Spekit

Tap a star to rate

Spekit is an AI-native revenue enablement platform for B2B sales teams, and its central idea is that training should reach reps inside the tools they already work in rather than in a separate portal. The FAQ describes it as built for in-workflow execution, delivering governed go-to-market knowledge, agentic coaching, deal context and personalized buyer experiences "inside the tools reps already use, at the moment they need them." The company's registered phrase for this is Enablement in the Flow of Work.

The FAQ names its audience as high-growth B2B revenue teams with high change velocity: sales leaders, enablement, RevOps, product marketing and reps who need one system for content, learning, coaching, buyer engagement and execution. The site footer says the company is made in Denver, and a blog post introduces Melanie Fellay as co-founder and CEO.

Is it an LMS?

Spekit answers this itself. Its FAQ says Spekit "is not an LMS" but a revenue enablement platform that includes structured Learning Paths, knowledge checks and reinforcement for go-to-market teams, and that for sales onboarding and change adoption many teams use Spekit Learning Paths in place of a separate LMS. For a training or L&D team the practical reading is that Spekit can run onboarding and product training for revenue staff with assignments, due dates and quizzes, while it is not pitched as a company-wide compliance LMS.

Learning Paths, role-plays and knowledge checks

The Learning module, as the company's blog describes it, combines Learning Paths, Topics and AI Roleplays into programs for new hire onboarding, product launches, methodology rollouts and tool adoption. Learning Paths can be assigned by team or automatically to new hires, support due dates and reminders, and can target specific applications so the training appears where the work happens.

The distinctive part is that paths are dynamic. When a source asset changes, the path built from it updates automatically, resets rep readiness and re-engages reps without anyone reassigning the training by hand. For a team whose pricing, messaging or product changes every quarter, that removes the usual lag between a change and a refreshed course.

Assessment runs through knowledge checks, which the blog describes as bite-sized assessments that track progress and reinforce retention, and which can surface in whatever platform employees work in. Speks are short pieces of content, training and guides that reps reach in their workflow and that can be embedded as tooltips. Spotlights alert reps to new sales or training content and time-sensitive updates and send reminders on tasks to complete. Together they cover the onboarding course, the quiz that confirms it landed and the nudge when something changes.

AI Sidekick and agentic coaching

AI Sidekick is the rep's AI coach. The home page says it delivers the right guidance, content or action in the moment, with coaching personalized to each deal, then automates the work that follows: it surfaces the right play, drafts the email and builds the deal room from live context. The blog adds that reps can chat with Sidekick to get answers and draft personalized emails, and that it can sit next to an email, a call or a Salesforce opportunity to recommend content, training and knowledge.

The FAQ lists four places Spekit uses AI: creating and maintaining content with AI Content Builder, coaching reps through AI Sidekick, generating personalized buyer content from deal and call data, and keeping knowledge current with decay detection and freshness monitoring. It says all AI output is grounded in the customer's governed knowledge rather than untrusted external sources. The blog also describes an AI editor that drafts playbooks, tool training, SOPs, persona guides and objection-handling documents, summarizes long documents and translates sales content into multiple languages.

Content hub and governance

Training in Spekit draws on the same library reps use to sell. In the Spekit Content Hub, enablement and product marketing teams create content, upload assets or sync existing material from Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence. Version history, role-based permissions, similarity and decay detection and freshness controls keep the library accurate, and governance dashboards flag outdated or low-adoption assets and high-priority reviews. AI deduping identifies duplicate content automatically.

Beyond training, the platform includes AI Deal Rooms, branded buyer hubs that reps build and share through one trackable link with view notifications, and revenue analytics that tie content to influenced pipeline and closed revenue. These matter to a training buyer mainly because they are part of the same license and the same data.

Integrations

The FAQ lists a native two-way Salesforce integration and connections to Gong, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Drive, SharePoint and Confluence, with a Chrome Extension extending delivery to other web tools. Salesforce is the deepest, including the opportunity data that powers deal context and coaching. The blog adds a Microsoft Edge extension and SSO support for Okta, Azure and Ping Identity, and the home page says Spekit connects to a stack through MCP, extensions and integrations.

Implementation and results

The FAQ says Spekit is built for faster implementation than traditional enablement platforms: G2 reviews cite 30% faster implementation, Spekit case studies show 3x faster implementation than legacy platforms, and most teams connect existing content from Google Drive, SharePoint or Confluence and go live within weeks.

The home page shows customer results: 3x ROI in under 12 months in one customer story, 25% faster ramp time at Employment Hero and 67% faster onboarding at Scholastic. The company's blog says businesses using Spekit report 20% higher quota attainment, 69% more time spent on selling and 30% faster ramp time. On review sites, the home page shows a 4.7/5 rating based on 303 reviews and a G2 #1 Ease of Use badge, and it says Spekit was named a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms.

Pricing and security

Spekit's own comparison table in its AI sales training article lists its price as custom pricing, and the site routes buyers to Book a Demo, Get Started or Take a Tour. The home page shows a SOC 2 compliant badge, and the footer links a Trust Center, a vulnerability disclosure program, an acceptable use policy and a status page.

Who it suits

Spekit suits B2B revenue teams that run on Salesforce and change often: new products, new pricing, new competitive positioning. An enablement lead who wants onboarding paths that update themselves when the source content changes, quizzes and alerts inside the CRM, and an AI coach next to each deal will find the whole set in one product. It also suits teams that want to consolidate content management and training rather than buy them separately.

The caveat is focus. By the company's own account Spekit is not an LMS, so an organization that needs formal compliance training for every employee will run it alongside one. And since much of the value comes from the Salesforce connection and in-workflow extensions, a team that works mostly outside a CRM and a browser gets less from the in-workflow design.
