What Coaching.com is

Coaching.com is a platform built for professional coaches rather than for their clients. The homepage calls it a "Coach Success Platform" with four parts: education, software for running coaching engagements, a marketplace where coaches and coaching companies find clients, and a community. Its stated mission is "to provide coaches with the tools, support, and resources they need to build and sustain a successful coaching practice". The About page lists Charlotte Jordan as CEO, David Gray as CTO and Rosette Cataldo as CRO, and counts 40+ team members across 25+ countries. The membership page goes further and calls Coaching.com "the world's largest community of professional coaches".

In this directory it sits with the coaching platforms. A solo coach can use it to keep learning, earn continuing education credits, manage engagements and get listed; a coaching company or an organization running coaching programs can use the software and list its team.

The membership

The membership is the center of the offer and the most fully described part of the site. It costs $197 a month on a 12-month commitment, or $1,970 a year paid upfront, which the page presents as two months free and pairs with a personal 1:1 Membership Strategy Call. The FAQ says everything is included in that price, "no add-ons, no tiers." A 15-day refund policy applies: if the membership is not what you expected within the first 15 days, you get a full refund on any amount paid.

What members get, according to the membership page:

  • Live Coaching Mastery Sessions: three every month around one theme, led by coaching thought leaders and practitioners, 55 a year. The page says members attend live sessions "with 1,000 other coaches".
  • Implementation Mastery Sessions: small-group discussions with a trained facilitator after each live session, also 55 a year, where coaches work out how to apply what they heard to their own practice.
  • Coaching Circles: small peer groups of 8-12 coaches who meet monthly, facilitated, for practice coaching, feedback and reflection with the same people each month.
  • Business Growth Studio: a monthly 90-minute live lab hosted by Jonathan Reitz in the fourth week of each month, split into 30 minutes of business strategy (positioning, lead generation, pricing, referrals and thought leadership), 30 minutes of small-group application and 30 minutes of live hotseat coaching.
  • An on-demand library of 200+ recorded expert sessions, searchable by topic.
  • The Resource Vault of downloadable frameworks, session structures, client activities, positioning templates and business tools.
  • A private online community, an online member directory, recording access, VIP sessions with speakers, session slides, audio and chat reports, an annual Credly badge and discounts on Coaching.com programs.

The credential angle is specific. The page says standard membership participation earns 100+ ICF CCEUs a year, and the FAQ answers yes to whether that counts toward ICF credential renewal. For an ICF-credentialed coach who would otherwise buy continuing education separately, that is a large part of the case for the price. The page also describes who joins: 62% of members have 6+ years in the profession, 45% have 10+ years, 25% are mid-career coaches building practices and 11% are newer coaches.

Membership also ties into the annual summit. The FAQ tells free summit attendees that members get permanent recording access to all 22 summit sessions and six VIP Implementation Mastery Sessions that non-members could not attend; the page names Nir Eyal, Dr. Marcia Reynolds, Lynda Gratton and Michael Bungay Stanier among the summit speakers.

Programs and masterclasses

Outside the membership, the Education Hub runs free live masterclasses of 60 or 75 minutes and longer paid programs. The masterclasses on the programs page include sessions on how leading coaches use AI (Colin Scotland), imposter syndrome (Lisa Orbé-Austin), coaching burnout (Neha Sangwan, MD), pushing clients past their limits without losing their trust (Dr. Marcia Reynolds) and becoming a certified coach (Coaching.com).

The program cards list an AI for Coaches Mentorship, an Imposter Syndrome Coaching Certification, a Burnout Coaching Certification, a Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Certification by Prof. Peter Hawkins and Michael Cooper, a Principles Coach Certification, the Catalyst Coach Certification from Coaching.com, Neuroscience of Coaching by Ann Betz, Breakthrough Coaching by Dr. Marcia Reynolds, and a pre-recorded AI-Powered Client Acquisition Workshop for Coaches. The cards give formats from 8 and 14.5 hours of self-paced learning up to programs lasting weeks or months, with credit values of up to 75 CCEUs. A live event, AI Can Coach. Now What?, with David Drake and Charlotte Jordan is listed for October 14, 2026. The program cards show no prices.

The software

Coaching.com's coaching management software is meant to "Manage the administration of all your coaching engagements from start to finish". The core features listed are engagement management, scheduling, messaging, contracts, payments and resource sharing. Data and reporting adds dashboards and custom reports that track coaching utilization, outcomes and program ROI, which is the language of a coaching company or an internal coaching program rather than only a solo practice. Professional services cover everything from coaching strategy to software implementation.

The integrations page groups connections by type rather than naming vendors: assessment platforms, authentication with existing access control systems and role mapping, two-way calendar sync so clients can book into your available times, document access and sharing wherever files are stored, automated invoicing and payments, and productivity apps for scheduling and content sharing. A former ICF president, Damian Goldvarg, is quoted on the homepage calling it "the most advanced coaching management software I've seen after nearly 30 years in the industry." Software pricing sits on a separate Pricing for Business page.

The marketplace

The marketplace has three entry points. Individual coaches can create a profile that shows their credentials and specialties and connect with clients. Coaching companies can feature their team, publish services and capture inbound leads. People looking for a coach can search by expertise, industry, language and availability. Around all of this sit webinars, a podcast of conversations with talent practitioners, a blog and downloadable e-books.

Who it suits

Coaching.com suits a practicing coach who wants structured, ongoing development and a peer group rather than a one-off course, and especially an ICF-credentialed coach who can count the membership's 100+ CCEUs toward renewal. The Business Growth Studio and Resource Vault help a coach whose skills are ahead of their client pipeline. Coaching companies and organizations that run coaching programs get engagement software with utilization and ROI reporting, plus a marketplace listing for the whole team. The membership is a 12-month commitment at $197 a month, so it is a considered purchase, and a coach who only wants simple booking and invoicing for a few clients may find more than they need here.
