What Adaptive Security is
Adaptive Security sells employee training and security software to companies, and this entry covers its compliance training product. The compliance page opens with "Compliance training for every framework" and promises training "your employees will actually finish, across frameworks, geographies, and 39 languages." It is a tool for the people who run compliance and security programs: a CISO, a compliance officer or an L&D team that has to prove at audit time that every employee completed the right course on time.
Compliance training sits inside a wider security product family. The homepage describes "Unified security awareness training, email security, and AI governance built for the AI era," and lists Security Awareness Training, Phishing Simulations, Agentic Email Security, AI Governance, Phish Triage and Compliance as products that "work together or stand alone." The footer gives an address at 120 Broadway in New York and states that Adaptive is "a product of TeamGuard AI Inc." The homepage says "2,000+ security teams" use it.
The compliance library
The course library is pre-built and covers a long list of regulations. The FAQ names "HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, CCPA/CPRA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, AML/CFT, NYDFS, and dozens more frameworks," and the page's framework list adds FedRAMP, SOX, GLBA, FCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, UK GDPR, NIS2, POPIA, POSH, PDPA, PIPL, APPI, the Australian Privacy Act and SOCI. These are the subjects the training teaches employees; the FAQ says "Each module is kept current as regulations evolve."
Training is localized as well as translated. Modules come in 39+ languages, and the FAQ lists jurisdiction-specific tracks for states including California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut and Washington, and countries including the UK, Australia, the Netherlands, France, Germany, India, Canada, Brazil and Singapore, so location-based training can be assigned to each employee. The formats go beyond slides: the page lists framework fundamentals, quick guides, scenario challenges, explainer videos and role-specific modules, described as "Interactive modules, scenario challenges, and fully branded content that's built to change behavior."
The wider Security Awareness Training product draws on "a library of over 1,000 resources" covering AI threats, phishing, voice cloning and compliance, with modules on topics such as deepfake security, voice phishing, credential theft and malware. For Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2026 the site also advertises new videos, games and ready-to-use resources.
Custom courses and branding
For policies the library does not cover, the AI Content Studio builds a course from a document or a prompt. The FAQ says it "generates a fully interactive compliance module from any policy document or regulation text in minutes." The page's example turns an internal vendor risk policy into a training module with 8 questions, 3 scenarios and a 5-minute running time, marked "Built in 47s." Every module, pre-built or custom, is editable: the FAQ says you can "adjust copy, swap visuals, and apply your brand to every frame," and the Branded Training feature bakes custom logos, colors, fonts and imagery into each module.
Enrollment, campaigns and reporting
Administration is where most of the product's value sits for a compliance team. HRIS-synced enrollment connects to "Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, Okta, or your HRIS of choice," so new hires are enrolled in onboarding compliance training on day one and a role change triggers updated training automatically. Automated campaign scheduling lets an admin "Set a compliance calendar once," after which Adaptive assigns training, sends reminders, tracks completions and escalates non-compliant employees to their managers. Notification cadences can be set with business-day scheduling, branded emails and escalation paths, and department managers are flagged automatically when their team falls behind.
Reporting is built for audits. "Every completion, score, and timestamp" is logged, and reports formatted for audit review can be exported by framework, by employee or by date range. Assignments, escalations and completion certificates run automatically, and each framework is tracked separately. Compliance completions also feed into Adaptive's per-employee risk scores, which link training to the rest of the security platform.
For companies that already run a learning system, SCORM export lets an admin export any module as a SCORM package to drop into an LMS, share for an audit or archive, and the page says it "Works with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or any SCORM-compliant system."
The rest of the platform
Buyers often take compliance training alongside the security products. Phishing Simulations cover realistic email phishing, voice call and SMS phishing, and OSINT-based AI spearphishing. Agentic Email Security "Re-analyzes every inbound message after native filtering to catch the attacks that reach the inbox anyway, then remediates them automatically," breaking threats out as credential phishing, callback phishing, business email compromise, extortion and malicious payloads. AI Governance gives "A live feed of risky prompts across every AI tool in use," showing which employee sent what, from which account and why it was flagged, and surfaces credentials, secrets and personal information leaving through unmanaged and personal accounts. Phish Triage handles phishing that employees report.
Pricing, customers and support
Neither page prints prices; both lead with "Book a demo" and an option to take a product tour, and the menu links to a separate Pricing page. The site organizes its solutions by company size (enterprise, mid-market and SMBs) and by industry, naming finance, technology, services, government, healthcare, hospitality, sports and education. Customer videos feature Ramp, Attentive and Lennar, and the homepage quotes Katie Ledoux, a Chief Information Security Officer: "When a new type of attack pops up, Adaptive allows us to deploy relevant content immediately." Another CISO, Jonathan Aluveaux, says employees are "reaching out to us about the training, and the information is sticking." Visitors can chat with the company without an account, and the footer links to a Help Center, support, a Security Trust Center and a Compliance & Certifications page.
Who it suits
Adaptive Security fits companies with a formal compliance obligation and a security team that owns it: regulated businesses in finance, healthcare or technology, and organizations with staff in several states or countries that need location-specific training in many languages. The HRIS sync and automatic escalations suit companies with steady hiring and role changes, and the AI Content Studio suits teams with internal policies no off-the-shelf library covers. Companies already buying phishing simulation or email security get compliance training in the same platform and the same risk scores.
It is a specialist product. A company looking for a general LMS for skills, leadership or product training is shopping for something broader, though SCORM export means Adaptive's compliance modules can still run inside that LMS.
