Outdoo

Tap a star to rate

Outdoo is an AI roleplay and training platform for revenue, support and enablement teams: reps rehearse conversations with AI personas, get scored on them, and managers coach from the same scoring applied to real customer calls. It is a business product, sold to companies that put salespeople, support agents or managers through practice and readiness programs, not a course marketplace for individuals. The site's footer gives the company as MeetRecord Inc., with a registered office in Wilmington, Delaware and a mailing address in San Francisco, and the company's own blog calls the product "Outdoo (formerly MeetRecord)".

The homepage sums up the idea in one line: Outdoo "connects AI Tutor-led learning, roleplay practice, and real conversations, with unified AI scoring for consistent execution and measurable revenue impact." That combination of practice on one side and call analysis on the other is what separates it from a classic course LMS.

What a team gets

AI roleplay. The core of the product is rehearsal against lifelike AI personas "for every stage" of a deal. Reps get instant feedback on tone, talk tracks and objection handling, and refine their delivery through guided repetition. The homepage shows sample scenarios: a cold call to a teacher where the rep has to explain insurance concepts in simple terms, a pitch to a sales VP worried about pipeline generation and forecasting, and a discovery call with a commercial real estate owner where the goal is to book a 15 to 20 minute meeting. Each persona carries traits such as analytical, practical, data-driven or cautious, which shape how the AI buyer pushes back.

Real calls turned into practice. Outdoo analyzes live calls and builds practice scenarios from a customer's actual language, objections and deal context, which the site describes as turning "real calls into roleplays in one click." The AI scores discovery, qualification and negotiation performance on those calls, and coaching programs can be built from that real conversation data. The company's blog lists conversation intelligence among the key features: calls are recorded and scored automatically, with key moments and rep behavior highlighted for coaching.

AI Tutors. The product menu names AI Tutors as a separate training module, and the closed-loop coaching section says teams "Reinforce playbooks through AI Tutors, guided, repeatable skill practice." One use case pairs roleplays with "personalized micro-learning courses with LMS integration," so Outdoo is positioned to work next to a learning system rather than to host a full course catalog itself. A banner on the homepage advertises a free live workshop on building interactive AI tutors for training.

Software simulation. A workflow training module lets reps practice CRM logging and post-call workflows before they touch live systems. They rehearse call logging, disposition and data entry in simulations that mirror the team's real tools, with the stated aim of fewer errors and more complete data.

Skill intelligence and coaching. Managers can benchmark discovery, negotiation and closing ability across teams, monitor readiness and skill lift over time, and detect performance gaps tied to business outcomes. The coaching layer uses AI insights to pinpoint each rep's behavioral gaps and gives managers specific recommendations tied to the team's methodology, then tracks the coaching's effect on conversion and deal outcomes.

Revenue intelligence and CRM automation. The revenue side links skill improvement to win rate and deal velocity and claims to quantify the ROI of coaching programs. The blog describes deal and pipeline insights that flag stalled deals, missing stakeholders and buyer signals, buyer intelligence that reads intent from call data, and CRM automation that syncs notes, follow-ups and action items to the CRM. The product menu lists CRM Automation and an Integrations page, and the navigation says Outdoo works with an existing tech stack, with a link to "120+ Integrations". The homepage does not name the individual tools.

Where it is used

The solutions menu splits the product by reader: leaders, sales teams, enablement teams, L&D teams and support teams. Named use cases are AI sales training, AI coaching and enablement, leadership training (simulating feedback, conflict resolution and one-to-one conversations), customer support training, insurance claims training, sales onboarding and deal acceleration. Industry pages cover software and technology, insurance, banking, credit unions, call centers and BPO, and commercial real estate.

For onboarding, the pitch is that new hires rehearse customer and product conversations before their first live meeting, so that early calls sound like experienced ones. For ongoing training, Outdoo describes adaptive training loops powered by real call data and progress tracked through readiness and skill improvement scores. For enablement teams, it combines AI roleplay with real-call scoring so that coaching sessions start from evidence.

The leadership training use case shows the product is not only for quota carriers: managers can practice giving feedback and handling conflict with an AI counterpart. The support training and insurance claims use cases apply the same roleplay engine to service conversations rather than sales.

Customers and results

The homepage features three customers with headline results: Cloudflare (40% less call admin), CMC (2.2x faster sales onboarding) and Globe Life Insurance (28% better objection handling and 35% faster ramp). These are the company's own case study figures. Two short testimonials accompany them. Beau Cullen of Globe Life says "Practicing post-sale conversations keeps our teams sharp and confident exactly when it matters most , retention and follow-through." Gustav Bergman of Cloudflare AI Infra says "Practicing against an AI that pushes back like a real engineer changes how you walk into the actual conversation."

A whitepaper on the site, "AI Roleplay & Training: The 2026 Whitepaper", is described as based on insights from 150,000+ AI-powered roleplays. The homepage also carries the claim "#1 AI Roleplay Platform for Best Results & Implementation on G2", and the blog says the product is rated 4.7/5 on G2. A G2 review quoted on the blog, from an SDR named Aisha M., praises how Outdoo "automatically records and organizes calls, so nothing gets missed" and mentions "Good customer support and ease of implementation."

Plans and pricing

The site shows no price list. The homepage has a "Start for Free" button next to "Get a Demo", and the company's blog sums up pricing as "Free, Usage-based, and quote-based custom pricing available," with a demo as the route to a quote. The same blog says there are monthly options and no long contracts. Its own list of drawbacks is candid: the product is "Not ideal if you're a solo founder or early-stage team still figuring out GTM."

Security and company

The homepage says the platform is "Built for regulated, global deployments" and states that it is GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA and SOC 2 compliant. The footer links a Trust Center, a DPA, a privacy policy and terms. Support resources include a help center, an academy, guides, case studies and feature announcements, and the footer links to a mobile app. The company can be reached at hello@outdoo.ai.

Who it suits

Outdoo fits a sales, support or enablement team at a company large enough to run structured onboarding and coaching, where the problem is getting reps to practice conversations rather than to finish courses. It suits teams that want roleplay, call scoring and coaching analytics in one tool, and regulated buyers such as insurers and banks, which the site addresses directly with industry pages and its compliance statement.

It is a weaker fit for a team that needs a course library, compliance training records or a full LMS, since Outdoo describes LMS integration rather than replacing one. By the company's own account, it is also not aimed at solo founders or very early teams.
