Digiforma is training management software for professional training organizations, built around the French continuing-education system. Its site describes it as "Logiciel de formation professionnelle pour organismes et formateurs" (professional training software for training organizations and trainers), and the marketplace page says "+ de 6 000 organismes de formation utilisent Digiforma" (more than 6,000 training organizations use Digiforma) and that more than 2,000,000 trainees use the Digiforma extranet. The footer dates the product from 2009, and the site runs in French, English, German and Spanish.

It covers both halves of a training business: the administration that a French training organization has to get right for funders and quality audits, and the delivery of the training itself through an integrated e-learning platform. The site's audience menu names four kinds of customer: training organizations (organismes de formation), companies, apprentice training centers and DPC bodies (organismes DPC).

What the platform covers

The product menu groups Digiforma into a set of modules, all sold as one integrated system:

  • Administrative management (gestion administrative): sessions, trainees, clients, funders and training locations, with custom fields for each, and the documents a session needs. The site's document library lists the paperwork it helps produce: training programs, training agreements (conventions), attendance certificates (attestations), attendance sheets, evaluations, and guides to the BPF, Qualiopi and the CPF.
  • E-learning platform: an integrated e-learning solution "pour digitaliser vos formations" (to digitize your training), with blended learning on the English menu. Digiforma's own coaching sessions for customers include beginner and advanced e-learning sessions to "Transformez l'expérience pédagogique de vos apprenants grâce au LMS Digiforma" (transform your learners' experience with the Digiforma LMS).
  • Quality certification: tools to measure the quality and compliance of training, with a dedicated aid for preparing a Qualiopi audit.
  • Digital attendance sign-in (émargement dématérialisé), which the site describes as tamper-proof digital signing with probative value.
  • Billing and finance: automated electronic invoicing, online payment and bank reconciliation.
  • Sales and marketing: a CRM with an automated pipeline, an online training catalog, a WordPress catalog plugin and the Skills.hr marketplace.
  • Mandatory certifications: management of safety authorizations and CACES, DPC, and RS and RNCP certifications, plus micro-certifications.
  • Automation and AI, including an AI assistant named Pétronille, and an automated training watch (veille formation) service.
  • Electronic signature.

For integrations, the site lists the WordPress catalog, connected applications and the Digiforma API.

Renewals, reporting and the CRM

Two features on the marketplace page show how the sales side works. Training renewal tracking (recyclage de formation) lets an organization manage certification renewals from Digiforma, with a real-time tracking board, automatic reminders and the aim of keeping clients coming back for their refresher. Activity reports analyze the business, track revenue and follow sales opportunities, with customizable reports and Excel or PDF exports on demand. Centralized data management keeps the organization's training data in one place, and the CRM handles incoming training requests; one of Digiforma's own courses is titled "Prenez en main le CRM de Digiforma" (get to grips with the Digiforma CRM).

The Skills.hr marketplace

Skills.hr is Digiforma's marketplace for professional training, where organizations list their courses so prospective learners can find them. The page sells it on search visibility: a single training site with a few courses is less likely to rank on Google than a platform listing many programs. Listings are built from the programs already stored in Digiforma, so there is no separate account to create; the page says a provider's training data and content are laid out and published "En moins de 5 minutes" (in under 5 minutes). Quality data from Digiforma is shown on each listing to highlight a program's impact, and providers can add their own visuals, images and videos.

The commercial terms are spelled out. Publishing is "gratuite pour tous les organismes de formation bénéficiant d’un abonnement Digiforma (hors abonnement Starter)": free for every training organization with a Digiforma subscription, except the Starter subscription. Skills.hr bills on qualified leads, meaning a person or company that has shown interest in a course and made a personalized contact through the marketplace. Digiforma checks the contact details and that the request is serious before passing on, and billing for, the lead.

Learning to use Digiforma

Digiforma runs its own training catalog for customers, listing 19 courses on the page. It shows "+ 3000 Apprenants" (3,000+ learners), "+ 100 Evènements" (100+ events) and 43 specialist trainers. The courses include an 8-hour inter-company course on setting up and administering a training business in Digiforma, a 6-hour self-paced route to running a first session quickly, a 7-hour course on structuring a quality process, 3-hour courses on invoicing, sales management and the CRM, a 2-hour course on preparing and submitting the annual BPF report, and short one-to-one coaching sessions on setup, e-learning and advanced administration. A transition support service and an onboarding pack help new customers move in, and certified partners offer tailored support through a partner program. The menus also list a customer support service, a help center, demos, webinars, a server status page and a community of training organizations.

Pricing and getting started

The site links to a pricing page (Tarifs) and mentions a Starter subscription by name. A free trial (essai gratuit) and a free account sign-up are offered, alongside a demo. The site also publishes a GDPR and security section.

One customer quote on the marketplace page comes from Fabienne Tardy, director of Experiance Conseil: "Digiforma nous a permis de faire autre chose que de la logistique et de nous concentrer sur le suivi individualisé de la formation" (Digiforma let us do something other than logistics and focus on individual follow-up of training).

Who it suits

Digiforma is built for training organizations operating under French rules: providers that need Qualiopi, BPF reporting, CPF and RNCP or RS certifications, signed attendance with legal weight, and funder paperwork, along with apprentice training centers and DPC bodies. It suits an organization that wants administration, e-learning, invoicing and sales in one system and is happy to work in a product designed around the French funding system. The marketplace adds a lead source with pay-per-lead billing, though not on the Starter subscription.

For a provider outside France, the regulatory modules that make Digiforma valuable will matter less, and much of the material on the site is in French, though the product menus are also offered in English, German and Spanish.
