What Delenta is

Delenta is coaching management software for coaches who sell their own services and for organizations that run a team of coaches. The copyright line on the site names Delenta Limited, and the site splits its offer three ways: solo practitioners, teams and associates, and training or corporate organizations. Its feature menu covers client management, a client portal, sessions and bookings, group coaching, sales and payments, course management, landing pages, multi-coach teams and an AI note-taker, and the specialties it names are career, executive, health and wellness, ADHD and life coaching, coaching consultancies, not-for-profits and fitness training and certification programs.

The home page says the product is built to support coaching organizations with 5 to 500+ coaches across executive coaching, corporate learning and team development, and it counts "200k+" coaching sessions delivered and "180k+" professionals coached in "32+" countries. For a creator, the course side matters too: on the Premium plan a digital course creator sits inside the same account as the bookings and the billing, so a coach can sell a package of sessions and a self-paced course to the same client.

Running clients, sessions and bookings

The entry plan already carries the core of a practice. It includes lead management, a profile landing page, intake lead forms, a booking calendar with Outlook and Google sync, a CRM with a session tracker, notes, tasks and goals, e-sign contracts and coaching logs. Each coach can connect several calendars (Google, Outlook and iCal) with two-way sync, and the pricing FAQ says Delenta prevents double bookings and gives supervisors one view of availability across the team.

Intake is form-driven. The FAQ describes branded intake forms that create the client profile on submission and can trigger workflows such as coach matching, onboarding tasks or milestone feedback, and forms can be sent automatically after a set number of sessions or a time interval. Session re-scheduling, client task and goal tracking with reporting, and unlimited lead capture appear in the plan comparison table.

Payments run through the same account. The comparison table lists automated client invoicing and payments, payment tracking with financial analytics, and a row headed "No additional transaction fees". The home page adds automatic billing and renewals with reminders, session tracking where coach and client both see usage, and roll-over of unused sessions for active members. For billing, the FAQ names prepaid packages (hour-based or session-based), usage-based billing that draws down prepaid hours with an arrears top-up, monthly subscription tiers with optional rollover, and arrears billing on a weekly or monthly cycle. The integrations listed on every plan are Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, PayPal, Stripe, Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar, MailerLite, Mailchimp and Zapier.

Group coaching, courses and the client app

The Pro plan adds group coaching: group video sessions, onboarding and managing groups, group packages and group appointments, a branded profile landing page, video and document uploads and actionable goals. The Premium plan is where Delenta becomes a course and membership product. It adds the digital course creator, unlimited sales pages and package creation, subscriptions and events, automated forms, client onboarding workflows, a custom domain with branded client portals and email templates, website integration and the mobile app. The comparison page describes that app as a branded iOS and Android app and says the course builder supports drip content, alongside a community area.

Clients get a portal with their sessions, notes, files and progress, and the home page says sponsors can be given access too. Coaches can pick from profile page templates (golf coach, business coach, transformational life coach, medical practitioner coach, tour guide, personal financial coach) and white-label the client onboarding with their own messages, brand colors, logo and email templates. The pricing FAQ says Delenta can be embedded in an existing website so clients and coaches log in from there, and that a general Delenta URL is provided for coaches without their own domain.

Teams and multi-coach organizations

The Teams plan adds multiple coaches or associates, with a license fee per seat. It brings a team landing page showing each coach and their availability, a super admin portal, roles and access permissions, multi-coach assignment, automation and triggers, reporting and coach payroll, live analytics and session tracking, account-based HR reports, white-label branding and HIPAA compliance. The FAQ describes a searchable coach database filtered by availability, specialization, language and time zone, so an operations team or the clients themselves can match coach and client. Pay rates can differ per coach and per activity type (coaching against training, for instance), Stripe and other providers automate client billing and coach payouts, and reports export for payroll and accounting.

Admin dashboards show session history (completed, canceled, no-shows), coach activity logs covering coaching, supervision, training and admin work, client progress and revenue and utilization by coach, client or program. The home page adds tracking of billable and non-billable hours and a view of coaching logs and CPD. Corporate clients can be given read-only usage reports, and an HR contact can oversee billing while session notes stay private. Asked whether it can scale for 50, 100 or 150 coaches, the FAQ answers yes. The Enterprise tier adds real-time analytics, internal and external coach management, coaching engagement management, advanced revenue and service delivery reports, a public API with SSO support and dedicated account and customer success teams.

Plans and prices

The pricing page lists three self-serve plans. Starter is $29 a month for a solo practitioner, with one seat, 10 prospect and client portals and 1GB of storage. Pro is $49 a month, still one seat, with 40 portals and 5GB. Premium, marked popular, is $79 a month with unlimited client portals and 100GB. Billed yearly, the same plans are $229, $469 and $699, and the toggle says annual payment saves up to 25%. Teams shows "Request Pricing" with two seats in the comparison table plus the per-seat license fee, and Enterprise is sold after a demo.

The page headline offers a 14 day free trial with no credit card required and plan changes without an admin fee, although the FAQ answer below it describes unlimited access to all features for 7 days before a monthly or annual subscription is needed. Online support is Standard on Starter and Pro, Priority on Premium, and Teams adds migration, onboarding and coach training. The home page offers a free setup call with a human expert, and the demo page books a 30-minute call.

Security, reputation and what users say

The pricing FAQ states that Delenta provides "full GDPR compliance & ISO 27001:2022 certification", and HIPAA compliance is listed on the Teams plan. A banner on the pricing page reports that Gartner Digital Markets gave Delenta "Multiple Industry Accolades", and the demo page shows a 5.0 rating from 32+ countries. The AI note-taker carries an asterisk throughout, and the Premium plan lists "Delenta ai" as coming soon. Coaches who recommend Delenta can join an affiliate program that the community page says pays 20% commission or more.

Testimonials on the community page are specific. Petra Holic, author of Leader as Coach, writes that "Delenta has been the backbone of my program & our participants appreciate how easy it is for them to navigate all the program features." Jen Barnett, a director of operations, says the support team is "always quick to respond and help with any issues" despite the time difference.

Who it suits and who it does not

Delenta suits a coach who wants bookings, contracts, invoicing and the client relationship in one place and expects to add group programs or a course later. A solo coach can start on Starter, but the client portal cap of 10 on that plan and 40 on Pro means a growing practice will reach Premium, which is also where the course builder, the app and custom branding live. Coaching firms with associates are the clearest fit for Teams, with per-coach pay rates, matching and payroll reports, though that tier is priced on request and per seat. A creator whose business is mainly self-paced courses sold to large audiences may find the session-centered design more than it needs.
