What KursySzkolenia.Online is

KursySzkolenia.Online is a Polish-language catalog of self-paced online courses for adults who want a practical work skill and a certificate to show for it. It is operated by Krajowe Centrum Edukacyjne (KCE), which its FAQ describes as an independent organization set up to raise the level of practical knowledge and professional skills on the Polish labor market ("na polskim rynku pracy"). The same FAQ says KCE is entered in the National Court Register (KRS no. 0000859194) and in the Register of Schools and Educational Institutions (RSPO no. 277369), and the course pages describe it as a non-public continuing education institution ("Niepubliczna Placówka Kształcenia Ustawicznego"). The contact details give an address in Poznań. The site names its audience as students, employees, employers, private individuals and job seekers, and says no prior knowledge is required to start a course.

The catalog

The full course list in the footer leans toward job skills that can be used straight away. Office and data courses form a large block: Excel at basic and advanced level, Excel pivot tables, Excel macros and VBA, Excel with AI, SQL, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Design and technical courses cover AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Inventor, computer graphics, interior design, WordPress and photography. Marketing courses cover internet marketing, Google Ads, social media management, SEO and a general AI course. Business and office roles are served by courses in payroll and HR administration (kadry i płace), accounting, labor law, project management, management, sales, telemarketing, negotiation, customer service, time management, communication, self-presentation, public speaking and workplace health and safety (BHP). A beauty and wellness strand covers nail styling, nail art, eyelash extensions, makeup, visage, massage, dietetics, personal training and yoga instruction, and there are also courses for baristas, florists, coaches, future flight attendants and Spanish learners.

The homepage names some of the people behind the courses. The payroll course is taught by Joanna Taudul, described as an expert with a career of more than 10 years running payroll for hundreds of employees. The massage course comes from a practitioner the homepage calls a master of the craft, the AutoCAD course from a designer who has worked in the program for over 20 years, and the computer graphics course from Bartłomiej Cieśluk, a graphic designer with more than 15 years in the field who covers Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with elements of InDesign. The homepage credits that massage teacher with "22-letnim doświadczeniem" (22 years of experience).

How a course works

The FAQ lists video lessons, presentations, podcasts, practical tasks and exercises, and extra materials, and the homepage adds PDF files. Practical tasks follow a set pattern: the instructor explains the theory, demonstrates the task on a concrete example, and the learner then does it alone and uploads the result to the platform as a text file, photo, video or other document. Interactive tests and quizzes run through the course, and a final exam closes it. The exam is online, needs no video call or camera, can be taken any time after finishing the material, and consists of open and closed questions or a final project depending on the course. Retakes are included in the price; the coaching course page says the test can be attempted an unlimited number of times with 24 hours between attempts.

Courses are open all year, 24/7, with no fixed start or end dates. The FAQ says a course can be finished in under 7 days at a fast pace, and that access is unlimited in time, with one exception: AutoCAD 3D, Inventor and the four Excel courses (basic, advanced, pivot tables, macros and VBA) are available for one year from the start. Courses work on computers, tablets and smartphones, and can be completed entirely on a phone. The course content stays in the learner's account (Moje Konto), and bonus files can be downloaded. On support, the FAQ is direct: the basic package does not include direct support from the expert, but the expert can check completed tasks and point out mistakes and next steps, and questions can be sent to the team by email.

Two course pages in detail

The coaching course runs 8 hours 22 minutes across 11 modules of HD video, from coaching basics and personal leadership to interpersonal communication, motivation and goal setting, ethics, and simulated coaching sessions. It teaches the GROW, SMART and SWOT models and comes with four downloads, among them a coach's glossary and a list of 10 factors that affect well-being. The page reports 376 satisfied participants and an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.0. The public speaking course costs 899 zł for 11 hours 44 minutes of video in 9 modules, taught by business trainers Marek Banaszak and Damian Żłobicki and sociologist Dr Paulina Smaszcz. Its downloads include 20 storytelling structures, a bank of 100 openings and closings, 21 calming and focus techniques, and an emergency guide with 50 responses to things going wrong on stage. That page reports 410 satisfied participants, also with a 4.9 average.

Certificates

Each graduate receives two documents: an attestation the FAQ describes as compliant with the regulation of the Ministry of National Education ("zaświadczenie zgodne z rozporządzeniem MEN"), and KCE's own competence certificate. The FAQ calls the first an official document confirming completion in line with the ministry's requirements and the second an internal document confirming participation and the skills gained. Both arrive digitally by email within 3 days of passing the final exam, the course pages add that printed copies are posted, and the certificates do not expire. The course pages state that certificates are issued in line with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard, and samples of both documents are shown on each course page.

Prices, payment and refunds

The coaching page asks for an email address to reveal its promotional price, and new participants are offered a discount on their first course; the homepage adds that buying a package of courses brings a discount too. Payment options are Przelewy24 (card, BLIK or bank transfer), PayPo, which defers payment by 30 days at no extra cost, P24NOW, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, a pro forma invoice with a bank transfer, and monthly installments, whose terms are sent by email. VAT invoices are available, and the FAQ encourages learners to have an employer pay from a training budget. A course can be returned within 10 days of purchase; the FAQ ties this to having completed no more than 50% of the material, and the course pages present it as a 10-day guarantee with a full refund.

Company training and the affiliate program

A separate section covers training for companies. The affiliate program is free to join and pays 50% commission on every sale made with a partner's code, while the buyer gets 10% off; the page's own example is a 2000 zł course earning the partner 1000 zł. Partners sign an online agreement, receive a monthly statement, and are paid within 7 days of sending an invoice or confirmed sales report. There are no sales targets or minimum activity, KCE handles all customer service, a refund cancels the commission on that order, and trainers who run their own courses are invited to recommend KCE courses alongside them.

Who it suits

The platform suits Polish-speaking adults who want a practical, certified course they can finish quickly or spread out: an office worker moving up from basic to advanced Excel, someone retraining into payroll or accounting, a beautician adding nail styling or lash extensions, or a manager working on public speaking. Employers get pro forma invoicing and a company training section, and trainers can earn through the affiliate program. The trade-off is support, since the basic package gives task feedback rather than direct expert help.
