What Teach 'n Go is
Teach 'n Go is a school management platform for private education businesses, run by Teach 'n Go Ireland Limited from an address on Baggot Street Lower in Dublin. The FAQ says it is designed for private education businesses: academies, learning centers, tutoring providers and course-based education companies. The solutions menu names language schools, tutoring academies, music schools, colleges and adult education, computer skills training and faith schools. It handles the administrative side of running classes: scheduling, attendance, student records, invoicing and payments, and messaging with students, parents and staff. The pricing page says it is trusted by schools in 55+ countries. For an organization running classes and teachers, it sits in the training management category, and its portals, attendance records and reporting give it a place among business LMS tools too.
Setting up and scheduling
Setup is designed to be quick. The free AI school setup lets a school upload or paste any spreadsheet, and students, classes and teachers appear ready to review. The homepage's setup guide says schools then add teachers, students and their class schedule, set up recurring classes, teacher assignments and student enrollments, and connect payments; it adds that "Most schools are fully set up within a day." A trial can be explored with sample school data first.
Scheduling includes conflict detection, and the homepage says schools can keep teachers, rooms and classes organized in one place and see updates instantly as changes are made. The FAQ says a single account can manage multiple locations, programs, levels and schedules, and the features page describes the platform as multi-branch ready, from a single location to multiple branches and thousands of students. Permissions and settings decide what staff, teachers, students and parents can see.
Attendance, records and portals
Teachers take attendance in a few clicks, and records are stored centrally for reporting and billing. Teachers can add individual student notes, share progress automatically with students or parents, and generate attendance reports. One customer, Karina Fabro of Followin English Coaching, is quoted on the homepage saying "we generate attendance and progress reports in seconds."
The student information database keeps student, parent and teacher records "searchable, structured, and always up to date". Student and parent portals show schedules and upcoming lessons, announcements, notes and updates, homework, tasks and shared materials, attendance and lesson history, and invoices, which the features page says means fewer "what time is my class?" messages.
Payments and invoicing
Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, which schools connect to automate invoicing and payment collection from students or parents. The online fee system lets a school set course prices, build a custom fee setup, automate billing, apply variable discounts and keep a payment history, and the FAQ says schools can monitor paid and unpaid balances and run finance reports. Online booking and fee tracking are part of every plan.
Messaging and reporting
Group messaging reaches the right people quickly and keeps a history of what was sent, and automatic reminders go out without counting toward the plan's email allowance. Real-time reporting covers classes, attendance and payments, with dashboards showing today's classes, conflicts and outstanding items, and data can be exported in a few clicks. The pricing page says "Manual CSV export is included on every plan, always", and the FAQ states that the school always owns its data.
AI tools
The homepage describes Teach 'n Go as "one of the first school management platforms with AI built in". Setup, leads import, the support AI and Ask AI are free on every plan, with Ask AI answering "15 answered questions per month" on the base plan. Pro adds AI-drafted messages to parents "in their language", weekly insights on attendance, revenue and at-risk students, and AI fee recovery that drafts polite payment reminders. The homepage stresses that "Every draft waits for your approval before anything is sent."
Mobile app and languages
The mobile app is on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Students and parents use it to see schedules for today, the week or the month and to receive push notifications for schedule changes and messages, while teachers take attendance, add lesson notes and keep records updated in real time from a phone or tablet. The homepage says Teach 'n Go supports 24 languages, listing among others Spanish, French, Arabic, Greek, Italian, German, Dutch, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Romanian, Hebrew, Chinese, Turkish, Ukrainian, Korean, Vietnamese and Polish, so teachers, students and administrators can each work in their own language.
Plans and pricing
Pricing is published in euros and US dollars and scales with the number of live students. The base plan, Teach 'n Go, starts at €69 per month ($79) for up to 100 live students and includes scheduling, attendance and invoicing, student, parent and teacher portals, online booking and fee tracking, and unlimited teachers and classes, with "No hidden add-on fees". Teach 'n Go Pro starts at €99 per month ($109) and adds the AI tools above, multiple branches and locations on one subscription, your own URL and branding, priority support with an annual setup review, and WhatsApp messaging listed as coming soon.
The price list climbs by band: up to 200 live students costs €89 or €129, 500 costs €169 or €229, 1,000 costs €269 or €359, and 2,000 costs €409 or €539, for the base and Pro plans respectively. Above 2,000 live students, schools talk to sales about a custom plan. The limits table shows what Pro adds: the base plan has 15 Ask AI questions and 30 AI drafts per month, 1,000 composed emails a month with 150 recipients per send, 1 location, 3 admin users, 15 custom fields, 10 GB of file storage and a read-only API at 1,000 requests a day, while Pro lifts most of these to unlimited, with 25 GB of storage and a read and write API at 10,000 requests a day. Paying annually gives two months free.
There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and schools can cancel or switch plans at any time. Support comes through the help center, in-app chat and onboarding help, and live demos can be booked.
Who it suits
Teach 'n Go fits language schools, tutoring centers, music and art schools and adult education providers that run scheduled classes, bill students or parents, and want families to see schedules and invoices without chasing staff. The multilingual interface helps schools with international teachers or students, and the Pro plan suits schools with more than one branch or a need for their own branding. The homepage FAQ is direct that it is "not built for large institutional primary or secondary schools that require complex academic frameworks, government reporting, or institutional workflows".
