NODE calls itself "The Agentic Leadership Development Platform". It is an authoring and delivery tool for leadership and management training: an L&D team describes a training goal or uploads a framework, and NODE's AI builds a branching simulation that managers play through, making decisions and watching the consequences. The output is meant for classroom workshops as well as self-paced study, and for assessing leadership skills. The site's footer carries a copyright line for The Learning Technology Group. The reader here is a corporate L&D or leadership development team that wants managers to practice decisions rather than read about them.
Two kinds of simulation
The homepage sets out "Two ways to train", and the distinction matters when choosing what to build.
Playable Case Studies are structured simulations "with predictable outcomes", which the site recommends for workshops, assessments and framework evaluation. They support multi-turn scenarios, competency mapping, and play by teams or individuals. Because the paths are fixed, a facilitator can run the same case with several groups and compare how each handled it, and a framework (a company's leadership principles, say) can be tested against concrete choices.
Agentic Simulations, marked "New in v2.0", are open-ended. The site describes them as "Infinite, evolving scenarios driven by AI", best for building leadership habits and judgment, and promises they are "100% adaptive" with "no two sessions alike". Here the scenario reacts to what the learner does: in the homepage demo, a team conflict surfaces, the learner addresses it in a one-to-one, an analytics readout shows trust up and morale down, the coach suggests sharing context with the full team, and the conflict returns in a harder form. Repeated play produces a different run each time, which is the point for habit-building.
How a scenario gets built
The "How it works" section describes three steps. First, upload a framework or describe the training goals; the site says NODE takes in the context, audience and methodology. Second, the AI "creates realistic branching scenarios with decision points, team dynamics, and measurable KPIs" in minutes. Third, launch the result in live workshops, self-paced learning or leadership assessments. "No technical expertise required" is the line under the heading, and the company says its AI "does the heavy lifting" while the author concentrates on subject matter.
Scenarios are meant to fit the organization rather than a generic office. The homepage lists "Match Your Reality" as a core principle, with scenarios relevant to "your org's culture & context", and a testimonial from Rania Nerhal, Chief Client Experience & Conduct Officer at Mashreq, says NODE "has transformed our core cultural principles into practical, everyday behaviors."
A closing banner gives a "30 min" average creation time, and a footnote to the speed claims adds, tongue in cheek, "Actually, it's 960x faster, but we thought you wouldn't believe us. We can prove it for free, just email us."
What the learner sees
The learner side is shown as a three-step loop: the leader reviews a workplace situation, decides on a course of action, and then "Understands the impact with the help of the AI Coach". The sample on the homepage gives a sense of the format. A Mission Brief sets the scene (a product team at a fictional company has learned that a client project will miss its delivery date by two weeks, the client contact is already frustrated, the engineers are stressed, and the director wants an update by the end of the day) and asks "How do you respond?". Live gauges show Team Trust, Delivery Efficiency, Stress Level and Client Confidence as percentages, and an AI Coach panel sits beside the scenario with the prompt "Need guidance? I'm here to help you think through this decision."
The demo names three agents working in each run: a Scenario Agent that moves the story and escalates it, an Analytics Agent that reports the effect of each choice on the KPIs, and a Coach Agent that guides the learner and points out patterns in their decisions ("You're developing a pattern").
Three delivery modes are offered: Self-Paced ("Learn at your own pace with AI guidance"), Workshop ("Facilitated in-person training"), and Assessment ("Evaluate leadership skills"). Distribution is simple, in the site's words: "Send a link, embed in LMS, or facilitate live."
Enterprise features
The homepage lists six enterprise features: data hosting in the EU or the US, "Full WCAG accessibility", "20+ language support", comprehensive reporting, centralized account management, and "SOC 2 compliance & encryption". For a company with data residency rules, the choice of EU or US hosting is the practical item on that list; the language support matters for multinational leadership programs that want the same scenario in local languages.
Reporting is framed around competency rather than completions. The closing section promises to "Measure competency growth" alongside practicing real leadership scenarios and building better judgment, and competency mapping is listed as a feature of the structured case studies.
The navigation also lists Expert Services, though the homepage does not describe that offer.
Results the company claims
The homepage says "Over 97,000 leaders trained worldwide with Node-powered simulations" and prints four multipliers: 10x faster content development, 7x better retention of core concepts, 3.6x faster competency mastery, and 12x higher active participation. A further banner claims 90% higher engagement. These are the company's own figures, and the page does not say how they were measured or against what baseline.
Testimonials come from named clients. Adriana Sandor, Learning & Development Lead at Kruk, says "Working with Node redefined how fast we can bring leadership ideas to life." Alex Malic, a Senior Manager at a Fortune 500 company in financial services, writes "I've never seen an e-learning like this one" and says the scenarios felt so realistic he "could almost feel like I was in the moment."
Pricing and trial
The site has a Pricing page in its navigation, but the homepage prints no prices. It offers a free trial ("Start free trial" appears throughout), a demo booking, and a contact-sales route. The FAQ is organized around the demo: what it includes, how long it takes, who should attend, how quickly NODE can be implemented, and where data is stored.
Who it suits
NODE fits L&D and leadership development teams running programs for first-time managers, new hires, emerging and next-generation leaders, high-potential talent and leadership academies, which are the use cases the site names, along with aligning practices across a company. It suits teams that want managers to rehearse difficult conversations, conflict and delivery pressure in a setting where mistakes cost nothing, and that want a facilitator to run the same case in a workshop and then assign open-ended practice afterwards. Teams with little instructional design capacity benefit most from the AI authoring.
It is narrower than a general course authoring tool. The product is built around leadership and management decisions, so a team looking to build procedural, software or product-knowledge training will find little here aimed at that. Buyers who need prices up front will have to book a demo or start the trial, since the homepage gives none.
