What CoCoach is

CoCoach is an online coaching platform that lets a coach run the business under their own brand: a client app with the coach's name, icon and colors, a website on the coach's own domain, payments, client management and marketing, plus a partnership team that works on growing the business. The page title calls it an "Online-Coaching-Plattform unter deiner eigenen Marke" (online coaching platform under your own brand), and the footer names the company as CoCoach ApS. The site is written in German. Its headline is "Coaching, built different.", followed by three promises: "Verdreifache deinen Gewinn. Halte Klienten über Jahre. Bleib Coach." (Triple your profit. Keep clients for years. Stay a coach.) The homepage says that more than 2,000 coaches work on CoCoach every day.

The client tools it lists are built around training and nutrition coaching: workout plans, habits, check-ins, nutrition plans, recipes and calorie tracking. One of the coaches quoted on the page talks about selling training programs, which fits that picture.

The group model

CoCoach's central idea is that a coach should move from one-to-one work to groups. The page puts it plainly: "1:1 hat seinen Platz. Ab 50 Klienten skaliert es nicht mehr. Gruppencoaching schon." (One-to-one has its place. Beyond 50 clients it no longer scales. Group coaching does.) For clients, the model has four parts:

  • One start date a month. Every month a new cohort begins, and the page says strangers become each other's reason to keep going.
  • Group, but personal. The coach adapts the program to the level and goals of the clients in it.
  • A living program, not a template. New phases, seasonal challenges and new habits keep it moving; the page says it never ends and the group goes the way together.
  • A membership-style price. The page puts it at around €70 a month and says clients stay far longer than is usual in one-to-one coaching.

For the coach, the pitch is "Dein Produkt verkauft sich, während du coachst." (Your product sells itself while you coach.) There are no sales calls, no closers and no commission; clients sign up online and get access to the coach's app straight away. Every coaching hour serves the whole group, with no assistants or substitutes. Because there is one start date a month, the page suggests three weeks of building an audience and one week of selling, instead of constant sales posts on Instagram, which it says ruin a coach's reach.

The numbers on the page

The homepage includes a worked example for a coach with 100,000 followers, a number the visitor can change. One-to-one at scale converts 0.4% of followers into 400 clients at €160 a month net, for €64,000 of monthly revenue; it needs 4 assistant coaches and 1 telephone salesperson, spends €6,400 on marketing and leaves about €16,000 of profit a month. The CoCoach model converts 2% into 2,000 clients at €56 a month net, for €112,000 of revenue, with no assistants or salespeople, the same €6,400 of marketing and about €83,000 of profit. An animated chart beside it shows employed assistants falling to zero while profit triples and the client count grows fivefold. This is the company's illustration of its model rather than a result reported for a named coach, and the page invites coaches to ask how one coach looks after 2,000+ subscription clients without any staff.

The software

The page lists the platform's everyday tools under the heading that CoCoach covers "the basics" too, adding that none of this is what makes it different, but that it makes the difference possible:

  • 1:1 training planning: workouts, habits, check-ins and nutrition in one plan per client.
  • Client app: clients train in an app with the coach's name, icon and colors.
  • Nutrition: nutrition plans, an AI nutrition diary, recipes and calorie tracking in the same app.
  • Community: one shared feed for the whole group, with questions, answers and successes in one place.
  • Website builder: own brand, own domain and own sign-up process, managed in the Web Studio.
  • Payments: automatic payments and payouts that run on their own while the coach keeps control.
  • Client management: every client in one view with progress, messages and check-ins, which the page says scales to thousands.
  • Marketing: lead magnets, email flows and campaigns, with a view of which channel actually brings sign-ups.

The branded app and website are what place CoCoach among the white-label apps in this directory as well as the coaching platforms: in daily use the client sees the coach's brand, not CoCoach's.

The partnership

Alongside the software, CoCoach offers what it calls a partnership: "Ein Team, das wir bezahlen, nicht du." (A team that we pay, not you.) Business developers, ads and marketing specialists and growth support are built around the coach from the first day. The page says this team works on the coach's own recipe for success, winning ideal clients and keeping them for years, and that it thinks in years rather than programs, building an offer that grows in the order the client needs it.

Switching and fees

For coaches with an existing practice, the page argues "Der Umzug kostet dich Arbeit. Bleiben kostet dich Gewinn." (Moving costs you work. Staying costs you profit.) CoCoach handles one-to-one and group coaching side by side, so a coach can add groups while their one-to-one coaching carries on as before, with their own clients and their own prices. CoCoach charges a 0% fee on the clients a coach brings with them, "Für immer" (forever), and says it earns from the growth it builds with the coach rather than from the business the coach already has. A migration team moves everything across: clients, individual pricing terms, programs and templates, recipes, lessons and chat history. The site publishes no subscription price for coaches, and the next step it offers is a conversation ("Sprich mit uns", talk to us).

What coaches say

The coaches quoted on the page are labeled as CoCoach partners, and their comments are about workload and independence rather than features. One says: "Wenn ich alle meine Klienten eins zu eins hätte, wäre ich total ausgebrannt." (If I had all my clients one-to-one, I would be totally burned out.) Another: "CoCoach hilft dir. Sie kontrollieren dich nicht." (CoCoach helps you. They don't control you.) A third: "Früher dachte ich, Wachstum heißt mehr Klienten und mehr Follower. Heute weiß ich: Wachstum heißt mehr Zeit mit meiner Familie." (I used to think growth meant more clients and more followers. Today I know growth means more time with my family.)

Who it suits

CoCoach suits a training or nutrition coach with a social media audience who wants to turn it into a recurring group membership under their own brand, with a team helping on ads, marketing and growth. Coaches who already run one-to-one clients can bring them across with no fee and keep that work going next to the groups. The caveats are clear from the page itself: the site is in German, prices are agreed in conversation rather than published, the model rests on monthly cohorts and a steady flow of followers, and a coach outside training and nutrition will find the client tools centered on workouts and diet.
