What Navneet TopSchool is
Navneet TopSchool is a learning management system and school ERP from NAVNEET TOPTECH, an education technology company backed by the Navneet education group, built for CBSE schools in India. The company's FAQ describes it as "an AI enabled LMS built for CBSE schools that digitizes lesson planning, assessments, and school management into one integrated platform," and the product page calls it "A Unified Platform for Modern Schools Available for Grades Nursery to 10."
The reader is a school: an owner, principal, academic coordinator or teacher at a CBSE or CBSE-pattern school. NAVNEET TOPTECH says it is "Backed by Navneet’s 65 + years in education" and that it "has partnered with over 4,000 schools across CBSE, Maharashtra, and Gujarat state boards." It has offices in Dadar West, Mumbai, and HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
What sets the product apart is the "Phygital" idea: the LMS is sold alongside the company's own TopSeries coursebooks for Grades Nursery to 8 and AI-powered interactive flat panels, so the content a student reads in the book is, in the FAQ's words, "perfectly mirrored in the animations and assessments they interact with on the touch panel."
What the platform does
The product page lists eight feature areas.
- Performance Overview. "An Analytic view of your school’s performance, from enrolments to attendance, fees to feedback."
- Admission Management. Customizable admission forms, waiting lists, automated entrance exams and evaluations, plus fee tracking, receipts and secure online payments for schools and parents.
- Academic Planning. Timetables, subject allocation, assessment management and student progress tracking.
- Assessments. TopAssess, the AI-driven testing module described below.
- Teacher Tools. Lesson planning, attendance and grading in one interface.
- Content Library. "Exhaustive digital content, including 2D -3D Videos, Audio, Worksheets, Textbooks, PDFs and interactive activities," with a personal resource library where teachers upload, share and bookmark material.
- Communication Engine. Circulars, notices, messages and emergency alerts "via app notifications, SMS or email, across all stakeholders."
- App for Everyone. Dedicated mobile apps for students, parents, teachers and school management, which the FAQ says allow "real-time tracking of attendance, fee payments, home assignments, and academic performance."
The benefits grid breaks this down by role. Management gets a custom school URL, role-based sub-admin access, a smart template builder, TopVault digital document storage, a visitor log, a timetable and gradebook builder, a lesson and assessment approval flow, instant reports and a homework load indicator. Teachers get a ready curriculum with smart lesson plans, digital library access, Extended Learning Assignments (ELAs), AI-powered assessments with auto-evaluation, a 1-Click Chapter Challenge, a 360° report card and gradebook, and a student workload tracker. Students and parents get 2D and 3D animated learning, a personalized learning path, gamified learning, the academic calendar, online tests and chapter challenges, real-time performance analytics, feedback on strengths and gaps, skill-based 360° report cards and instant fee payments with receipts.
For lesson planning, the FAQ says teachers receive "free inbuilt lesson plans, teacher resource materials, and worksheets that are 100% aligned with NEP 2020 standards," with textbook PDFs and multimedia inside the curriculum planning module so classroom delivery follows the school's academic calendar.
TopAssess
TopAssess is the part of the product that places it in the quiz and assessment category. The FAQ calls it "an AI-enabled assessment engine that automates the creation of question papers and classroom tests for summative and formative exams." It holds "Board style question papers, pre-built question papers, over 2,00,000 MCQs in the question bank," and offers "real-time performance review of students with remedial methods, data and analysis." Teachers draw on prebuilt assessments and papers mapped to the NCERT syllabus. TopAssess "can be purchased as a standalone solution or used as an integrated part of TopSchool," so a school can adopt the testing engine without the full LMS.
Boards, curriculum and AI
The content is mapped to NCERT, "aligned to NEP 2020" and "designed as per the guidelines of NCF 2023." The FAQ says TopSchool "is fully optimised for CBSE, CBSE Pattern across Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, and Kerala," naming hubs from Hyderabad and Pune to Bangalore and Kochi, and that schools following the integrated CBSE pattern in Telangana and Karnataka get TopSeries yearly and semester books with TopAssess analytics for both board exams and competitive benchmarks. The home page mentions "Localized bilingual content (English / Marathi)" for the Maharashtra State Board. Schools on other boards are invited to book a free demo to check fit.
The AI behind the boards is NavneetAI, which the company calls "India’s first custom AI education model designed specifically for CBSE schools to power digital boards and smart classrooms."
Classroom hardware
The interactive flat panels combine the functions of "a blackboard, projector, and media screen." Navneet's classroom tools and content come pre-installed on them, so teachers use the suite directly on the panel without extra devices or downloads; the TopClass digital classroom software is part of that package. The FAQ names the hardware partners: "companies like Brio, Cybernetix and Hikvision." Panels come with "comprehensive hardware warranties and on-site technical support through our partners," and regular software updates for NavneetAI and TopClass.
Results the company reports
The FAQ puts numbers on the platform's effect. It says TopSchool "reclaims over 110 hours per teacher annually through automation," including "20+ hours saved on question paper standardization, 20+ hours on nudge automation, and 20+ hours on content sharing," and cites over 2,00,000 lesson plans viewed and 14,000+ tests created annually. On the administrative side it claims "a 2X faster fee management workflow" and savings of "50+ hours per year on internal operations," with ID card generation (50+ hours) and attendance (25+ hours) as examples. For engagement it reports "a 343% increase in video usage, with over 488,000 video content views and 50,000 homework assignments managed digitally across our partner schools," and "2.6 Lakh+ platform logins." These are the company's figures for its own partner schools.
Training, support and buying
The FAQ says NAVNEET TOPTECH provides "end-to-end onboarding, structured teacher training, and dedicated support." Teacher development runs through the TOP Program (Teacher Opportunities & Progress Program), with training sessions, workshops and a Badge of Honor system of streaks and badges in the teacher app, and through Nitya, which the company lists as a "CBSE CPD Compliant Teacher Training Program." The site publishes no prices; schools book a free demo or download a brochure, and the company can be reached by email and a toll-free number. Its awards list includes Education Excellence Awards 2026 by The Economic Times.
Who it suits
Navneet TopSchool suits a CBSE or CBSE-pattern school from nursery to grade 10 that wants admissions, fees, timetables, lesson plans, homework, testing and parent communication in one system, with NCERT-mapped content ready to use. Schools already using or considering Navneet's TopSeries books gain the most from the bundle with books and smart panels. Schools that mainly need a large CBSE question bank can buy TopAssess on its own. A school on an international board will find the content built for CBSE and Indian state boards, and should use the free demo to check the fit.
