What Hektore is

Hektore is an on-demand professional coaching platform that companies buy for their employees. The home page, which is in French, describes it as coaching for companies, HR directors and managers "sans complexifier les process RH" (without complicating HR processes). An employee who hits a problem at work books a session with a certified coach themselves, meets the coach by video on Hektore's platform, usually within 24 hours, and the conversation stays between the two of them. HR switches the service on, decides how sessions are shared out, and follows usage through anonymized dashboards.

The site promises three things up front: a certified coach in under 24 hours, exchanges that are 100% confidential, and a network of 200 certified coaches, described elsewhere on the site as more than 200. The footer says the product is "Made in Hauts-de-France". The home page shows a satisfaction rate of 9.5/10 and counts more than 200 coaching sessions delivered through Hektore so far.

What employees bring to a session

The home page groups the work into four areas: conflict resolution, leadership, one-off situations such as lost motivation or the need to step back, and stress management and efficiency. The FAQ lists concrete moments the service is designed for: a conflict in a team, starting a new role, a hard decision, high stress, loss of motivation, trouble prioritizing, preparing a sensitive meeting, or questions about a career path. It also names the subjects coaches cover, among them decision-making, stress and emotions, leadership, communication, time and priority management, teamwork, complex problem solving, career development and personal development at work, always within a strictly professional frame. The point, the FAQ says, is not to impose a long program but to bring the right support at the right moment.

Managers are a named audience. According to the FAQ, a manager can use a session to prepare a delicate conversation, clarify a leadership stance, handle tension in the team, step back before a decision or find a method when priorities pile up, with the aim of turning a vague situation into a concrete action plan to apply on returning to work.

How a session works

Booking is done by the employee, without going through a manager. When reserving, the employee fills in a short questionnaire explaining the challenge and the goal they want to reach, and the questionnaire goes to the coach beforehand so the session can start in goal-solving mode. The session itself takes place by videoconference on Hektore's own secure platform. The platform page makes the case for this plainly: employees do not always want to raise what is blocking them with a manager or with HR, so the service offers a real one-to-one exchange in a setting of trust and without judgment.

After the call, resources the coach shares, such as exercises, tools and handouts, are filed automatically in the employee's personal space, so nothing gets lost in email attachments. Every session ends with a short feedback form covering whether the goal was reached, the coach's approach and the quality of the exchange. The platform page says this systematic tracking lets Hektore display an NPS of 9.3/10. If an employee wants more sessions, they can request them from their personal space, and the request goes to HR.

What HR controls

The platform page sums up the buyer's side as a coaching platform "déployée en un clic, simple pour les collaborateurs, pilotable par les RH" (deployed in one click, simple for employees, steerable by HR). The FAQ says activation, internal communication, employee access and first appointments can all be launched without a heavy HR process. HR chooses how sessions are distributed: spread out over time, case by case according to each team's needs, or as open self-service. When someone asks for an extra session, HR is notified and can assign it.

Access follows staff changes. When an employee leaves, their unused sessions are credited back automatically, and new employees or whole teams can be added during the year, with HR allocating sessions freely within the limit of the subscribed pack. The anonymized dashboard shows adoption, the number of sessions used, satisfaction feedback and the broad themes employees bring, without access to the content of any individual exchange. The platform page illustrates how that feeds training plans with an example in which 40% of sessions concern conflict management, prompting the idea of nonviolent communication training for the next quarter.

The coaches

The FAQ says Hektore built its community of more than 200 certified coaches through a rigorous selection, with in-depth interviews and a check of each coach's diplomas and experience, and describes their approach as human, pragmatic and focused on impact. The site also has a page for coaches who want to join. Employee reviews on the home page name individual coaches. Delphine L. wrote in March 2025: "J’étais vraiment surprise de pouvoir aussi bien avancer en une heure" (I was really surprised to make so much progress in one hour). Louise P., in August 2025, praised her first meeting with Eric and found the platform very practical to use.

Pricing and resources

Hektore is sold as a pack of sessions that the company subscribes to and HR allocates. The site links to a pricing page and offers demos and calls with an expert. Its resources section includes a blog, use cases and a white paper, and the home page lists the benefit it sees for each stakeholder: for HR, a service open to everyone at a controlled cost; for managers, quick support; for employees, help as soon as the need appears; for leadership, a lever on performance.

Who it suits and who it does not

Hektore suits an HR or L&D team that wants to give employees and managers fast access to a professional coach for real workplace situations without running a formal coaching program. Its strengths are speed, confidentiality and the HR controls around a shared pack of sessions, with anonymized themes that can shape training plans. Buyers should note that the whole site, reviews included, is written in French.

It is not a course platform, a learning catalog or a tool for coaches to run their own practice, and the FAQ keeps sessions within a professional frame, so it is not a substitute for longer-term personal support.
