Tap a star to rate
Paperbell is a website and business tool for coaches and consultants who sell their services online. Its home page calls it "the simple way to sell coaching online": a coach gets a website with scheduling, payments, messaging and client management built in, so one subscription replaces the separate tools many coaches stitch together. The company behind it is Charlotte Corrigan Limited, according to the footer. Paperbell says coaches have collectively earned over $47 million from their Paperbell sites, and that a search for the product turns up hundreds of independent 5-star reviews. The product is aimed at the individual coach, from someone signing a first client to an established practice, and the FAQ says it is built to take a coach "from zero to selling coaching to real clients."
The website
Setup is designed for coaches who do not think of themselves as technical. The home page promises no code and no confusing tech: you fill in the blanks, add your own photos and logo if you have them, and choose fonts and colors, or pick one of the existing palettes. Hosting is included in the flat monthly rate. Your site lives at paperbell.me/yourname, where you choose the name, and the feature list also includes a custom URL, custom branding and a website embed. The FAQ says customers do not need an outside consultant, assistant or specialist to set up an account, and the home page links to a live example site so a coach can see what clients will see before signing up.
The site is meant to work as a sales page on social media. Paperbell suggests replacing your existing link in bio with your Paperbell site and linking it from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, so people who find you there can buy directly.
Selling coaching
The selling tools are where Paperbell earns its place. A coach can sell packages of appointments, group coaching, digital downloads, "or whatever else you dream up", and can offer payment plans, subscription payments, pay-in-full discounts, pay-what-you-can options, coupon codes and set-up fees. The pitch behind all of this is consolidation, put plainly on the home page: "Cancel your other subscriptions because from scheduling to contract signing, it’s all here." Paperbell presents itself as the single place a coach needs to sell coaching or consulting services online, instead of a website builder, a booking tool and an invoicing tool bought separately.
Packages can expire, discovery sessions are supported, and the FAQ adds that one package can combine different session lengths, different payment options, and a mix of one-to-one and group coaching.
For coaches who also sell program material, Paperbell handles content delivery. Videos, digital downloads, worksheets or other extras can sit alongside a one-to-one or group package, and the FAQ says you can even drip feed that content over time. That makes it a light option for a coach who wants to bundle a short self-paced program with live sessions, though it is a coaching tool first rather than a full course platform.
Payments run through the coach's own Stripe or PayPal account. The FAQ answers the fee question directly: "Paperbell adds zero additional transaction fee, and we never hold or even touch your earnings in any way." The home page adds that every plan includes unlimited clients and packages.
Scheduling and client management
Scheduling is built in, with time zone detection, appointment gaps, reminder emails, SMS reminders and post-appointment messaging. Calendar integrations cover Google, Outlook and iCal, and the platform also integrates with Zoom and Zapier.
Client management covers the paperwork of a coaching practice. The feature list includes contract signing, intake forms, exit surveys, shared notes, private notes, smart fields, client history and direct messaging. On the client side, a portal is created automatically where clients can buy more sessions, book appointments, fill out surveys and access materials. "They don’t even have to create a password," the FAQ says, which matters for clients who are not comfortable with software either.
Price, trial and refund
Paperbell has a simple price. The FAQ says you start with a free account, then upgrade to a paid account "which is $57/mo", or choose the annual plan to get two months free. The free account needs no credit card, and the company invites coaches to take it for a test drive and see everything inside before paying. The company's view is that "Most coaches can cover their entire annual payment by selling just one coaching package."
There is a 30-day refund policy. "If you sign up for a paid plan then change your mind just reach out for a full refund," the FAQ says, and the home page repeats that you can email within the first 30 days for a full refund.
Support
Support is by email. The FAQ promises responses "answered same business day Monday-Friday" and says the company never outsources support. It goes further on the human side: "We never use bots or AI and everyone you’ll speak with could only be described as an absolute gem!" The footer also links a help center, a reviews page, a comparison page and an affiliate program.
What coaches say
Two testimonials appear on the home page. Ajit Nawalkha, co-founder of Evercoach, says: "Paperbell is the software specifically for coaches, so they can have all of the tools that they need within the same software". Jody-Ann Rowe, founder of The Event Certificate, says: "Paperbell allows you to do your scheduling, packages, and work with your clients", and adds that the cost of the program is pretty low.
Who it suits and who it does not
Paperbell suits a solo coach or consultant who wants to stop paying for a website builder, a scheduler and a payment tool separately: a life coach launching a first offer, a business coach selling session packages with payment plans, or a wellness coach running a small group program alongside one-to-one clients. The flat price with unlimited clients and packages and no added transaction fee makes the cost predictable as the practice grows, and the free account lets a coach build the whole site before paying anything. A coach moving from email and spreadsheets to a proper system will find the contract signing, intake forms, notes and client history especially useful, because they keep the record of each client relationship in one place.
It is less suited to a creator whose main product is a large self-paced course catalog, since content delivery here is an add-on to coaching packages rather than a full course builder. For a coach whose business is sessions, packages and client relationships, Paperbell covers the essentials in one place.
