What Coding Ninjas is

Coding Ninjas is an Indian online tech education company that runs job bootcamps and certification programs for working professionals and college students. Its offices are at Unitech Cyber Park in Gurugram, Haryana, the site's copyright line names Sunrise Mentors Pvt. Ltd., and a news item on the home page says "Coding Ninjas has become a subsidiary under the InfoEdge group," with a collaboration with Naukri.com in the works. The home page says it has spent "9+ years of transforming careers" and counts "1,50,000+ Coding Ninjas alumni from 1,100+ companies & 4,400+ colleges." It also describes itself as an NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) approved training partner.

The reader it serves is a learner in India who wants a structured, placement-backed route into a tech role, whether moving from a non-tech job, from a service company to a product company, or straight out of college. The bootcamps are open to working professionals, final-year students and fresh graduates from any background, and the FAQ says a computer science degree is not required.

The programs

The catalog splits into job bootcamps, certifications and university-linked programs. The main job bootcamps are:

• Software Development with GenAI. A 6-month bootcamp in either the MERN stack or Spring Boot, aimed at roles such as MERN stack, Spring Boot, back-end, React and front-end developer. The syllabus opens with HTML, then Node.js and its modules, then React and JSX. • Data Science with GenAI. A 9-month bootcamp that starts with data cleaning, EDA, and statistics and linear algebra, then moves into machine learning and supervised learning. Faculty cover topics including NLP and deep learning.

Alongside these sit the Advanced Certification in GenAI and Multi-Agent Systems, a 6-month live online program, and certifications delivered with IIT-linked partners, such as IITM Pravartak at IIT Madras, iHub at IIT Mandi, Vishlesan i-hub at IIT Patna and the E&ICT Academy at IIT Guwahati. College students get a separate track, including an Advanced Certification in Data Structures and Algorithms (4 months).

Across the catalog, Coding Ninjas emphasizes AI. Each bootcamp page promises an "AI infused curriculum" with 20+ AI tools such as Replit, Notion AI and ChatGPT, and the software development FAQ says learners use generative AI to write cleaner code, debug faster, design APIs and improve front-end work, after first learning MERN or Spring Boot fundamentals.

How the teaching works

Formats differ by program. The software development bootcamp is built on self-paced, pre-recorded classes with unlimited 1:1 live doubt support. The data analytics and data science bootcamps use live classes: the data analytics FAQ describes three live classes a week of 2 hours each, from 9 to 11 PM on a fixed three-day rotation that can vary by batch, with a weekend batch running from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, recordings of every class, and a typical batch size of 75 to 100 learners. Its plan table also lists classes in both Hindi and English. The GenAI certification is a 6-month live online program for working professionals from technical backgrounds, and basic Python is mandatory, with a recorded Python course to finish before the Week 2 live sessions.

Support is layered. Teaching assistants are available 7 days a week from 10 AM to 12 AM by chat, audio call or screen sharing, and an AI assistant called Ninja AI answers doubts around the clock. Each learner gets a relationship manager and 10 1:1 sessions with industry experts covering mock interviews, mentoring and resume reviews, and the bootcamp FAQs mention 20 live sessions with industry experts including mock interviews and project guidance. Content stays available for 21 months from the batch start date. The 10X Club community adds weekly talks with CXOs, workshops and hackathons.

Certificates and IBM content

Learners receive module-wise Coding Ninjas certificates for completion and excellence, plus an NSDC certification named for their program. The IBM versions add IBM courses on IBM's own learning platform, each with an exam and 2 attempts per course. For software development these are Software Engineering Fundamentals (14 hours), Getting Started with Git and GitHub (10 hours) and Containers with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (13 hours), 37 hours in all. For data analytics they are Data Visualization with Python (3 hours), ETL & Data Pipelines with Bash, Airflow and Kafka (17 hours) and Generative AI Skills for Business Intelligence (14 hours), 34 hours in all. The data analytics version with IBM also aligns its Power BI module with the Microsoft PL-300 exam and gives a free exam voucher to learners who complete at least 80% of the Power BI module and clear internal assessments.

Prices, refunds and placement terms

The plan sections publish prices. The software development and data analytics bootcamps are shown at "as low as" ₹5357 a month, with a second plan at ₹6096 a month; the data science bootcamp is shown at ₹7204 a month; and the GenAI and Multi-Agent Systems certification is listed at ₹1,00,000/- with EMI options. Every plan lists "Full fees refundable within 7 days," and the FAQs say a refund can be requested within 7 days of the batch start date.

Coding Ninjas is direct about guarantees. Asked whether it offers a job guarantee, the FAQ answers: "No, and please don't believe anyone who says otherwise." Its placement team helps with portfolios, resumes and interviews, and learners who finish with the minimum requirements can apply through the placement cell. In software development and data science, a learner selected through the placement cell is expected not to back out, and can apply for further openings through it only if the new offer is at least 50% higher. Learners who complete at least 90% of all modules also get 6 months of Naukri Pro, a job search service the site values at ₹1,000 a month.

The company publishes strong outcome claims, all from its own records: 95% of learners who completed the program "have secured suitable job opportunities," an average salary hike of 128%, learners "earning an average of 2.16 times more," and 1,400+ alumni placed in MAANG companies.

The data analytics evening and weekend batches suit people with day jobs, the self-paced software development track suits those who need flexibility, and the GenAI certification is aimed at developers and analysts who already code.
