Quenza

Tap a star to rate

Quenza is software for coaches, therapists and other practitioners who want to keep working with clients between sessions. Its home page calls it "The platform to automate your practice and grow your business": practitioners deliver personalized exercises, reflections and progress tracking to clients through a secure platform, and build programs that run on their own. The use case pages speak to business coaches, dietitians, life coaches and therapists, and the testimonials add social workers, counselors, psychologists and consultants. The company named in the home page footer is Quenza B.V., and the footer states that the service is "Hosted in the European Union". The reader here is the independent practitioner or small practice that wants clients doing structured work between appointments, and the company's own guide also lists building online courses among the things it is good for.

How it works

The home page sets out five things the product does. First, you send exercises clients complete on their own time: "Choose from 200+ ready-made exercises or create your own, then schedule automated delivery." Second, you track what clients complete, with real-time completion status for every activity so you can see who needs support and who is progressing. Third, you message clients securely between sessions to give feedback on completed exercises and answer questions. Fourth, you automate multi-week programs, sequences of activities that "deliver automatically over days or weeks", so clients move through a structured program without manual sending. Fifth, you and your clients exchange notes in a secure space to document insights as they come up.

The company's guide to coaching platforms adds detail on how activities are built. A drag-and-drop Activity Builder lets you take any resource from the library of assessments, forms and activities and adapt it to your needs, and the guide lists customizable science-based templates and tools it calls Expansions. One clinical psychologist quoted on the home page describes building an activity from all the elements of a safety plan so clients can work through it.

Features

The feature menu covers the whole client relationship. Client management gives a clear overview of each client's progress. Chat lets you message clients and team members in one place, and the guide describes encrypted private and group chat. Customization and white label let you run Quenza under your own brand and domain. The client portal gives each client a private space to stay engaged and informed. Activities deliver personalized, science-based exercises between sessions. File sharing sends files and web links to clients in one organized space. Notes capture and share reflections, session recaps and insights. Programs create step-by-step paths a client can follow. Tasks assign actionable steps for daily progress. Teams let colleagues collaborate in one workspace. A newer Integrations feature connects Quenza to your calendar, CRM and automation tools.

The guide also lists group coaching features, client notifications and reminders, secure file storage and organizational features for working as a team, and says that on Quenza "you can begin your group coaching journey with a few clicks." Quenza works on every device clients and practitioners already use.

Use cases

Each use case page frames the same tools for a different practice. For business coaches, Quenza keeps business owners accountable with growth plans and action tracking. For dietitians, it turns nutrition plans into daily habits with meal tracking and guided programs. For life coaches, it supports client change with structured programs and progress tracking. For therapists, it delivers evidence-based interventions and tracks treatment progress between sessions. The company's guide lists Quenza as good for individual and group coaching, client engagement, life coaching, mental health coaching, building online courses, and online coaching and counseling.

Price and trial

Quenza offers a free 30-day trial with no credit card required, which its guide describes as full access. The same guide lists the price as "$25+ monthly", so $25 a month is the entry point. The footer links a pricing page, a fair use policy and a refund policy, and practitioners on the older product can follow a Quenza Classic migration guide to the current version.

Learning and support

Quenza runs free workshops, live Q&A sessions where users can ask the team anything, and offers a demo tour. There is a user community for exchanging tips and resources, a knowledge base of guides and FAQs, developer docs, an explainer guide practitioners can share with their clients, and a free eBook, The Value-First Practitioner, about extending your impact beyond the therapy hour.

What practitioners say

The home page carries a long run of testimonials, mostly from therapists and coaches. Garrick Conner, a therapist, says Quenza "has dramatically increased my ability to keep track of my clients between sessions and even to offer feedback, encouragement, and support via the commenting feature." Jelisa Glanton, a social worker, says: "I save a lot of time in sessions because clients can engage with activities outside of our meetings." Dory Linda, an occupational psychologist, describes the change plainly: "Before Quenza, I was sending out PDFs for clients to complete, and then I never saw them again. Now, I can track their progress and interact with them." Jackie Woodside, a certified professional counselor, values getting a client engagement app, an assessment tool and a way to digitize practice documents "for the same monthly price". Life coach Bella Bliss goes further, saying problems that might normally take a therapist or coach three months can be worked through in about a week; that is her claim, not a measured result.

Who it suits and who it does not

Quenza suits a practitioner whose method depends on what clients do between sessions: a therapist assigning worksheets and tracking treatment progress, a dietitian turning a meal plan into daily habits, a life or business coach running a multi-week program, or a counselor who wants exercises and meditations delivered on schedule. The 200+ ready-made exercises make it quick to start, the Activity Builder lets an experienced practitioner digitize their own tools, and white labeling lets a practice present everything under its own brand. Small teams can share a workspace.

It is a client engagement tool rather than a scheduling, billing or marketing system, so a practitioner who wants all of those in one place should check how Quenza's integrations fit their calendar and CRM. For a coach or therapist who wants homework to actually get done, and to see that it did, Quenza is built for exactly that, and the 30-day trial makes it easy to test with real clients.
