What Euroformac is
Euroformac runs a catalog of free, publicly subsidized courses for working adults and jobseekers in Spain, taught online or in its own training centers. The site says the company has spent more than 30 years helping thousands of people improve their professional skills through subsidized training, and lists "+30 años de experiencia", "+3000 cursos online", specialized teachers and an official qualification as its main selling points. Its courses, it says, "están financiados por el Ministerio de Trabajo y gestionados a través de FUNDAE y el SEPE" (are financed by the Ministry of Labor and managed through FUNDAE and SEPE).
The free part is stated without qualification in the FAQ: all courses are "100% subvencionados" and "No tienen ningún coste para ti ni consumen créditos de formación de tu empresa" (they cost you nothing and do not use up your company's training credits). Elsewhere the page adds that there are no hidden costs. For an employee, that last point matters: the training does not draw on the employer's own training credit.
Who can take the courses
The FAQ lists who qualifies: active workers, whether employed by a company or self-employed, unemployed people, and workers in ERTE (temporary employment suspension), with the note that specific requirements can vary by course. The site then splits its offer by employment situation:
- Trabajadores (employees): courses to improve professional skills at no cost to the employer, aimed at employability and career progression.
- Desempleados (jobseekers): fully subsidized professional training aimed at finding work in sectors with high labor demand.
- Autónomos (self-employed): specialized training for running a business, including digital marketing, invoicing and the core skills an entrepreneur needs.
A featured training section is aimed specifically at people over 60.
Formats and locations
Courses come in four modalities, which the search filter names as Aula Virtual, Mixta, Online and Presencial. The FAQ explains the difference: online courses let learners study at their own pace from anywhere with internet access, while classroom courses are taught in Euroformac's training centers and offer direct interaction with teachers and classmates. For classroom training, the site says it is present in Madrid, Murcia, Valencia and Málaga. The course finder can also be filtered by province, and online course cards carry a regional label such as Andalucía.
Course length varies widely. The FAQ says courses run from 20-hour programs to programs of 300 hours or more, with the exact duration on each course page. The examples on the home page show the typical shape of a course:
- Manipulación en crudo y conservación de alimentos (raw food handling and preservation): 125 hours, online, Andalucía, for the self-employed.
- Organización comercial (commercial organization): 120 hours, online, Andalucía, for employees.
- Tratamiento de datos, textos y documentación (data, text and document processing): 150 hours, online, Andalucía, for employees.
- Atención y apoyo psicosocial domiciliario (psychosocial home care and support): 210 hours, classroom, Málaga, for jobseekers.
All four are marked "Últimas plazas" (last places). The search result for that view reads "Mostrando 4 de 538 resultados" (showing 4 of 538 results).
The catalog
The sector filter shows how broad the offer is: business administration and management, agriculture and rural life, food and the food industry, customer service, beauty and fashion, cybersecurity, commerce and sales, construction, accounting and finance, sport and leisure, graphic and multimedia design, web design and front-end development, energy efficiency and renewables, electricity and electronics, employment and career guidance, training and teaching, personal and soft skills, hospitality and catering, German, French and English, industry and manufacturing, general IT and digital skills, artificial intelligence and big data, cleaning, logistics and transport, digital marketing and social media, environment and sustainability, office software and digital productivity, workplace risk prevention, programming and software development, health and social care, social services and dependency care, and tourism and events.
The home page highlights six areas in more detail. Health covers patient care, emergencies and care work. IT and communications covers programming, web development, cybersecurity and new technologies. Administration and management covers administrative management, human resources, accounting and business management. Commerce and marketing covers digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO and social media. Hospitality and tourism covers cooking, hotel management, catering and tourism. Sociocultural services covers social and health care, early childhood education and sociocultural animation.
Certificates and support
According to the FAQ, learners who finish a course receive "un diploma acreditativo emitido por el SEPE (Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal) que tiene validez oficial en todo el territorio español" (a certifying diploma issued by SEPE, officially valid throughout Spain). The site describes this as its "Titulación oficial".
Teaching support is included at no cost. The FAQ says learners are accompanied at all times by a team of teachers who are experts in their subjects and who resolve all doubts during the course. The Google reviews shown on the site, verified by Trustindex, suggest what that looks like in practice, and several name the same tutor. Byyou Made wrote that tutor Clara "todas las semanas me llamaba en el horario que mas me convenia y resolvia mis dudas" (called me every week at the time that suited me best and resolved my doubts). I. Amaya, who said he had taken many online courses on other platforms, called the follow-up from tutor Clara Martínez "excepcional", noting "llamadas continuas para el seguimiento" (continuous follow-up calls). Diane S described an online course that was "muy completo a nivel teórico" (very complete on the theory side).
How to enroll
Enrollment starts with a request rather than a checkout. Learners can fill in the information form, which asks for their province, employment situation and education level, call a free phone line open from 9h to 18h, send an email, or use a WhatsApp assistant to find a course. The FAQ says the team then advises on requirements and enrollment deadlines. The site also runs a blog on training and employment and a newsletter that announces new funding calls.
Who it suits
Euroformac suits employees who want free training without touching their company's training credit, self-employed people who need practical business skills such as digital marketing or invoicing, registered jobseekers aiming at high-demand sectors like health and social care, and people over 60 returning to learning. Learners near Madrid, Málaga, Murcia or Valencia can choose classroom courses with teachers and classmates in the room; everyone else can study online at their own pace. Because places and eligibility depend on each funding call, the quickest route is to filter by employment situation and province and request a place early.
