What BacBon LMS is
BacBon LMS is a web-based learning management system from BacBon Limited, a company in Dhaka, Bangladesh, that its home page calls "a leading ISO-certified EdTech company in Bangladesh." The LMS page describes it as an application "for educational institutes and corporate organizations" that supports "accessing online-course, online exams, mock-exams, distance learning and evaluation of study progress." It is aimed at two readers in this directory: a school, college, university, coaching center or private tutor that needs to run classes and coursework online, and a training team at a bank, NGO or similar organization that needs to put employees through courses and report on them.
Rather than one product, BacBon sells the LMS in four forms. EduPack is the SaaS version, YourEpub is an eBook platform with a builder and assessments, the Corporate LMS is a cloud-based system for employee training, and the Academic LMS covers schools and tutors. The page says BacBon "initially provides a variety of LMS options for your needs," so a buyer picks the variant that fits the institution rather than configuring one platform for everything.
How the platform works
The core idea is browser delivery. The page says learners and trainees run the software "on any modern web browser by using PCs, laptops or even on mobile devices," so nothing has to be installed on the student's machine. The LMS "delivers and manages all types of contents, including videos, courses, and documents," and it marks the end of a course or training by awarding a certificate. BacBon sums it up as a "blended learning solution," which fits the way it describes the academic version: students in the classroom and students at home work from the same lesson set.
Assessment is part of the base description rather than an add-on. Online exams and mock exams are named in the opening paragraph, alongside evaluation of study progress, so a coaching center can keep practice tests in the same place as the lessons.
The four variants
EduPack (BacBon SaaS LMS). The hosted, software-as-a-service option. The page says it is designed to enhance the learning experience with an easy, user-friendly platform, and argues that learners get distracted by disorganized content, so EduPack keeps "a clear and engaging layout." Its listed features are an interactive learning environment, optimized content presentation, and a system that is scalable and reliable. The page carries a "Try EduPack" link for anyone who wants to see it before talking to sales.
YourEpub (Virtual eBook). An eBook platform for reading on smartphones, tablets and computers. BacBon says it supports .txt, doc, pdf, html, rtf and ePub files, so an institution can bring existing textbooks and handouts in the formats it already has. Its features are interactive eBooks with an eBook builder, MCQ and assessments, and flashcards. That turns a static textbook into something a student can quiz themselves on, which is the practical case for a school that still teaches mostly from print. A "Try YourEpub" link sits beside it.
Corporate LMS. A cloud-based LMS that "mainly focuses corporate trainings, employee trainings specially designed for organizations such as Banks, NGOs etc." Organizations use it to deliver training and update employees' knowledge. The page names its reporting as the main draw: the company can "easily generate training reports on an overall or employee level basis," and by running eLearning courses or online training through it, companies "can easily track goal progress, knowledge gains, ROI and more." For a bank training staff across many branches, that means one report for the whole workforce and one per person from the same data.
Academic LMS. A web-based LMS "specifically intended for schools, colleges, universities and coaching centers or even private tutors." BacBon says it is "slightly different than the corporate one." Institutions share class materials through it, and every student, in class or learning remotely, gets the lesson with its assignments, activities and resources. Textbooks can be shared online through software applications, and the page says the academic LMS "provides both the academic and administrative solutions," so it is pitched as more than a content shelf. A private tutor gets the same system a college does.
Who already uses it
The LMS page lists its clients by name: BRAC Bank Limited, Bank Asia Limited, First Security Islami Bank Limited, Community Bank Bangladesh Limited, Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (Metro-Rail), e-Education Japan, Police Staff College, Volunteer Association of Bangladesh, and the Asian Development Bank for a non-formal education research project, "and the list continues." Four of those are commercial banks, which matches the Corporate LMS's stated focus, while the Police Staff College and the Metro-Rail authority show the same product in public-sector training. The home page adds company-wide figures: 12+ experienced consultants, 56+ successful projects, 11+ awards and 5675+ satisfied customers. Those numbers describe BacBon Limited as a whole, not LMS customers alone.
The company behind it
BacBon Limited was incorporated in Bangladesh on December 23, 2013, under the Companies Act (Act XVIII) of 1994, with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms Bangladesh, registration number C-113111/13. Under an "Accreditation & Awards" heading the home page names memberships of BASIS, BCS, JBCCI and BACCO, which are trade and industry bodies rather than course accreditation. The site itself can be read in English and Japanese.
The LMS is one line in a wider education business. The same company runs BacBon School and BacBon Tutors, an Advanced English Writing service where English experts give students feedback on their writing, Smart Lecture Correction, audio visual content development, and training and event management. Its smart classroom products include the BacBon Smart Board, an AI camera for classrooms and conferences, the ELSA Speak pronunciation platform, mozaBook interactive software and the Edu-TAB learning tablet, and it builds library, dormitory and leave management systems. For a school, that means the LMS vendor can also supply classroom hardware and content work, though the LMS page itself sells only the software.
Pricing and contact
The site publishes no prices. Under an "LMS Pricing" heading, the page says BacBon LMS features are "modern, sleek and highly customizable" and asks buyers to contact the company to learn about pricing so it can understand their requirements. The office is at House 13, Block-C, Main Road, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219, reachable at info@bacbonltd.com or +88 01836 149699, and it is open Saturday to Thursday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM.
Who it suits and who it does not
BacBon LMS fits a school, college, university, coaching center or private tutor in Bangladesh that wants online lessons, assignments, exams and mock exams in one browser-based system, with eBooks and flashcards available through YourEpub. It also fits a bank, NGO or public body that needs a corporate training LMS with organization-wide and per-employee reports, and the client list shows that kind of buyer already uses it. An institution that wants a local vendor able to add classroom hardware, English writing support or content production alongside the software has those under the same roof.
It suits less well a buyer who wants to compare plans and prices on a website before a conversation, since every quote starts with a contact. It is also not a platform for an independent creator who wants to sell courses to the public: the page describes delivery and reporting for institutions and companies, with nothing about checkout, payments or a storefront.
