What GoIT is
GoIT Global is an IT school for beginners who want to change careers into tech. It teaches online, and its Ukrainian site also mentions daytime IT courses in Kyiv, where its listed address is. The school runs 20+ programs in IT and AI, from full-stack development and Python to QA, data analytics, cyber security, design and AI tools, and it builds them around one promise: that a learner who starts with no IT experience can finish job-ready and get help finding work. Its Estonian site, which lists an address in Tallinn, calls GoIT an EdTech pioneer and says no prior IT experience is required.
GoIT is now part of a wider group. According to a news item on its site, GoIT, GoITeens, GoITeens School and the online university Neoversity were brought together under the umbrella brand BetterED, an online education ecosystem covering IT and AI, and the home page names one CEO for GoIT and BetterED. The site runs country and language versions marked UA, RU, PL, RO, CO, PH, TR and Eesti.
The programs
The Ukrainian home page lists each course with its length, and the range shows how the catalog serves both coders and career switchers into nearby roles. On the technical side there are Fullstack + AI (10 months), a faster Fullstack Bootcamp (an intensive 6 months that ends in a full IT project), Frontend (6 months, building interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript), Python Software Engineering (7 months, in a flexible format), Python Data Science (7 months), Data Analytics + AI (5 months), Cyber Security (5 months) and QA Engineer: Manual & Automation (6 months, testing websites and mobile apps). For the defense sector there are MilTech Data Analytics (6.5 months) and MilTech Product Management (4 months).
The AI courses are shorter: AI Content Maker and Prompt Engineering run for 2 months each, and AI Automator and No-Coder + AI for 4 months. Non-technical options include Digital Marketing + AI (4 months), UI/UX Design + AI (6 months), Project Manager (2 months), Power BI (1.5 months) and SMM & Targeting. Several courses carry labels on the course list. Fullstack + AI, Data Analytics + AI, Python Data Science, Fullstack Bootcamp, QA Engineer, Digital Marketing + AI, SMM & Targeting and MilTech Data Analytics are marked "Гарантія працевлаштування" (employment guarantee); AI Automator and No-Coder + AI are marked with a guarantee that the course pays for itself; UI/UX Design + AI comes with a guarantee of work experience with a real client. A three-minute test helps undecided learners pick a profession.
How learning works
The Estonian site breaks the method into 70% practice, 20% feedback and 10% theory. Practice means building a personal portfolio, contributing to team projects and doing individual projects. Feedback comes as quick automatic code checks plus constructive comments from mentors and fellow group members. Theory arrives as materials and notes on each topic, with access to live classes or webinars and training videos. The platform adds game elements: learners can track their progress, earn rewards, get quick feedback on assessments, take part in tournaments and play games. During the course, the site says, an experienced curator and a mentor stay with each learner.
Teachers are working practitioners. The Ukrainian page lists instructors whose roles include front-end developers at Nestle and SoftServe, a Head of Security Engineering and a Senior Data Analyst at EPAM, a QA Lead at N-iX, a director of security at Google and several product designers, along with GoIT's own CTO, who is also the author and teacher of the full-stack developer course. On completion, learners get a diploma of completion, which the Estonian site describes as a certificate of education from GoIT that confirms the knowledge they acquired.
GoIT also runs hackathons. The site describes a GoIT AI Hackathon 2026 with 200 participants and 15 teams given two weeks to build an MVP of an AI solution for a real business problem, and an earlier first hackathon with more than 90 participants.
Career Center and results
Job support is central to the offer. The Career Center helps learners prepare for interviews, schedule interviews with future employers and write a resume; before the job search, the team works on soft skills, explains how to write an expert CV and runs a test interview. The Ukrainian site has a separate route for employers who want to hire a graduate, and employer testimonials on the page describe GoIT recommending candidates for QA, analyst and JavaScript roles. One employer says more than 10 GoIT graduates already work in its team.
The school publishes several outcome figures, each with its own scope. The Ukrainian home page reports 7600+ employed graduates, 120+ partner companies, 634 video reviews from employed graduates, and graduates employed at 2100+ IT companies, including companies from DOU's ranking of the largest IT firms and from a ranking of Ukraine's top employers; it links an annual employment report for 2025. The Estonian site says GoIT partners with more than 100 companies offering jobs to students, that "80% of graduates find a job in the first few months after completing the course", and that 89% of GoIT students find a new job within 6 months after graduation.
Awards listed on the site include a Best EdTech prize from Diya.City in 2023, first choice of Ukrainians in the IT education category for 8 years in a row, Product of the Day and Product of the Week on Product Hunt in 2023, first place among IT schools for student employment in the IT Generation project of Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation in 2023, and a win at the Ukrainian IT Awards in 2016 for its contribution to training junior developers. Through a partnership with the Azov brigade's support service, the site says GoIT teaches more than 100 soldiers for free.
Pricing and enrollment
The site publishes no tuition prices. Learners sign up through a form and a manager calls back with details, or book a free career consultation. Promotional banners advertise up to 50% off any profession with a second profession as a gift, and a birthday offer of 35% off plus a free course. The site does not set out the terms of its employment guarantees.
Who it suits
GoIT suits beginners, especially Ukrainian speakers, who want a structured, months-long route into a first tech job and value a practice-first method with mentor feedback and a Career Center behind them. The breadth of the catalog helps learners who are not sure yet whether they want to code: the same school teaches full-stack development, QA, data, design and AI tooling. Learners who want short AI skills can take a two-month course, while those aiming for a developer role can choose between a 10-month track and a 6-month intensive. Anyone who wants a price before talking to the school will need to book the consultation, since tuition is only quoted on request.
