Sidkik is a single platform for life transition coaches that puts the day-to-day running of a coaching practice and the work of growing beyond 1:1 sessions in one place. On the practice side it covers scheduling, a client portal, messaging, documents and payments; on the growth side it covers courses, challenges, memberships, funnels and lead magnets. The home page opens with the question it is built around: "What if running your coaching business didn't require 10 different tools?"

The coaches it has in mind are the ones the site describes as holding space for people in life's hardest moments: "the widow learning to stand on her own, the executive discovering who she is beyond the title, the retiree embracing what's next." The product is young. The site invites coaches to join a waitlist, describes the feature set as "what we're building", and says Sidkik is being built alongside the coaches who will use it.

How the product is being built

Sidkik makes a point of not guessing. The home page says the team meets life transition coaches regularly, listening to what is working, what is not and what would actually help, and that every feature came from those conversations. It quotes what coaches told them about their current setup: "It's very manual." "I'm wearing all the hats." "Having too many different tools is what overwhelms me." "$20 for this, $30 for that..." The answer the company proposes is one system designed to work together from the start, promising no integrations to maintain, no Zapier and no more wondering why something is not syncing.

The team's own description is short: "25 years in tech... now building for coaches", security-first, and a stated belief in "simplicity. No fluff."

Running the practice

The feature list on the home page reads as a coaching practice in one account:

  • Client portal. Each client gets one place to see sessions, documents and messages.
  • Secure messaging. Conversations are end-to-end encrypted, and the site says "Even we can't read your conversations." The site frames the whole platform as designed for sensitive work, and this is where that shows.
  • Simple CRM. A deliberately light client record, described as "Just what you need to track clients" for coaches who found a full sales CRM too much work.
  • Session booking. Clients book themselves, calendars sync, and reminders go out automatically.
  • Built-in video. Sessions start with a one-click join, so neither side has to set up a separate video account.
  • Documents and notes. Files are stored, shared and organized inside the platform rather than buried in email threads.
  • Programs and packages. Coaches define their offerings and track each client's progress through them.
  • Payments. Payments are powered by Stripe, which the home page marks as "our only integration".

Getting started is pitched as a matter of minutes. The three steps on the home page are to sign up (an account takes under a minute, free for the first 5 clients), invite a client, who then gets their own portal with sessions, documents and messaging, and book the first session using the built-in video and calendar sync. The site promises "No training required. No complicated setup." and puts the time to connect with a client at 5 minutes.

Growing beyond 1:1

The second half of the platform is for coaches who want income that does not depend on their calendar. The home page lists courses, challenges, memberships, funnels and lead magnets as the ways to grow, and describes group coaching as covering cohorts, memberships and fixed-schedule programs.

Around those offers sit the marketing tools. A website and blog builder handles the coach's site, landing pages and blog. Email and newsletters cover campaigns, newsletters and nurture sequences, so a coach does not need a separate email service. Reporting shows "what's working" across revenue, sessions and client activity.

The course side has the longest history. A 2023 post on the company blog describes Sidkik as an all-in-one course creator platform that shows each student's course progress, connects that to the customer records so drip campaigns can follow where a student is in a course, and provides analytics on what is working. The same post argues for owning a site with landing and sales pages and SEO, so a coach's courses are found in a web search rather than inside a marketplace listing, and says a ready course can be online within a weekend.

Pricing and the pilot

The site does not publish a price list. What it does offer is specific. Coaches who join now get the platform free for their first 5 clients, described as "Forever. No strings." Early adopters are promised the chance to "Lock in the lowest rates when we launch", early access to new tools before anyone else, and direct influence on what the team prioritizes. The site calls this group the pilot program.

The home page sums up its own case in three figures: "90% fewer tools to manage", "5 min to connect with a client" and "100% built with coaches". It also offers a free checklist, The Coach's Tool Trap, which it says takes 5 minutes and maps the tools a coach is juggling. The footer links to a community, a support page and a "Let's Chat" contact option.

Who it suits

Sidkik is aimed squarely at solo life transition coaches and small practices who feel buried under separate tools for scheduling, client records, video, email and payments, and who want one login instead. A coach starting out can run up to 5 clients without paying, which makes it easy to try with a real caseload. Coaches who want to add a course, a challenge or a membership alongside their 1:1 work will find those built into the same account rather than bolted on.

It also suits coaches who like being early. Joining the pilot means shaping the roadmap, trying features before general release and securing launch pricing. The flip side of being early is that the feature list is presented as a build in progress, and Stripe is the only outside service it connects to, so a coach who depends on a particular calendar, CRM or accounting tool should check how far the platform covers that need today. For coaches doing sensitive work who value privacy and simplicity over a long list of add-ons, Sidkik's design choices line up well.
