Toddle is an AI-powered learning management system for K-12 schools and districts, built to cover a school's whole teaching cycle: planning, teaching, assessment, reporting and communication with families. Its homepage tagline is "Teacher-built. AI-powered. More than an LMS." and it says "2,500+ leading schools & districts around the world run on Toddle." The footer names the company as Teacher Tools Pvt. Ltd., and the homepage carries an open letter from Deepanshu Arora, described as "School Leader, CEO at Toddle".
That letter states the company's goal: "to give each teacher 10 additional hours every week" while helping them improve their teaching practice. It lists three ways of getting there: building Toddle as an all-in-one teaching and learning hub, embedding an AI assistant in the teacher's workflow, and integrating Toddle with the tools a school already uses.
What a school gets
Toddle is sold as one platform made of modules:
Curriculum Planning. Teachers design, map and publish the curriculum "with the guidance of AI at every step", planning end to end from curriculum maps to courses and lessons, with analytics on coverage and alignment. The Australian page adds collaborative planning, where teaching teams build yearly, unit, weekly and lesson plans together, and live curriculum maps across subjects and grade levels with analytics on how content, wellbeing frameworks, skills and school values are planned, taught and assessed.
Assessments and Gradebook. Schools assess "standards or scores based", give multimodal feedback in text, audio and more, and see analytics on student performance. An AI assistant is pitched "to cut creation & grading time in half".
AI Tutors. Teachers design personalized learning in which tutors "adapt in real-time to each learner's pace & needs". The examples on the homepage are teaching math through Battleship and history through Gandhi, and the module promises safe, secure student-AI interactions.
Student Portfolios. Students document their learning with photos, videos, sketches, voice notes and Google Drive or OneDrive files. Posts can be tagged to standards and skills, they sync with progress reports, and families can follow growth over the years.
Progress Reports and Transcripts. Visual reports built from customizable templates, integrated with the gradebook and portfolios, with "AI-led evidence-based comments in seconds" and pre-built transcripts. Reports can go to families digitally or in print. Report cards are a separate module.
Communications Hub. One-to-one and group chat with the school community, announcements sent on Toddle or by email, and AI that drafts messages, summarizes threads and flags messages that need attention. The Australian page describes one-click continuous reporting that shares portfolios, assessment data, reports, a task calendar and the timetable with families.
Class Operations. Attendance taken daily, by rotation or by period, schedules imported from an SIS or from timetabling tools such as aSc and EdVal, and all lessons in one calendar with cross-subject insight into workloads.
Behaviour Management. Logging and tracking incidents, AI-written reports, and trends in school culture and wellbeing.
Accreditation Management. Evidence, reviews and feedback in one place, with a visual dashboard and "Built-in standards for 15+ accrediting bodies, including IB and NEASC." This is a tool for the school's own accreditation process, not a credential Toddle awards.
Content library. The Australian page describes "hundreds of built-in resources", unit plans, assessments and learning experiences created by educators around the world.
Toddle AI
The homepage calls Toddle AI the "World's most powerful AI suite for K-12 schools" and names six assistants:
- the Curriculum Design Assistant, for every stage of design from courses to units to lessons;
- the Assignment Builder, which takes a teacher's "broad strokes" and generates worksheets, questions and assessment tools in seconds;
- the Feedback and Grading Assistant, which takes the first pass at evaluating student work;
- AI tutors, with which students "chat with Plato, practice French & debug code";
- the Progress Reports Assistant, which turns student data into personalized, evidence-based comments;
- the Writing Assistant, which drafts announcements, messages and incident reports.
The homepage reports that "95% teachers say they save 2 to 5 hours every week with Toddle AI" and that 97% of teachers say Toddle helps them understand and personalize student learning better. It also says 85% of schools replace 3 or more technology platforms when they bring in Toddle.
Curricula, integrations and security
The solutions menu covers the English National Curriculum, the Cambridge curriculum, Australian and New Zealand schools, Understanding by Design, public schools and districts, independent schools, bespoke curricula and the IB PYP, MYP, DP and CP, plus IB candidate schools. The Australian page names the Australian Curriculum, NESA, the WA Curriculum and the Victorian Curriculum.
On integrations, the homepage claims "50+ integrations & counting." The Australian page groups them as single sign-on, video meetings scheduled from inside Toddle, student information system rostering, and content embedding from Google Drive and OneDrive.
On privacy and security, the homepage states that "Toddle complies with COPPA, GDPR, SOC 2, FERPA, and all major state privacy regulations," that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that schools can "Count on 99.9% uptime, real-time backups, and fast, responsive support." The footer links to a Privacy and Security Hub and a Quality EdTech Certifications page. The homepage also says Toddle has been carbon neutral since April 2025.
Support, switching and pricing
The Australian page promises "24*7 live chat support is built into the platform" and a "Toddle Buddy" for each school by phone or email. For schools switching platforms it says: "It's on us to make sure that all your data is safely moved into Toddle." The main menu includes a pricing page, but the homepage prints no prices; every route leads to a demo "with a fellow educator."
Community and recognition
The homepage describes a community of 250,000+ educators with events, research, newsletters, podcasts and recognition programs. Its initiatives include How Schools AI, a collection of 200 AI tutors built by educators, the School Leaders Project podcast, and The Inquiry Educators Summit (TIES), described as "The world's largest PD event for inquiry and progressive educators, bringing together 50,000+ educators from 100+ countries." Toddle says it was awarded Best LMS platform and Best AI implementation by The Educator.
School statements on the homepage come from the International School of Prague, Dalton School in Hong Kong, MADAC Schools in Saudi Arabia and Bombay International School. On the Australian page, Coomera Anglican College writes that "within just six months" it went from using four different platforms to managing everything on Toddle.
Who it suits
Toddle suits a K-12 school, district or school group that wants planning, assessment, portfolios, reporting, family communication and daily operations in one system, and that expects AI to take on part of the writing and grading load. IB schools, schools on the Australian or English national curricula, and schools preparing for accreditation get dedicated support. Schools moving off several tools at once benefit from the migration help.
It is not a course platform for selling to the public, and it is not aimed at corporate training or higher education. A school that wants to see a price before a demo will need to talk to the company first.
