What Coachful is
Coachful is an all-in-one platform for running a coaching or creator business. Its footer describes it as "One place to run a coaching or creator business: your own website, programs, clients, scheduling and payments." The coach pays a monthly subscription, and clients use a branded client home and mobile app at no cost to them, on the web, iOS and Android. The company behind it is Influencee Agency OÜ, with an address in Tallinn, Estonia, and support is offered in English through a help center.
In this directory Coachful sits with the coaching platforms and also counts as a course platform, because the same account hosts and sells courses, ebooks, videos and podcasts alongside the coaching itself. The plans page states the pricing idea plainly: "Every plan includes the full platform. You only pick the size of your practice."
Programs, clients and the week between sessions
Coachful is built on the view that coaching happens between calls as well as on them. In the company's own guide to group coaching platforms, a program is described as weekly goals, daily tasks, habits with morning and evening check-ins, and courses where the material is video; the client sees the week they are on, and the coach sees who did the work and who is slipping across the whole group on one screen. The plans page lists the toolkit that comes with every plan: website and funnels, programs and journeys, scheduling and video calls, payments and invoices, client chat and community, email campaigns, the AI assistant, goals, habits and check-ins, and a content and resources library.
Group work hangs off the program. When someone enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates a squad for it automatically, so there is no second invitation or separate community login. The client app puts the feed, group chat, program week, habits and next session behind one login carrying the coach's branding. Coaching flows such as a welcome flow and morning and evening check-ins are built once and run for everyone on the program.
The admin side covers booking pages with availability rules, two-way calendar sync with Google, Apple and Outlook, built-in video calls or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, coaching agreements with typed e-signatures and downloadable PDFs, and payments through the coach's own Stripe or Razorpay account, with payment plans and refunds. The coaching CRM keeps notes, goals, sessions and intake forms in one client view. Sessions are recorded against each client and program, and a coach development panel counts hours and distinct clients against the ICF's ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, which the company presents as a self-development aid rather than an ICF assessment. The AI assistant, named Michelle in the site's structured data, helps with content and admin, and the homepage demo shows an AI summary with action items after a session. Each plan carries a monthly allowance of AI credits. The same guide says Coachful offers a full data export as a ZIP file.
Courses and digital products
The digital products page covers the course platform side. A coach can sell courses, ebooks, videos, podcasts, audio meditations, downloadable templates, articles, live event recordings and bundles from one library and one checkout. Courses have modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, with video lessons and downloadable attachments. Videos upload to Bunny Stream with HLS streaming, signed playback URLs and a worldwide CDN, or come in as Vimeo, YouTube, Loom or Wistia links, and PDFs and audio are served from signed URLs. Podcasts get an RSS feed that works with Apple Podcasts and Spotify and distributes new episodes on its own.
Pricing options are one-time, subscription, or a payment plan with its own total and scheduled charges. Bundles can mix any product types at a discount, order bumps can be added at checkout, and coupon codes come with expiry dates and usage limits. Any product can be set to free with email, so it works as a lead magnet that builds the list. Buyers get lifetime access in a branded library and in the mobile app, and refunds take one click, full or partial, with the option to revoke access at the same time. Revenue and funnel attribution are tracked per product. The page is also clear about what Coachful is not: it is not a course marketplace, and there is no public catalog of other coaches' courses.
A store for creators
The creators page pitches a link-in-bio store for people with an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube following. You enter your handle, Coachful watches your most viewed recent videos, turns what you say into text, and drafts a store, a first program, a website, a booking page and a welcome email in your own words, all of which you can edit before sharing. Nothing is posted to your accounts, and someone with a private profile can describe their offer in a sentence or two instead. Around the store come Instagram DM automations that send your link when someone comments a keyword, quizzes and lead magnets, an email list with automatic welcome emails, a community, and checkout with Apple Pay and cards. On Lite the store lives on a Coachful link; your own domain needs Solo or above.
Plans and pricing
The plans page lists four plans, billed monthly:
- Lite, $29 a month: up to 5 clients and 100 community members, 100 AI credits a month.
- Solo, $49 a month: up to 20 clients, unlimited community members, 200 AI credits a month.
- Pro, $99 a month: unlimited clients, Coachful Intelligence, an automated content engine and SEO, 500 AI credits a month.
- Studio, $199 a month: 3 coach seats and unlimited clients, team roles and permissions, extra coaches at $49 a month, 1000 AI credits a month.
An Agency option scopes everything in Studio to a larger team, with priority onboarding and support, after a conversation with the company. Annual billing is offered at a saving the page puts at 34%. A client means an active client on the roster, community members are counted separately, and a coach can move up or down the ladder at any time. The platform fee is 0% on every plan, so the coach keeps everything after Stripe or Razorpay processing. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; a card is required, nothing is charged during the trial, and it can be canceled in one click. The price shown at signup stays fixed, and the FAQ says "a later change to our public pricing does not move you." The company's group coaching guide states that there is no free plan. During onboarding Coachful imports a coach's clients, programs and content.
Who it suits
Coachful suits a solo coach whose programs depend on what clients do between sessions, with habits, check-ins and group squads, and who wants booking, agreements, payments and a product store under one subscription with no cut of sales. A creator with a social following gets a store and a first program drafted from their own videos. Small coaching teams have Studio's seats and roles, and larger ones the Agency option. The caveats are the ones the company names itself: Lite and Solo cap active clients at 5 and 20, so a cohort larger than twenty means Pro at $99 a month, and a big membership where nobody is individually coached is a better fit for a community tool. Course sellers should also note that Coachful is a store and delivery system for their own products rather than a marketplace that brings buyers to them.
