What CoachHub is
CoachHub is a digital coaching platform for large organizations that want to give coaching to leaders and employees across the whole company. It is a managed service and a piece of software at once: CoachHub supplies the coaches, matches them to people, runs the sessions on its platform, and reports on what changed. The company's own boilerplate calls it "the global leader in digital coaching and corporate coaching, trusted by over 1,000 organizations worldwide", and the About page describes its purpose as helping large organizations develop the leaders who drive transformation. Matti Niebelschütz is listed as CEO and co-founder, and the site runs in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.
For this directory's readers it is an L&D and HR purchase, not a tool for an individual coach to sell their services. The buyer is a company with a transformation, a restructuring or a leadership pipeline to support, and the user is an employee who gets a coach.
The coaching products
The homepage pairs five products with five audiences. CoachHub Executive is for the C-suite and senior VPs. CoachHub Collective works with cross-functional leaders, to "Reveal the collective abilities for groups to problem solve as one". CoachHub Individual is for leaders and high-potentials. CoachHub Rise is for talent and first-time managers and, in the homepage's description, combines AI coaching with 3-5 live coaching sessions to speed up their growth. AIMY, the AI coach, extends coaching to every employee. The products menu also lists hybrid coaching, which mixes human and AI sessions.
AIMY is the AI layer between sessions. The About page says it "is there in the moment a leader needs it most: between meetings, before the hard conversation." On the human side, the About page says the 3,500+ certified coaches are "matched by AI to every leader in your organization", and the homepage promises coaching in 90+ countries and 80+ languages, "with 24/7 access through hybrid coaching." Programs are framed around business problems rather than course topics: driving AI adoption, strengthening leadership in uncertainty, developing key talent, navigating mergers and acquisitions, and rebounding from restructures. The use-case pages add organizational transformation, employee experience and well-being, employee retention and women's leadership, and the industries named are manufacturing, financial services, retail and wholesale, logistics, healthcare and social work, and education.
The coaches
CoachHub describes its coaches as having "a minimum of 6+ years leadership and industry experience, with at least 500 coaching hours (1000h average)". The page for coaches spells out the qualification criteria: certification from one of the leading coaching associations, more than 6 years of managerial experience in a relevant industry, a good understanding of digital tools, at least 500 coaching hours and usually more than 1,000, and a resource-activating, solution-oriented coaching mindset. Coaches work fully flexibly and choose their own hours, and the platform handles scheduling and logistics. The same page notes that a CoachHub client will often be meeting a coach for the first time in their career, which fits the company's aim of offering coaching early rather than only at the top.
Platform, integrations and data
The platform side has three parts that matter to an HR team.
Integrations: the integrations page describes an open API and connections to HR systems and platforms such as Workday and Microsoft Teams. The CoachHub app on Microsoft Teams lets employees self-register for coaching, uses approval workflows to activate seats, gives HR managers flexible seat management, and sends push notifications, while learning recommendations come from the CoachHub Academy. Connecting an HR system runs in five steps: align on goals, map the data fields, configure and test the API connection, conduct a security review, and go live. A dedicated account team handles integration questions.
Measurement: CoachHub Insights gives live behavioral data on engagement, performance and momentum, and the About page says it is benchmarked against 1,000+ organizations. The impact page sets out four stages: spark immediate momentum by tracking engagement, satisfaction and goal alignment from day one; turn new behaviors into repeatable habits; connect capability to strategic targets; and show sustained impact on measures such as attrition, productivity and leadership benchmarks. A Calculate your ROI tool sits in the menu, and the impact page quotes a Coca-Cola HR director saying that "Bringing digital coaching in the flow of work is a real competitive advantage."
Security and privacy: the homepage states that CoachHub is "ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 Type 2 certified", with data hosted in Germany for GDPR sovereignty. On the integrations page, CoachHub says it aggregates coachee data from at least 5 individuals, which keeps individual coaching content confidential and out of reports to other systems.
Results the company cites
The homepage leans on customer results. It reports that 100% of a ProDriven Global Brands group reported increased self-awareness, motivation and confidence, 94% at AutoStore reported knowing exactly how to reach their goals, 86% at booking.com identified steps to accelerate their development, 77% at Lacoste saw increases in progression on objectives, and 70% at Toyota changed their behavior as a direct result of coaching. It also cites its own 2026 research finding that 87% of HR leaders see coaching as very important or critical during transformation, and an ICF 2023 figure that 72% of coached organizations reported higher employee engagement. The About page argues that 72% of transformation programs fail because of people, not technology. Named customers include Booking.com, Schneider Electric, Coca-Cola, Sodexo and Virgin Atlantic, with case stories from AVEVA, Meliá Hotels International, IAV and ProDriven.
Organizations that sell to other companies can partner with CoachHub in three ways: refer an organization, deliver CoachHub's coaching network as part of their own services, or resell it.
Pricing
The site publishes no prices; every route leads to a demo request and a conversation with the account team.
Who it suits
CoachHub suits multinational companies and large employers that want coaching for hundreds or thousands of people in many countries and languages, with HR system integration, security certifications and impact reporting that a board will accept. It fits programs tied to a specific change, such as a restructuring, a merger or an AI rollout, and the product ladder lets one contract cover executives, new managers and the wider workforce through AIMY. A small company, a single team or an individual looking for a coach will find it built for a different buyer, and a coach who wants to sell their own programs should look at it only as a place to apply for work.
