EduAdmin is training management software with a built-in learning management system, made by the company MultiNet, which has sales and customer service teams in the United Kingdom, Sweden and Norway. The homepage calls it "The software that runs your entire training business" and says it lets training providers "sell more courses, engage more learners, and improve training quality." It is aimed at three groups the site names directly: training providers selling courses to customers, corporate L&D teams, and HR teams running onboarding and employee development. The company says it has "over 20 years of experience working with training providers and educational organisations."

The TMS page sums up the product in one line: a TMS manages training operations, an LMS manages online learning delivery, and EduAdmin combines both in one integrated system. In practice that means the same system schedules a classroom course, sells the seats, runs the Zoom session, hosts the e-learning, issues the certificate and reminds the participant when it is due for renewal.

Planning courses

The plan side covers course scheduling for single, recurring and multi-session courses, with real-time availability and conflict detection. Trainers, venues and equipment are managed in one place with a clear view of availability for each session, so double-booked trainers and rooms are flagged before they happen. Reusable course templates make setting up a new course a matter of minutes, and tasks linked to course templates come with automatic reminders for the team. The site says the same setup works from one location to ten, adding trainers, venues and courses in new cities without new licenses.

Instructors get their own portal where they view participant lists, manage attendance, and start sessions and evaluations. Automated communications send invitations and confirmations to instructors on time.

Selling courses

For providers that sell training, EduAdmin puts the course catalog, bookings and payments into one branded booking portal on the provider's own website, where customers browse courses, see live availability and book directly. Custom registration forms capture the information each course needs, and a WordPress integration is listed in the menu. The TMS page says "Integrated Stripe and PayPal payments let participants pay when they book," while automatic invoicing handles business clients, with invoices sent to the provider's accounting software; Xero is named among the integrations.

A training CRM keeps a central record of customers and participants, tracks interactions and follows up on leads and bookings. EduAdmin is also integrated with the email campaign tool EditNews, so providers can build newsletters, course invitations and follow-ups and target them using the customer database and participant history, for example by promoting a follow-up course to everyone who completed the introduction. Automated SMS and email reminders go out from booking confirmation to the final reminder before a session.

Delivering training

EduAdmin supports instructor-led classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, blended learning and self-paced e-learning. The LMS side lets providers "Build courses, upload SCORM, create quizzes," and the homepage adds exams, video and other interactive activities. The menu also lists an e-learning authoring tool. A participant portal gives learners access to e-learning, course materials and online sessions in one place.

For live online classes, the vILT page says "EduAdmin offers direct integration with Zoom." Personal meeting links are generated when an event is created, inserted into the joining instructions and can be added as calendar reminders. Attendance is recorded digitally, and the page says everything is documented in EduAdmin for full traceability. Remote courses can have several sessions, mixing theory, exercises, quizzes and follow-up, and participants complete parts at their own pace; bookings, mailings, attendance, submissions and results are all handled centrally.

Tracking, certificates and compliance

The track side is where EduAdmin pitches itself at regulated training. The homepage lists digital certificates and diplomas, issued automatically on completion and branded, with built-in expiry dates, alerts and follow-up; digital exams that are delivered and marked automatically to set certification requirements; competency tracking across people, roles and requirements; automatic post-course evaluations; and reporting on completion, attendance, course performance and profitability. The vILT page says the system "automatically generates certificates when all activities are completed and reminds you of any missing tasks."

The site says it is "built for the providers and teams who can't afford a lapsed certificate or a missing record," with automated expiry alerts and a full audit trail of records, certificates and attendance. It names four industries it is designed for: construction, road work, CDM and manufacturing; fire, rescue and safety; leadership and management CPD training providers; and Driver CPC and safe driving, where it manages initial training and other driving courses with bookings, attendance, certificates and renewal tracking.

For L&D and HR teams, the same features become a branded internal course catalog where employees and managers book training, an employee learning portal with courses, certificates, competencies and training history, structured onboarding programs, and reporting on participation and certifications across the organization.

Integrations and onboarding

The site says EduAdmin has "40+ ready-made integrations and an open API," covering accounting and payment systems, marketing platforms and virtual classrooms; the menu names Stripe, Xero, WordPress and Zoom, and the TMS page adds PayPal and EditNews. Onboarding includes guided setup configured around how the provider already runs training, data migration of existing courses, participants and booking history, and live team training. Customer support, a status page and an EduAdmin Basics training course are listed under customer service.

Pricing

The homepage says "EduAdmin starts from £279/month, with flexible options to add features as your organisation’s needs grow," and the TMS page calls the entry plan the Starter plan. The pricing section claims that most customers see a full return on investment within the first quarter and that teams save "15+" hours a week on admin. A full pricing page sits behind a link, and the route in is a demo.

Who it suits

EduAdmin fits training providers that run certification-heavy, scheduled training and want booking, payment, delivery and renewal in one system: health and safety, construction, fire and rescue, driver training and CPD providers, particularly those mixing classroom, Zoom and e-learning. It also suits corporate L&D and HR teams that need competency tracking and compliance reporting alongside an internal catalog. The entry price makes it a considered purchase for a solo trainer, and a provider should check on the pricing page which features sit in the Starter plan before committing.
