Tap a star to rate
Salesably is sales execution software for sales leaders, managers and trainers, sold to companies rather than to individual learners. Its FAQ describes the product in one line: it "turns your sales methodology into a shared scoring standard for AI roleplay, real customer calls, coaching, and deal reviews." Reps practice selling behaviors against an AI buyer, and managers check whether those behaviors carry over to live conversations. The company behind it is Salesably LLC, and the homepage says sellers "in senior living, medical devices, and field services practice here every week."
The training page frames the idea against the older model. Sales training software, it says, "used to mean a course library and a completion rate." Salesably instead lets a rep have the conversation before it counts: a buyer who pushes back, a score against the team's standard, and a note on where it went sideways. The company's line for why that matters is that a rep "does not lose the deal on the slide. They lose it in the eleven seconds after a question they were not ready for."
Three products and one agent
The platform is organized as three connected products, each named after the question it answers:
- Practice Studios ("Can they execute it?"): reps rehearse the behaviors the methodology requires and are scored against the team's standard before a buyer is live.
- Conversation Analyzer ("Did they execute it?"): real calls are measured against the same standard used in practice, so a manager can see whether practice carried over to the field.
- Deal Clinic ("What does it mean for the deal?"): call evidence becomes a view of discovery gaps, risk and next steps. The training page says it diagnoses deal health in about one minute after the transcript is ready.
The homepage sums up the cycle with an example: a gap found on Tuesday's call becomes Wednesday's practice assignment, and Thursday's call shows whether it moved. The process is described as Define, Practice, Prove, Improve.
Sabine is the AI sales execution agent that runs this loop. The homepage lists what it does: it builds the playbook, personas and rubric with the team, plays the buyer in practice and gives hints in the moment, joins Zoom, Teams or Meet to score real calls the same way practice is scored, and explains every score with a recommendation for what to practice next. The product menu also lists Salesably Concierge, Prep5 and the Salesably Recorder.
What a rep gets
Practice is spoken, not clicked. The homepage puts it plainly: "You answer out loud. Live voice, not multiple choice." The AI plays the buyer, and the demo shows a skeptical VP of Operations named Jordan Reyes asking why a team that already records calls would need practice on top. The session is scored against a Discovery rubric, with criteria such as discovery depth, rapport, objection handling, next steps, active listening and qualification, followed by a feedback report that splits strengths, coaching points and sound bites, and a "From their side" note on how the buyer heard the pitch.
The training page lists the rep's tools in groups:
- Messaging fluency: Playground, Practice and Proficiency modes; video-recorded practice "with the buyer attitude dialed up or down"; and certification against a messaging path, where the manager sets the pass mark.
- Quality of dialogue: a counter for vocabulary that only the company uses, feedback during the conversation rather than after it, and rubrics the team writes itself.
- Studios for messaging, discovery, objections, cold calls and plays, with a scored mode meant for getting better, and the option to "Restart as many times as it takes, with nobody watching."
- Feedback and progress: hints and suggestions inside the conversation, feedback aimed at the part that missed, and top score and running average tracked over time.
- Knowledge testing: generated tests for sales, product and people outside sales, Learning Paths for onboarding and certification, and assignments down to the individual seller.
The homepage lists the moments reps drill: cold call openers, discovery depth, pricing pushback, objection handling, competitive deals, negotiation, renewal saves, demo storytelling, stalled-deal rescues, budget conversations, multithreading and closing next steps.
Before a real call, Prep5 helps a rep research the account, keep the signals that matter and walk in with a brief. After a field meeting, the Salesably Recorder captures it: the homepage says a rep can record a field conversation in one tap and get coaching "before your rep drives away," and every meeting ends with a score, summary and next step. The app is listed on the App Store and Google Play, for teams on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Mac.
What a manager gets
The manager side starts with content. Salesably offers a value proposition and positioning generator, a first playbook to work from ("A v1.0 playbook you can argue with instead of a blank page") and a Discovery Tree built for the team's deals. Buyer personas are generated from the manager's notes or from a LinkedIn profile, covering their pains, their questions and what they are trying to protect, and a rep can chat with a persona "instead of burning a live prospect."
Sales plays work as a digital twin of the plays a team runs most. A manager can load a real proposal or a real account into a scenario and hide information in the buyer to see which reps dig it out. What practice turns up is kept: the FAQs that come out of every persona, the discovery questions that worked, and the language reps use to set the company apart.
Coaching runs from the desk. Managers assign Learning Paths across the team, attach due dates to coaching tasks and open a feedback report to start the conversation. The manager dashboard shows engagement by person, team and partner, from a week to a quarter, lets a manager listen back to any recorded practice, and shows the feedback the team is getting in one place. Quarter programs let a manager set goals and key results, track progress and completion against them, and broadcast to the team or to one person.
Setup is built from the team's own material. The FAQ says getting started takes "About 30 minutes": upload the playbook, scoring criteria and a real conversation, and Sabine builds a Practice Studio around the team's positioning and methodology. Every Studio is built from the team's positioning, products, personas and scoring criteria, "Not a generic library." The homepage repeats the point with "No templates. No implementation project."
For sales trainers
Salesably also sells to sales trainers and consultancies. The homepage says a trainer's framework becomes "a repeatable Practice Studio clients use long after the workshop," with scenarios built around the trainer's intellectual property, structured reinforcement for clients, and an ongoing, recurring offer. The training page describes the same option as a way to turn coaching IP into recurring revenue.
Pricing, demo and resources
The menu links to a Pricing page, but the product pages show no prices, so a team's route in is a demo. The demo is pitched as "Thirty minutes, your scenarios, your standard," and the company asks buyers to bring the manager who would have to run it. A 90-second demo video is also offered. The listed contact is a phone number, (650) 315-4010.
Resources include case studies, a blog, guides, videos and events. One case study looks at twenty-eight practice sessions in one week and which scenarios reps actually chose. A free buyer's guide to AI sales roleplay offers 25 vendor questions, red flags that predict shelfware, a pilot design and a comparison scorecard. Solution pages cover onboarding, deal reviews, manager coaching and senior living.
Customer evidence
The homepage carries two testimonials. Jessi Weldon, EVP of Sales & Marketing at Primrose Retirement Communities, says "Salesably has strengthened how our sales teams show up for families. The result is greater confidence, consistency, and readiness when supporting families and referral partners." David Bongiovanni of ReferralMD says "Salesably was easy to configure and integrate with our existing web site, generating positive ROI from day one."
Who Salesably suits
Salesably suits sales leaders and managers who already have a methodology and want to see whether reps actually use it, in practice and on real calls, scored on one rubric. It fits field sales teams in particular, since the Recorder covers in-person meetings that never reach the CRM, and the named industries are senior living, medical devices and field services. Sales trainers who want to keep clients practicing after a workshop are a second audience.
It is not a course platform. Learning Paths, generated tests and certification against a pass mark cover sales readiness, but a team that needs a general course catalog or a home for company-wide training would need another system for that. A team without a defined playbook also gets less from it, since every Studio is built from the team's own standard.
