What High Bridge Academy is
High Bridge Academy trains professionals and teams in the problem-solving and communication methods of strategy consulting. Its home page promises "McKinsey-Level problem solving and communication, enhanced by AI." The company behind it is High Bridge FZ LLC in Dubai Media City, and its founder, Flavio Soriano, is described on its blog as a former Arthur D Little and McKinsey consultant. It runs two programs: the Business Excellence Bootcamp for working professionals and their teams, and a separate Consulting Bootcamp for consulting candidates. This entry covers the Business Excellence Bootcamp, the main product on the home page.
The bootcamp is aimed at professionals with up to 10 years' experience. Its FAQ names individual contributors, young managers, high-potential employees, and teams in strategy, operations, growth, product, engineering, finance, transformation and project management. The home page frames the need from a manager's point of view: team members who analyze before defining the problem, focus on the wrong priorities and bring data instead of insights, which leads to more manager intervention, frequent rework, and less trust and autonomy.
The five core workshops
The bootcamp is built from 5 core workshops of 240 minutes each:
- Structured Problem-Solving 1 covers the foundations of diagnosing a problem in depth, so that learners stop working on undefined problems with messy approaches and too much information.
- Structured Problem-Solving 2 teaches learners to craft compelling business cases and run structured brainstorms that end in actionable recommendations.
- Logical Storytelling is about building and iterating narratives that lead to persuasive calls to action, without flawed arguments or missing evidence.
- Amazing Slides teaches clear, concise and impactful pages, with consistent layouts and sharp slide titles.
- Project Experience Lab walks a real project through all eight High Bridge steps to a data-backed recommendation: validating data, prioritizing hypotheses and presenting ROI-driven solutions.
The FAQ adds that participants learn to define problems, prioritize analysis, use AI with judgment, build stronger storylines and create clearer slides. Four add-on workshops are available on request, also 240 minutes each. Flawless Communication 1 and 2 cover clear, concise messages in any channel and tailoring them to any audience. Stakeholder Management 1 and 2 cover building trust with internal stakeholders, mapping influence, persuading without authority, negotiating competing requests and defusing conflict.
The method behind it
High Bridge's own blog posts describe the bootcamp as resting on four pillars. Structured problem solving covers hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees, MECE frameworks and structured decision-making. Executive communication covers top-down communication, the Pyramid Principle, business storytelling and consulting-style slide design. Stakeholder management deals with influencing, aligning and communicating with senior stakeholders. AI integration embeds AI tools into everyday professional workflows as a core module rather than an optional extra. The founder argues on the blog that most professionals do not lack frameworks but struggle to apply them under time pressure, with incomplete data and with stakeholders pulling in different directions, and the home page's comparison table describes the format accordingly as practice, drills and feedback aimed at immediate application at work.
How the bootcamp runs
The public bootcamp is a 5-week live online program of 10 live sessions: two 2-hour sessions a week, with every session recorded and replays included. Cohorts run either on Tuesdays and Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10am to 12pm ET (4 to 6pm CET), and the home page lists four upcoming cohorts, the first starting Sep 22 '26 and the last Feb 13 '27. Each week covers one workshop in two parts, starting with the two problem-solving workshops and moving on to storytelling, slides and the project lab.
Companies have two options. They can enroll any number of team members in a scheduled public cohort, or book Private Team Training: a dedicated cohort, best for teams of 5+, with flexible timing, training tailored to the organization and customized examples. High Bridge says it has trained 120+ teams across industries.
Faculty
The home page lists the faculty by first name and former firm: a long roster of former McKinsey, BCG and Bain consultants, plus former Kearney and Deloitte consultants and a few people currently at McKinsey and Bain. A blog post says the bootcamp is designed and delivered by 60+ former McKinsey, Bain and BCG consultants with real client delivery experience. The site notes that McKinsey & Company, BCG and Bain & Company are trademarks of their respective owners.
Pricing
The home page's comparison table gives the Business Excellence Bootcamp a standard price of USD 970 for 5 weeks, set against MBA and executive short course programs. The company's own blog posts, which disclose that High Bridge is their authors' program, give a slightly different picture, with entry workshops at about $500 and the full bootcamp at up to about $2,000, and point to a separate pricing page for corporate teams. The same posts note that there is no free audit or trial for the full bootcamp. Prospective participants can instead watch a sample workshop, join free workshops, request a full info pack by email or book a call, and companies can book a free team workshop.
Results and reviews
High Bridge publishes four figures: 120+ teams trained, 300+ verified reviews across its programs, 92% of participants applying the tools at work within 2 weeks, and 4 hours saved per week per participant. Testimonials on the home page come largely from consultants, including participants from Roland Berger and DHL Consulting. Amanda D. of Roland Berger writes that she began without basic hard skills and structured communication and that her managers noticed her growth. Amogh N. of DHL Consulting says the program provided skills and concepts that would have taken years to learn alone, and other participants praise the practical, hands-on exercises and the real-world focus.
Who it suits
The Business Excellence Bootcamp suits early and mid-career professionals who want to frame problems, prioritize analysis and present recommendations the way strategy consultants do, and managers who want their teams to produce stronger first drafts with less rework. The live format, with two 2-hour sessions a week and recorded replays, fits around a job, and private cohorts suit teams of 5 or more. Learners who want a self-paced course to work through on their own schedule should note that the program is built around live workshops with practice and feedback. People preparing for a move into consulting have the separate Consulting Bootcamp.
