What Witsclass is

Witsclass is a learning management system that also runs the back office of a school, college, coaching center or training institute. The company, Witsclass Solutions Private Limited, describes it as an integrated LMS and ERP ecosystem: live and recorded classes, study materials and exams sit in the same system as admissions, attendance, fee collection, library records and staff payroll. The About page lists four audiences: schools and K-12 institutions, colleges and universities, coaching centers and training institutes, and corporate learning and development teams. The site footer adds that the platform is powered by Welkinwits Technologies LLP.

The homepage claims more than 50,000 users exploring edtech through the platform, and the FAQ says the LMS is available worldwide, naming institutions from India, the Middle East, the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, Asia and Africa as possible users. Students, teachers and parents reach it on the web or through Android and iOS apps.

Teaching and learning

The FAQ lists the core modules as live and recorded classes, course management, exams and assessments, student and teacher management, a parent portal, fee and payment management, reports and analytics, AI-powered learning, administration, branded mobile apps, security and franchise management.

Live teaching uses Witsclass's own Live Class facility rather than Zoom or Google Meet. The About page describes three advantages: attendance is logged automatically along with how long each student stayed, a session can be linked to specific course chapters and study materials, and recordings are saved to each student's dashboard without manual uploads. Teachers can run classes for one student or a group and connect them to assignments and assessments. Alongside live classes, teachers upload PDFs, notes, videos and assignments so a course's material sits in one place, and the About page names discussion forums, chat and messaging, class announcements and progress notifications as the communication tools.

For students with weak connections, the mobile app supports hybrid learning: video lectures and PDFs or notes can be downloaded for offline study, and progress syncs once the student is back online. Parents get their own app access to assignments, results, attendance and announcements.

Exams, proctoring and certificates

Teachers can build quizzes, MCQ exams, descriptive exams and other assessments and follow each student's marks, attendance and assignments to see who needs extra help. For online exams, the About page says Witsclass uses AI-powered proctoring: the examination module supports browser lockdown, device and IP restrictions and random question shuffling, and during remote tests the system watches for suspicious behavior such as tab-switching or multiple faces, then gives educators a "Trust Score" and detailed logs.

A Certificate Generation module lets an institution issue personalized certificates for courses, training programs and achievements, carrying its own branding. These are the institution's certificates; the site does not present them as accredited qualifications.

The AI Teacher

The About page describes the Witsclass AI Teacher as an integrated virtual assistant that provides 24/7 personalized learning support. It analyzes a student's performance to suggest chapter revisions, answers questions through chat and gives immediate feedback on quizzes. The same page lists personalized learning paths, auto-generated performance insights, predictive analytics for student progress and automated evaluation and grading as parts of its AI engine. On the pricing page, AI-Integration appears among the Enterprise plan features.

Administration and fees

The administrative half of the product is what sets it apart from a teaching-only LMS. The Fee Management module generates invoices and receipts, tracks paid, pending and overdue fees, and sends reminders by SMS and WhatsApp. According to the FAQ, fees can be collected by UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and bank transfers, depending on the payment gateway configured for the institution, as one-time, recurring or installment payments, and parents and students can pay inside the mobile app. The platform also covers admissions (the ADMS module), library management, staff payroll, timetables and monthly and yearly reporting.

Multi-branch organizations get a Franchise / Branch Management module: records, teachers, fees and attendance are kept branch by branch, with central reports across the whole organization and access controlled by role and branch.

White-label apps and customization

Witsclass offers a full white-label option. An institution can launch its own branded Android and iOS apps with its logo, domain and color scheme, and WhatsApp notifications and certificates go out under the institution's name. The FAQ adds custom colors and interface design, a custom domain for the web platform and modules, user roles, course structures and workflows adapted to the institute, with further customization and integrations quoted by project scope.

Plans and pricing

The pricing page lists four plans, each including everything in the one below. Basic covers the admission system, login, live and recorded classrooms, study materials, a gallery, the quiz module, news and events, video watch history and an "Ask Doubt" support module. Standard adds the payment gateway, examination module, store management, Q&A uploads, scholarship options, the complete ADMS, placement and job enquiries, a library module, competitive exams, student performance analysis, homework and diary management, fee management, branch management and push notifications. Premium, marked most popular, adds assignments and tasks, an education club, the Own Live Class facility, attendance management, a refer-and-earn program, teacher management, certificate generation, coupon codes, automatic live recording, course and subject selling, WhatsApp integration, vehicle tracking, a parents login, ID cards, multi-language and multiple currency options, invoices and report generation. Enterprise adds AI integration, CRM, HRM, accounting, VR and AR, e-commerce, biometric and ERP integration, gamification, MLM integrations and call management.

The site publishes no prices for any plan. The FAQ describes a commission-free flat-fee structure with no success fees on student enrollments, and directs institutes to a free demo for a quote matched to their size and needs.

Setup, support and security

The FAQ says most institutions go live within a few weeks. Onboarding runs from a requirement discussion and module selection through branding, data migration of student records, fee structures and timetables, module configuration, admin and staff training, and testing. Heavy customization or a fully branded app takes longer. After launch, a dedicated support team handles application issues, the platform has a ticket system for reporting problems, and the homepage states that 24*7 application support is available.

On security, the FAQ lists data encryption, role-based access control, secure cloud hosting, mobile OTP login, regular backups and encrypted video streaming to prevent unauthorized access to lessons.

Who it suits

Witsclass suits coaching centers, schools and training institutes that want one system for teaching and for running the institution, particularly those that collect fees by UPI and card, message parents over WhatsApp, and want an app in their own name. Franchise operators with several branches get a module built for that. Course and subject selling on the Premium plan also gives training businesses a way to sell online without a separate storefront.

Prices are quoted only after a demo, so budgeting needs a sales conversation. The broad module list also means setup involves configuration and training before going live. Institutions that only need a simple course host, or a solo tutor, will use a small part of what the platform offers.
