What Cuebo is
Cuebo is an AI sales coaching and readiness platform, sold by Tigerleap Technologies Pvt Ltd according to its site footer. It is built for sales managers, sales trainers and enablement teams who want reps to practice real conversations before they happen, rather than only watch videos and pass quizzes. The homepage sums it up as "AI roleplay at the core. Training and coaching built around it." The FAQ says it is designed for distributed teams across inside sales, field sales and retail environments, and the company's blog describes its users as fast-growing sales teams in auto-tech, marketplaces and D2C retail. For a reader of this directory, Cuebo is a sales training platform with a built-in course layer, so it also works as a light LMS for a sales team.
What a sales team gets
Cuebo is organized as three AI agents, which the homepage labels Learn, Practice and Accelerate.
AI Roleplay Arena. This is the practice environment. Reps call AI buyer personas that look, sound and respond like real buyers, with voices and video avatars. A team can set the buyer's tone and context, and the blog describes personas that show body language, interrupt, question pricing and try to end the call early. Scenarios are built from the company's own material: the site says a simulation can be created in minutes from live calls, links, pitch decks, playbooks or product docs, and the FAQ says scenarios draw on product content, real customer calls and identified rep weaknesses with no manual authoring. After each call the rep gets an objective score covering verbal and non-verbal cues, tone and behavior. The blog lists scorecards on script adherence, tone, filler words and body language, with concrete advice for next time. A Live Screensharing mode lets reps run a full product demo while Cuebo analyzes the screen alongside the conversation for demo flow, structure and correctness.
AI Trainer Brief. This is the training side. Reps take bite-sized modules that the site calls verbal, interactive and easy to absorb, on any device, at their own pace, around the clock. Teams upload decks, PDFs and battlecards, or sync them from Google Drive, Notion and SharePoint without reformatting, and Brief turns the material into lessons, modules and structured learning paths automatically. Smart assessments generate quizzes and scenario-based questions that check whether reps absorbed the material rather than just clicked through. A sample module on the homepage, on handling a price objection, runs through the reason behind the objection, a reframing technique, a live practice drill, tone tips and a final assessment.
Smart Coach Intel. This is the coaching and analytics layer. A gap identification engine surfaces skill gaps across practice sessions and real calls and maps them to coaching actions, and a voice-enabled AI coach gives spoken feedback and objection drills on demand. Call Memory keeps every call and simulation and builds a picture of each rep's patterns, Gap Detection highlights missed opportunities in real calls and lets reps drill those exact moments, Progress Tracking follows skill development over weeks, and Win Reinforcement picks out the behaviors that drive results. The blog says Cuebo can score a team's real calls on the same rubric it uses for practice and then generate personalized drills from them.
Around the three agents sit the management tools. A Management Dashboard gives a live view of adherence, score trends and individual skill heatmaps; the sample dashboard tracks skills such as objection handling, discovery, closing and tone, with a suggested next action for each rep. Customizable learning paths are role-based journeys with skill gating and certification checkpoints, so reps advance only when ready. Rewards and gamification add reward systems, leaderboards and hooks into a company's existing incentive programs.
Use cases
The site lists six: hiring, where candidates are assessed in a standardized AI environment; rep onboarding with roleplay built in; certification programs that validate readiness before reps meet customers; new product training; refresher coaching before customer conversations; and skill gap evaluation for targeted coaching.
Languages, integrations and security
Cuebo says it offers practice and feedback in 20+ languages at the same quality, including Indian regional languages, and the blog adds native support for code-mixing such as Hindi-English. That matters for teams whose reps sell in a mix of languages.
The homepage lists integrations in three categories, CRM, dialer and LMS. The blog's FAQ says Cuebo integrates with popular CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM, and that its analytics connect reps who complete simulations to CRM data and quota attainment. On security, the FAQ says Cuebo follows enterprise-grade practices with data encryption and access controls.
What the site says about results and buying
Cuebo's headline claims are a 50% faster ramp for new reps, a 21% increase in win rate across trained teams, and 20+ languages. The blog attributes the ramp figure to one inside sales team that halved ramp time and saw a 23% lift in conversions. It also cites one team that cut product launch readiness from 40 days to 3 with new hires performing 16% above quota, a 42% in-store conversion lift at a retailer after rolling Cuebo out to sales associates, and an 89% top-of-funnel improvement with a 21% overall conversion lift for a B2C sales team.
Named customer quotes on the homepage come from Apna, Spinny, Solutech, The Shahani Group, Chaayos and Quampetence. Apna's SMB sales training head says onboarding that "once took weeks now happens much faster through AI roleplay". Solutech's SVP says "Our reps sell into highly technical healthcare environments" and that Cuebo built training around its exact sales motion.
The site publishes no prices. It offers a free demo and a 20-minute demo call, and the blog's sign-up box promises setup in under 10 minutes, no long-term contract, and that it works on a team's existing CRM. An ROI calculator and a sales objection playbook are among the resources.
Who it suits
Cuebo suits sales teams where the hard part is the conversation itself: inside sales teams handling objections at volume, field and retail teams that need practice between customer visits, and companies launching new products that want every rep rehearsed quickly. Teams whose reps sell in Indian regional languages, or mix Hindi and English on calls, can practice and get feedback in the language they actually use. Managers who cannot listen to every call get scored practice and gap reports without reviewing recordings themselves.
It is built for sales, so a company looking for one LMS to run HR compliance, safety or general employee training across departments will find it narrow. A very small team with two or three reps may also get less from its analytics and leaderboards than a larger team would.
