Sikgen AI

Tap a star to rate

Sikgen AI is an AI learning management system for coaching institutes, schools, colleges, training providers, coding bootcamps and EdTech startups, made by Sikgen Technologies. Its pitch is that an institution uploads its own course material and the platform turns it into "a 24/7 AI tutor, auto-generated practice tests, and adaptive analytics". It is sold to organizations, not to individual learners: the home page says it is purpose-built for organizations that create and deliver learning, not for individual self-study, and the whole product is white-labeled under the institution's brand. The site says it serves institutions across India, the Gulf, Africa, Southeast Asia, the UK, North America and ANZ, and that it is a cloud platform with nothing to install.

The size of the product

The home page counts 98 documented features across 11 product modules and 47 supported exam formats, with a product tour that walks through every screen. The modules it lists are the AI Tutor with Cited Answers, the PDF Assistant and Question Lab, Pixel-Faithful Proctored Mocks, Smart Practice and Deep Analytics, Recall and Memory Science, an Engagement and Gamification Engine, the Institution Control Room, Integrations and Business Tools, the LMS and Online Learning Platform, Test Series and Exam Management, and a Coding Playground synced with video lessons.

The AI tutor and generated practice

The tutor answers only from the institution's material. The FAQ says Sikgen uses retrieval-augmented generation: when a student asks a question, the AI searches the uploaded documents first and answers from those pages, and every answer shows the source document, the page number and a confidence score. The site presents this as protection against "hallucinated or off-syllabus answers" and says the tutor does not use general ChatGPT knowledge. From the same uploads (PDFs, slides, videos and audio) the platform generates practice tests, flashcards and summaries.

The PDF Assistant and Question Lab turns material into exam-ready questions, and the footer lists an AI question generator and an AI question paper generator. The Ghana page adds an important detail for schools worried about quality: generated items from past papers and notes are drafted in the institution's format "for a subject expert to approve. Nothing reaches a student unreviewed." Sikgen will also ingest an institution's past papers, textbooks and notes to build a custom question bank for it.

Exams, practice and recall

Proctored mocks are the feature aimed at competitive-exam coaching. The home page says they reproduce UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, IBPS and any custom exam format exactly, with fullscreen proctoring, tab-switch detection, live monitoring and in-exam pace nudges that push students to finish on time. The test series module creates, schedules and runs multilingual exams at institutional scale. The FAQ names the exam interface languages as English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam, while the AI tutor currently answers in English and Hindi, with Tamil and Telugu in development.

Whisper AI handles active recall: students speak or type an answer from memory, the system transcribes it and scores it semantically, flags gaps in understanding and schedules the next review by spaced repetition. Smart practice and analytics tell each student which topics to fix. An engagement engine adds cohort leaderboards and gamification.

The LMS side and coding lessons

The LMS module is the student portal: dashboard, courses and live learning in one place. Content can be downloaded for offline study, with progress syncing when the connection returns, according to the Ghana FAQ. For programming courses, each video lesson pairs with an in-browser coding playground synced to the video timestamp, so students write and run code while they learn it; the site pitches this to coding bootcamps that would otherwise run video and coding practice in two separate tools.

Analytics and administration

The Institution Control Room is meant to run the academy from one screen. Batch-level cohort analytics sort students into Elite, Average and At-Risk based on real-time engagement and practice patterns, before results day rather than after final scores. Psychometric question analysis, with discrimination index and difficulty calibration, flags weak questions in the bank. The product's schema lists built-in payments, subscriptions and email automation among its features, which matters to a coaching institute or EdTech startup that sells its own courses. For schools, the site promises board-exam readiness, lighter teacher workload and parent visibility, and the Ghana page mentions parent-facing reporting across multiple sites for school groups.

White-label, setup and security

The FAQ says Sikgen ships fully white-labeled, with the institution's logo, brand colors and domain, and that the platform was built multi-tenant from day one. Most institutions are live within one week, according to the FAQ: the institution uploads its material, configures its brand and invites its first batch, and Sikgen's team handles onboarding with no technical configuration on the customer's side.

On data, the FAQ says each institution's data sits in an isolated, encrypted per-tenant database, on hardened .NET 10 servers with JWT authentication, rate limiting and OWASP Top 10 mitigations. Sikgen offers data processing agreements for institutions that need GDPR or Indian DPDP Act compliance, and its security page lists sub-processors and hosting locations. The Ghana page is specific: it says the company runs no Ghanaian data region, sets out hosting in the DPA before signature, notes Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), and says such obligations sit with the institution rather than the software supplier.

Pricing, pilot and support

The site shows no price list; its schema reads "Contact for institutional pricing". The route in is a 30-minute live demo with a Sikgen specialist, followed by a free 4-week pilot on one real batch with the institution's brand and content, a dedicated onboarding specialist and no commitment. The Ghana page says card payments run through Stripe and PayPal, institutional customers are invoiced in USD against a purchase order, and local mobile money is not supported. Support works Indian hours; the page says Ghana's morning falls inside them and questions raised before early afternoon get a same-day answer. Contact is by email, phone and WhatsApp.

Who it suits

Sikgen fits a coaching institute preparing students for UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, IBPS, NEET or JEE that wants its own branded app with exam-faithful mocks, a school that wants board-exam practice and parent reporting under its own name, a college running internal assessments at scale, and an EdTech startup that would rather license an AI LMS than build one. Its strength is the institution's own content; an individual learner cannot sign up, and an institution that wants a ready-made content library will find that the platform starts from material it supplies.
