Reforge

Reforge grew out of Balfour's Growth Series, co-created with former Uber growth lead Andrew Chen, and built a reputation among product and growth teams for pairing frameworks with cohorts full of peers doing similar work at other companies, which turns into as much of a network as a curriculum. Programs run on a schedule, several intakes a year, with live sessions, cohort-mates, and a membership model that gives access to a rotating set of course topics rather than one course bought once.

The company has expanded past pure growth topics into product management, AI, engineering leadership, and marketing strategy, while keeping the same cohort format. It's priced and positioned for working professionals with an employer often footing the bill, rather than a beginner testing the waters, and its value leans heavily on the caliber of the instructor roster and the peer group in a given cohort, not a large searchable course catalog.
