Studi is a French online school that prepares adults for state-recognized diplomas and professional certifications entirely at a distance. It describes itself as "La grande école 100% en ligne 100% humaine" (the 100% online, 100% human grande école) and says it supports "plus de 59 000 femmes et hommes dans leur (r)évolution professionnelle" (more than 59,000 women and men in their career change). The homepage lists 1999 as its founding year, "+ 400 Formations en ligne" (400+ online programs) and "Près de 1 000 Formateurs et conseillers pédagogiques" (nearly 1,000 trainers and educational advisors). The site is in French, and its reader is a working adult in France who wants a recognized diploma for a career change, a promotion or a return to work, alongside a job or through work-study.
What Studi teaches
The domain menu is broad and business-heavy: accounting, finance and management control, logistics and supply chain, HR policy and recruitment, payroll, law, sales, international trade, customer relations, retail, marketing, communication, office management, business strategy, web development, data and AI, project management, infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity, animation, 3D and VFX, graphic and digital design, adult training, real estate, banking and insurance, tourism, sport, personal care services, early childhood, beauty and hairdressing.
Programs are organized by level: MBA (Bac+5), Bachelor (Bac+3), Graduate and BTS (Bac+2), Pré-Graduate (Bac), CAP, and short courses. The state-recognition page explains each tier. A Pré-Graduate leads to a Bac-level diploma while specializing early, such as in accounting. Graduates continue from there toward a Bac+2 diploma, and BTS programs are "similaires en tout point avec ceux trouvables dans certains lycées" (identical in every way to those found in some high schools), taken more flexibly. Bachelors are Bac+3 equivalents "plus axés vers des compétences pratiques que la Licence 3" (more focused on practical skills than the third year of a university degree). For accountants, Studi prepares the DCG and DSCG, the first two steps toward chartered accountancy, and MBAs are Bac+5 equivalents.
The homepage shows typical program sizes. Graduate programs such as accounting and tax manager, payroll and HR administration, AI developer, small business manager, adult trainer and business developer each run 380 hours over 8 or 9 months. MBAs in digital strategy, business management, real estate wealth management, marketing and business development, and business unit management, and a Bachelor in influencer marketing project management, each run 450 hours over 10 months. All of them are marked "Eligible CPF", the training-account funding one graduate below says paid for his title, and several carry an "IA intégrée" (AI built in) label.
Recognition
Recognition is the core of the pitch. The state-recognition page says "de nombreuses formations préparent à des diplômes ou certifications inscrits au Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP) ou au Répertoire Spécifique (RS), garantissant leur reconnaissance officielle" (many programs prepare for diplomas or certifications registered in the national RNCP or the RS, guaranteeing official recognition). It adds that Studi programs lead to a double award: "un Diplôme reconnu par l'État ainsi qu'un diplôme d'école Studi" (a state-recognized diploma and a Studi school diploma), and that learners can find the RNCP record for their diploma in the "Modalités" tab of each program page. The site also distinguishes short paths, which are single skill blocks leading to a professional certificate, from long paths that are state-recognized. The footer states that its quality certification covers training actions and apprenticeship training actions.
How study works
Study is online and self-scheduled, within a fixed end date: "Vous gérez votre emploi du temps comme bon vous semble, la seule limite étant la date finale de votre parcours" (you manage your schedule as you like, the only limit being the end date of your program). The free trial lists what learners use: "Cours écrits et vidéos, 24h/24 et 7j/7" (written courses and videos, around the clock), "Quiz d'entraînement avec correction" (practice quizzes with corrections) and "Lives de bienvenue et de cours" (welcome and course live sessions).
Studi is frank that distance study takes self-discipline: "vous devez trouver votre propre discipline de travail et votre propre motivation pour réussir votre parcours" (you must find your own work discipline and motivation to succeed). To help, it points to its learner relations service, the Service Relation Apprenant, and a teaching forum inside the learning platform. The site also lists career coaching, a "Compétences 360" program, soft skills content, a free discovery path, and support for people with disabilities and high-level athletes. Prospective learners can request an immediate callback, chat with an advisor or meet the team live.
Trial, funding and work-study
The trial terms are clear: "Testez gratuitement pendant 7 jours" (try free for 7 days), and "Accédez à nos cours, quiz et lives en illimité, sans engagement" (unlimited access to courses, quizzes and live sessions, with no commitment). Prices are not shown on the pages; the menu has a dedicated financing section and CPF eligibility is flagged on each program. Studi also runs work-study (alternance) programs, a service for employers to recruit apprentices or interns, and a "Studi For Business" offer for organizations.
Results
The homepage reports figures from an Audirep survey carried out in January 2025 among 2309 graduates who finished between January 2021 and June 2023: 96% "ont constaté une progression professionnelle" (saw career progression) and 9 in 10 learners "ont gagné en confiance et ont une meilleure vision de leur avenir" (gained confidence and a clearer view of their future). Graduate posts on the homepage add detail. One learner, Jean Pierre, writes that with CPF funding he obtained the "titre professionnel Technicien Supérieur Systèmes et réseaux RNCP 37682". Julie describes returning to study "à bientôt 40 ans, et en distanciel" (at nearly 40, and at a distance) for an HR assistant title, and Laetitia notes after her final exam that "Le diplôme officiel arrivera prochainement" (the official diploma will arrive soon).
Who it suits and who it does not
Studi suits a French-speaking adult who wants a recognized diploma without attending classes: a career changer heading for accounting, payroll or HR, an employee using CPF funding for a Graduate or MBA, a parent combining work-study and family, or someone working toward the DCG. The program hours and durations on each card make the commitment easy to judge, and the 7-day free trial lets a learner test the platform first.
It is a poor fit for anyone who does not read French or who wants short, casual courses. The site states that success depends on the learner's own discipline.
