What MySCH.id E-Learning is

MySCH.id is an Indonesian school technology platform from PT Edu Tekno Indonesia, a company in Pringsurat, Temanggung, Central Java, and its E-Learning app is the learning management system in a wider suite of school software. The product page calls it a digital learning platform that helps teaching "mulai dari mengelola materi pembelajaran, tugas, quis, hingga penilaian secara terintegrasi, tanpa perlu berpindah-pindah aplikasi" (from managing learning materials, assignments and quizzes through to grading, in one integrated place, without switching between apps).

The reader is an Indonesian school: a principal, a curriculum lead or the teachers who run online and blended classes. The company says its products are used by schools "dari pendidikan dasar hingga pendidikan tinggi" (from primary education to higher education) and "dari aceh hingga papua" (from Aceh to Papua), and the client list on the page is mostly public and private senior and junior high schools.

The problem it sets out to solve

The page opens with the situation it expects a school to recognize. Teachers struggle to hand out materials, assignments and quizzes; classes run on a random mix of WhatsApp, Google Drive and Google Form; it is hard to see which students are studying, which have done their homework and which have fallen behind; and grading is done by hand, takes a lot of time and is hard to analyze. The company's argument is that online learning that is not run through a system produces results that cannot be measured or evaluated. Its answer is a single dashboard where the whole online learning process sits, so that learning becomes, in the page's words, "interaktif, terpantau, dan terukur" (interactive, monitored and measurable).

Features

The page names five features.

  • Kelas Virtual (virtual classroom). Real-time interactive lessons by video and audio, in which the teacher shares material and sets assignments and quizzes. Students join from the class schedule in the app by clicking the link at the scheduled time.
  • Materi Pembelajaran (learning materials). Access to videos, documents and presentations, organized by topic or module, with a download option for offline access.
  • Forum Diskusi (discussion forum). Students and teachers talk in forums or group chats, in real time or asynchronously. Each discussion can be organized by topic, and teachers can moderate the conversation and give direct feedback.
  • Tugas dan Evaluasi (assignments and evaluation). Teachers set assignments, quizzes or exams digitally; students upload their answers on the platform, and results are graded automatically or manually by the teacher. Deadlines can be set for each submission.
  • Absensi fleksibel (flexible attendance). Students record attendance online, either automatically by logging in to the virtual class or manually by confirming they are present.

The FAQ adds that course content can come as text, video and audio, alongside interactive quizzes and assignment submission.

What each user gets

The page splits the benefits by role.

Teachers create assignments, quizzes and exams directly in the e-learning app with submission deadlines, and run class question-and-answer sessions and material discussions in an online classroom.

Students open lessons, videos, assignments and teacher notes from a phone outside school hours ("lewat HP tanpa terbatas jam sekolah"), and see which materials they have and have not finished, along with their assignments and their teachers' feedback.

Principals get a learning activity dashboard showing how actively teachers upload materials and how actively students take part, and a recap of grades and learning mastery (ketuntasan belajar) per class and per subject as a basis for evaluating teaching.

On data, the FAQ says the app is built with strong security and that the information users enter can only be accessed by authorized people such as teachers and school staff.

Setup, training and support

The page lists what a school receives with the system: a ready-to-use application built for schools so nothing has to be built from scratch; initial data setup by the company's team so the system runs from the first day; training sessions for the school's administrators; usage guides and documentation they can return to at any time; technical support and assistance; and routine backups and maintenance. It frames three of these as guarantees (Garansi yang Diterima Sekolah): hands-on onboarding so staff understand how to use the system, responsive support through official channels, and a system confirmed as working once setup is complete.

The home page adds a manual, video tutorials on the company's YouTube channel, webinars on education and education technology, and private training for each customer.

Ordering and pricing

Ordering follows six steps listed on the page: a consultation over WhatsApp, an order form, a bank transfer, activation and initial data, training and guides, then maintenance. The site publishes no prices on these pages; schools can book a free consultation (Konsultasi Gratis), download a proposal or request a meeting.

The wider MySCH.id suite

E-Learning is one of a dozen school products sold under the same brand. The others are an official school website, online admissions (SPMB Online), online school fee payment (SPP Online) with automatic payments and notifications, online attendance, a digital library, computer-based exams (Ujian CBT Online) described as stable, cheat-resistant and automatically graded, online report cards, a counseling app with student discipline points, a facilities and asset register, online graduation announcements, and an alumni app. The school website product comes with a free .mysch.id subdomain, hosting, security, consultation and maintenance, and can be connected to the learning and management apps. A school can therefore start with the LMS and add admissions, fees or report cards later from the same vendor.

The company and its clients

PT Edu Tekno Indonesia describes itself as a legally registered education technology company with "pengalaman lebih dari 10 tahun" (more than 10 years of experience) helping thousands of Indonesian schools digitize step by step. The same text says "PT. Edu Tekno Indonesia adalah salah satu anak perusahaan PT. Bumi Tekno Indonesia" (PT. Edu Tekno Indonesia is a subsidiary of PT. Bumi Tekno Indonesia). The home page says "Lebih dari 5.000 sekolah di seluruh Indonesia mempercayai MySCH.id" (more than 5,000 schools across Indonesia trust MySCH.id), and that its school management solutions are designed to help schools score well in accreditation.

Clients named on the E-Learning page include SMA AL-Azhar Semarang, SMA Plus Bina Mandiri, SMAN 1 Dompu, SMAN 2 Garut, SMAN 3 Bandung, SMAN 14 Bekasi, SMAN 1 Jambi, SMK Penerbangan Waibu, SMPN 1 Bantul, SMPN 1 Wamena and SMPN 3 Banda Aceh. One testimonial there, from Eko Setia Budi of sdasbc.sch.id, says the app helped during distance learning: "Siswa tetap bisa mengikuti pelajaran dengan baik meski dari rumah" (students could still follow lessons well from home). The company can be reached by phone, WhatsApp and email.

Who it suits

MySCH.id E-Learning suits an Indonesian school, from primary to senior high, that has been running online classes through WhatsApp groups and shared drives and wants one system for materials, assignments, quizzes, attendance and grading, with a principal's view of who is teaching and learning. Schools with patchy connectivity benefit from downloadable materials, and schools that want admissions, fees, exams and report cards from the same vendor can add them. The whole experience, from the product pages to ordering over WhatsApp, is in Indonesian and built around Indonesian school administration, so it is aimed squarely at that market.
