iHasco is an online workplace training company that sells a library of short, accredited video courses together with its own learning management system, called Atlas. It is aimed at employers who need staff trained in health and safety, HR compliance, business compliance and soft skills, from small businesses to large organizations, and its home page sums up the offer as "Online workplace training made simple." The library holds over 250 courses, the LMS comes free with every purchase, and the same courses can be delivered as SCORM packages in another LMS. A newer AI tool, the Course Creator, turns a company's own documents into courses that sit alongside the library. The topics and blog articles follow UK workplace law closely, from the Employment Rights Act 2025 to KCSIE guidance for schools and Right to Work checks. The site says iHasco has helped over 12,000 organizations and shows a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from client reviews.

The course library

The home page describes "an extensive library of over 250 high-quality eLearning courses available in 41+ languages," built to develop core skills and help employers meet legislative requirements. Courses are video-based and short. The popular courses list gives each one's length and approvals:

  • Fire Awareness Training, 35 minutes, approved by RoSPA, IOSH, CPD and IIRSM

  • DSE Training (Display Screen Equipment), 25 minutes, RoSPA, IOSH, CPD, IIRSM and Citation

  • Stress Awareness & Management Training, 30 minutes
  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Training, 60 minutes

Beyond these, the catalog includes abrasive wheel safety, accident reporting, anti-bribery, asbestos awareness, assessing mental capacity, bullying and harassment (with a version for managers), driver awareness, drug and alcohol awareness, electrical safety, environmental awareness, first aid appointed person, food allergy awareness, food hygiene levels 1 and 2, infection prevention and control, noise awareness, PPE, risk assessment, safeguarding adults and children, and working at height. Courses can be browsed by subject type (health and safety, HR compliance, business compliance, management and soft skills), by sector (care, construction and trade, education, food and hospitality, manufacture, office and compliance, and retail), and by topic collections such as mandatory training, leadership, remote working, the Care Certificate, workplace culture and conduct, and the Employment Rights Act 2025. Course bundles and short-format courses are offered too.

The learner experience

According to the home page, every course works on any device, includes closed captions and can be machine translated into over 41 international languages, which helps employers with staff who speak different first languages. The company describes the learning experience as "accessible and simple-to-use," with digestible courses employees can take at any time and in any place. A third-party LMS article says every course goes through the same thorough production process, a formula it says has worked for over 10 years, and the site offers a page on how its courses are made and a showreel.

Atlas, the LMS

Atlas is included free with every course purchase. The company says it has "all of the smart features you need, without the unnecessary baggage or administrative cost of a more complex, enterprise LMS." In practice that means simple staff onboarding, minimal administration and the option to automate training schedules. Reporting gives managers an "at a glance" view of whether staff are up to date with their training and personal development, with tools to drill down into the detail. The features menu has separate pages for small, medium and large businesses, and a demo of the LMS can be requested at any time.

Using iHasco content in another LMS

Companies that already run an LMS can buy iHasco content as SCORM packages instead. An article on third-party delivery names Moodle, SAP Litmos, Captivate Prime, Absorb, TalentLMS, Totara and Docebo as LMSs where its courses can be hosted. The courses appear inside the customer's own system, the customer can create its own certificates, content updates arrive automatically, and "No personal data is retained by iHasco." Any of its 100+ courses can be used this way, from a single course to a whole library such as HR compliance, and the article says there are no extra charges for the SCORM packages.

The Course Creator

For training the library does not cover, iHasco has introduced an AI-powered authoring tool. In a post introducing it, Managing Director Nathan Pitman explains that the team deliberately did not build another SCORM upload tool or a general WYSIWYG course builder, because both push complexity onto clients. Instead, the Course Creator takes existing internal documents, "policy PDFs, safety guides, onboarding checklists, you name it," and turns them into structured learning modules in minutes. The workflow is drag, drop and publish, and the new content sits next to the iHasco courses in the same LMS, ready to be assigned, tracked and reported on. The post presents it as a complement to the off-the-shelf library for specific processes, internal standards and culture-led content, and says the tool will keep expanding with new content formats and use cases; it also invited readers to sign up to hear when version 1 launches.

Pricing, trial and support

The home page shows no prices. Visitors can request a quote or start a free trial with an email address, and the site offers an eLearning savings calculator. For SCORM delivery, the article explains that cost depends on how many courses a company uses and how many learners need access to them. Support runs through a support ticket system, user guides and an FAQ and resources section, and there are partner and refer-and-earn programs. The company blog covers new UK workplace rules as they arrive, such as Right to Work checks for temporary staff, KCSIE 2026 and Benedict's Law for schools.

Who it suits

iHasco fits an employer that wants a ready library of short compliance courses and a straightforward way to assign and track them: a care home, a building firm, a restaurant group, a retailer or an office that needs fire safety, manual handling, DSE, harassment and GDPR training done and documented. The free Atlas LMS and the free trial make it easy for a small business to start, while machine translation helps employers with multilingual teams. Larger organizations that already have an LMS can take the courses as SCORM packages, and any company with its own policies can turn them into courses with the Course Creator.

The library is built around UK workplace law and UK approval bodies, so it fits UK employers best. And because the courses are short and focused, they are designed for compliance and awareness rather than long professional qualifications.
