PrideEDU is a learning management and education management system for schools, colleges and universities in Bangladesh. It is made by Pridesys IT Limited, a Dhaka software company best known for its ERP products, which lists PrideEDU in its product range as its "Education ERP". The PrideEDU page calls it an all-in-one LMS for managing educational institutions, and the product reaches well beyond lessons and coursework: admissions, attendance, exams, fees, scholarships, the library, hostels and school buses all sit in the same system. The page says it is tailored to Bangladeshi institutions, including support for local languages, currency and regulations.

Who makes it

Pridesys IT Limited describes itself on its site as one of the leading IT companies of Bangladesh, with the slogan "Innovate, Integrate and Differentiate". Its main business is enterprise software for manufacturing, trading and services, and its product list runs from PrideERP and PrideTex for the garment and textile industry to PrideHR, PrideHealth, PrideGov, PridePOS and PrideVAT. Education is one of the industries it serves, and PrideEDU is the product for it. The site also offers custom eLearning software as a service, separate from PrideEDU, and links an LMS user manual from its support menu.

The company gives a legal office on Garden Road and a head office in the Sumona Goni Trade Center on Panthapath, both in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, plus a US office in the Bronx, New York, run under the name Pridesys Global Inc. The home page claims 12 years of achievements, 400+ companies installed, sales in 15+ countries and 24/7 support with a team of 100+, figures that describe the company's whole software business rather than PrideEDU alone. It also says the company is appraised at CMMI Level 3 and holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Both are company credentials, not certifications of the LMS itself.

Administration

The administration module handles the office work of a school. Its sub-modules automate student enrollment, staff onboarding and daily administrative approvals; manage academic services such as course scheduling, teacher assignment and student records; log visitors in and out of the campus with digital records; run the library, with book loans, returns and an online catalog that students can browse; keep student medical records; and organize parent-teacher and administrative meetings. The page promises complete automation of these operations, from registration to library management, and "zero redundancy", meaning no duplicate records, plus integrated messaging and notifications between teachers, students and parents.

Teaching and students

The teacher and student module is the part closest to a classic LMS. With course management, educators create, modify and manage courses, and updates appear in real time so course materials stay current and accessible to students. Teachers develop and share course documents inside the system. Student admission is automated from application to approval. Attendance is tracked automatically for both students and teachers, which the page presents as an end to manual roll calls. Student tracking lets teachers and administrators follow each learner's performance over time and spot where someone needs help, and teachers see current information on attendance, performance and behavior.

Two further pieces suit boarding and larger institutions: hostel management covers room assignments, billing and other accommodation logistics, and automated SMS and email notifications keep parents and students informed about events, grades and attendance. Marks and grades are entered and tracked in the system, and parents receive real-time progress updates through its messaging.

Exams and results

Examination services cover the exam lifecycle, from building the schedule to registering students for each exam. Grading is automated and results are published online, so students and parents see them without delay. The grading scheme is customizable, so an institution can set criteria that match its own academic standards. Result monitoring produces detailed reports on performance and trends that teachers can use for targeted support, and a result archive keeps a digital record of past results for later retrieval.

Fees and payments

The payment module is where PrideEDU differs most from a teaching-only LMS. An institution sets up fee structures per course and program, and students and parents pay online. The system sends reminders and notifications about upcoming fees, which the page says reduces missed payments. Fund management covers scholarships, tuition waivers and other financial assistance, with a detailed record of each award, and administrators can generate daily, weekly or monthly transaction reports.

Transport

A transport module tracks school buses and other vehicles in real time, plans and executes transport schedules, lets administrators optimize routes for cost and punctual pick-ups and drop-offs, and handles freight for moving goods and materials for the institution. It is tied to the payment module, so parents can pay transport fees online alongside tuition.

What the page says about fit and ease of use

The page says the interface has a minimal learning curve, so teachers and students adapt quickly and an institution can roll the system out without extensive training. It also says the design scales with the institution, from small schools to large universities. Its own summary of who benefits is by role: schools get automated attendance, grading and communication; colleges and universities get course management, exam automation and payment systems; teachers get time back from attendance and grading; students get access to course materials, grades and schedules; and parents get real-time updates on progress and attendance plus online payment.

Pricing, demo and support

The site publishes no prices for PrideEDU and offers no free plan or trial; buyers fill in a demo request form, after which the company says it will contact them to prepare a customized demo. Sales can be reached by phone, WhatsApp and email, and the home page advertises round-the-clock support for its software. The site does not say whether PrideEDU is sold as a hosted service or installed on the institution's own servers.

Who it suits

PrideEDU suits a Bangladeshi school, college or university that wants to run admissions, attendance, exams, fees, scholarships, the library, hostels and transport in one system, with parents paying online and receiving SMS and email updates. A private school with boarding students and its own buses gets the most from it, because the hostel and transport modules are things a teaching-only LMS does not cover. It also fits an institution moving off paper records, since much of the page is about automating clerical work.

It is not a platform for an independent tutor selling courses, and it is not built for corporate training. Institutions outside Bangladesh should note that the page frames the product around Bangladeshi institutions and their currency and regulations. Buyers who mostly want course delivery will find the page has little on lesson formats, quizzes or interactive content beyond course management, document sharing and exams.
