder who needs a full year of credits, wants live and on-demand options in one place, and would rather pay a flat $199 than track per-course charges. It suits CPAs licensed in more than one state, since courses and ethics packages are filtered by jurisdiction, and holders of several credentials at once (a CPA who is also a CFP or a CIA), because one subscription covers the qualifications listed in the finder. The tracking dashboard and the ability to add outside certificates make it useful for anyone who dreads a board audit.

Gold makes sense for someone who also wants the practical training programs and the academies; for credits alone, the Silver card already carries the catalog. A firm can ask about the team discount, but will need a sales call to see a price. Someone who needs only a single ethics course in a cycle should check whether a one-off course elsewhere costs less than a year's subscription, and anyone relying on the app for exam prep should note that those courses are web-only.
