Kraftshala, which now calls itself Kraftshala School of Business, is an Indian training company that runs long, job-linked programs in digital marketing, sales and business for learners who want to be hired at the end. The home page says it started as Kraftshala in 2016 and has grown into a business school "with career outcomes at its core", and its banner promises education that gets you hired. It offers three programs it describes as postgraduate-equivalent: the Marketing Launchpad, taught live online and open to anyone, and two nine-month postgraduate programs (PGPs) for graduates, one on a campus in Gurugram. Every program is sold with a placement promise attached: if a graduate does not land a job at a set minimum salary, Kraftshala refunds 60% of the fee.

The three programs

The Marketing Launchpad is the flagship. It is open to all, runs for 6 months, and the home page lists an average CTC (cost to company, the Indian term for total annual salary) of ₹5.5 LPA (lakh rupees per year) and a highest CTC of ₹10.40 LPA, with a 60% fee refund if the offer is below ₹4.5 LPA. The company's own course guide on its blog says it comes in two formats with the same curriculum and placement support: 6 months full-time on weekdays, or 11 months part-time with Sunday classes plus two to three hours on weekdays. The footer also lists a digital marketing course in Hindi, which the blog names as a Hindi and English "Emerging Talent" track running 23 weeks full-time.

The PGP in AI-Led Marketing is an offline program for graduates only. It lasts 9 months, and the home page gives an expected average CTC of ₹6.5 LPA and an expected highest CTC of ₹11 LPA, with a 60% fee refund if you do not get placed. The blog guide places it at the Gurugram campus with about 30 seats and a fee of ₹4,15,000 plus GST.

The PGP in AI-Led Sales, Marketing and Business is also for graduates only and runs 9 months, online or offline. The home page lists an average CTC of ₹10.3 LPA and a highest of ₹22 LPA, with a 60% fee refund if the CTC is below ₹7.5 LPA. It is framed around building leadership skills and driving growth across marketing, sales and business.

What the Marketing Launchpad teaches

The blog guide describes the Launchpad curriculum as full-stack and AI-integrated, with AI built into every module. The modules it lists are brand strategy; Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram; Google Search and advanced Google Ads (YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max); e-commerce and quick commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and D2C, plus a Blinkit ads simulation); programmatic advertising; SEO and optimization for AI search answers; content and social media; Google Analytics (GA4) and dashboards; Excel and data analysis; problem solving and human skills, including CVs, interviews and communication; and "Vibe Coding", where students use AI to build landing pages and small marketing tools without traditional coding. Students work with 20+ tools, among them GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Canva.

Practice is the core of the method. The home page sets out a four-step loop of learn, apply, feedback and repeat: live classes from industry practitioners, live projects with real brands and startups using real budgets and targets, then 1:1 mentor reviews and group feedback before the next round. The blog says students complete 9+ live projects running campaigns with real ad budgets on Meta, Google and Amazon, and report on the results, so they leave with work to show recruiters. Graduates of the Launchpad receive an INDUSTRYCreds certification.

Teachers and network

According to the blog guide, live classes are taken by 100+ industry leaders, senior practitioners from agencies and brands rather than academics, and monthly "Leaders Unplugged" guest sessions bring in further speakers. The home page shows the network learners join, starting with founder and CEO Varun Satia and co-founder Eshu Sharma and continuing through marketing, media, sales and revenue leaders such as chief marketing officers, a chief brand officer and a chief revenue officer.

Placements and the refund pledge

Placement is how Kraftshala sells itself, and it publishes the numbers. The home page lists a 94% placement rate, 3300+ students placed and 800+ recruiting partners, and says placement reports are published for every batch. The blog guide adds detail for the Launchpad: 1,037 students placed in the last 14 months at that 94% rate, 97% for Batch 39, 84% of those placed with no relevant experience, and about 72% studying from outside India's top 6 metros. It says performance marketing roles account for 35% of placements, ahead of digital marketing at 20% and e-commerce or marketplace roles at 16%.

The home page calls the refund its Placement Accountability Pledge: across all job-linked programs, if you do not land a job with a minimum CTC, you get a 60% refund. The home page's own course description sets the Launchpad condition as not being placed at ₹4.5 LPA or more within 15 months of finishing the training, and the blog adds that the refund is subject to terms and conditions.

Recruiters speak for the program on the home page. G Lavanya, in HR, writes: "We’ve recruited our 9th batch from Kraftshala, and the experience has been incredibly positive." Shruti Garg, an HR assistant manager, writes: "I got 3 candidates hired in just a week without taking any pain." Other quotes come from talent acquisition staff, a managing partner at Performics India and an HR lead at SRV Media.

Fees

The blog guide gives the Launchpad fee as ₹1,64,000 plus 18% GST, a total of ₹1,93,520, with EMIs from ₹7,198 a month and a ₹30,000 merit-based scholarship for the top 5% of applicants. A press headline on the home page announces a ₹40,000 scholarship for women in sales leadership. Before enrolling, anyone can book a free 1:1 call with an academic advisor or a campus visit, and the free Kraftshala Live sessions, blog and marketing glossary give a sense of the teaching.

Who it suits

Kraftshala fits a learner in India who wants a marketing or sales job and is ready to commit months of full-time or part-time study to get it. The Launchpad suits freshers, final-year students, career switchers and working professionals moving into a better-paid digital marketing role, and needs no marketing experience or particular degree. Graduates who want an on-campus program with a leadership track can look at the PGP in AI-Led Marketing, and those aiming for revenue and business roles at the sales PGP.

It is not a short course or a self-paced library. The fees are a serious investment for an Indian learner, the programs ask for full engagement with live projects, and the salary figures and refund are framed around the Indian job market, so a learner abroad will get less from the placement side.
