Tap a star to rate

EdTech Innovate (Edtech Innovate Pvt Ltd) is a software company with its office in Noida, UP, that sells educational institutions a set of connected systems for running admissions, administration, teaching and exams. Its About text calls it "a SaaS company that offers online services to universities and students for smooth operations including ERP, CRM, LMS, and exam administration", and the home page names five products: an Admission Management System (AMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), a Learning Management System (LMS) and an Online Exam Portal. The reader it serves is the school, college or university office that wants those jobs on one vendor, from first enquiry through to published results, rather than a teacher or creator selling a course.

The home page frames the range as covering students "from admissions to completion of studies", with the aim of improving student experience, productivity, marketing effectiveness and enrollment growth. It also invites institutions to "Become our B2B partner".

The learning management system

The LMS is the teaching core. The product menu lists five feature areas for it: academics configuration; course, assignment, exam and timetable management; a personalized interface; role-based access; and social learning tools. The company's FAQ describes the LMS as software institutions use "to deliver, manage, and track the educational content for their students", with online tools for course creation, content organization, student participation, assessment management, and communication between instructors and learners. Another FAQ answer says the suite helps students access their course materials, connect with peers and teachers, and take their exams.

In practice that puts the timetable, the course structure, assignments and exams in the same system, with what each person sees governed by their role. The site does not describe the course editor or the file types a course can hold.

The online exam portal

The exam portal is what places EdTech Innovate among assessment tools as well as school LMSs. The menu lists AI and video proctoring, automated exam management and scheduling, LMS integration, personalization, and result publishing. The home page sums it up as "centralized administration, adaptive testing algorithms, customizable exam patterns, and comprehensive assessment", and the FAQ explains that the platform supports adaptive testing "where you can set your preferred exam pattern and effectively monitor students while they are appearing for the exam."

For an institution, that covers the cycle of an online exam: schedule it, set its pattern, watch candidates through video and AI proctoring while they sit it, then publish the results, with the exam tied back to the LMS.

Admissions and enrollment

The Admission Management System handles the intake side. Its menu items are online application form submission, integration of multiple programs, document management, payment management, and addressing queries. The home page's services block adds admission status monitoring, digitalization of the admission process, centralized data storage, merit list generation "based on eligibility and academic performance", and online fee payment through an internet portal. The product summary says AMS "facilitates online applications, document submission, fee payments, and inquiries", streamlining enrollment.

For a college that runs several programs, the menu lists "integration of multiple programs" as part of the same admissions product, alongside document management and payment management, and the merit lists are generated in that same system.

CRM and communication

The CRM is aimed at recruitment and the relationship with students afterwards. Its menu lists social media integration, multi-channel communication, lead management, sales tracking and an in-built payment platform. The FAQ defines admission CRM as the tool for communicating with prospective and current students to optimize their enrollment and onboarding, gathering their information from various sources into one database, and the product summary says it helps institutions "maximize student enrollment, build relationships, and manage interactions effectively throughout the student lifecycle."

A "Connect With Your Customers" section describes advanced search, multi-channel communication and advanced security, and a live chat widget that invites visitors to chat based on time spent on the site, location and pages visited. Next to it the page shows Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Email, Google Drive, Slack, Skype and GitHub.

ERP

The ERP is the administrative layer. The FAQ describes it as a digital platform for organizing staff, exam structure, fee accounts and online portals, and the product summary says ERP software "enables communication between teachers, parents, and students while efficiently managing administration tasks." The home page lists a cloud-based platform, centralized data storage and "High Data Security" among its services, the last described as "Ensuring the integrity and reliable security of sensitive data."

Trying it and buying

The site's "How to get started" section sets out four steps: select a product, book a free demo session over Google Meet, check the user interface and use the services, then subscribe. It says the free demo session is offered "for a limited time period", and that after it expires the institution needs to subscribe to continue. Neither the home page nor the blog guide shows a price; the menu links to a separate pricing page, and the footer links to a cancellation and refund policy.

The company lists a phone number, +91 8851920153, an email address, info@edtechinnovate.com, and an office at A-18, S1, Sector 59, Noida.

What customers say

The home page carries short testimonials under first and last names only, without institutions. Sanjay Yadav writes that EdTech Innovate changed the way his institution manages admissions and made the process "hassle-free!" Mohan Singh says it "provides us with all the necessary software services to conduct the admission process, learning management, and exam administration." Ajay Rai writes that "the LMS and ERP software is quite good. We have been able to reach students effectively." Vinay Kumar credits "the friendly user interface and the ready-to-use services", and Rohan Singh calls the experience "an enriching" one.

The company's guidance for schools

The company's blog includes a long guide to choosing an LMS for Indian schools. It is written as general advice rather than a description of EdTech Innovate's own product: it walks principals through CBSE, ICSE and state board needs, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, features to look for, and buying tips such as asking for a free demo and checking support. Its own example of a school platform is a different product, so it is no guide to what EdTech Innovate includes.

Who it suits

EdTech Innovate fits a college, university or school administration that wants admissions, fee collection, recruitment CRM, an LMS and proctored online exams from one supplier, and is prepared to evaluate them through a scheduled demo. An institution that mainly needs online exams with proctoring, adaptive tests and published results can look at the exam portal alone, since the products are presented separately. A teacher or tutor wanting to sell courses to the public will find no storefront or marketplace here, and since every product starts from a booked demo, a buyer should expect a conversation with the company before a subscription.
