What Digital Coach is

Digital Coach is a Milan school for digital marketing and artificial intelligence that teaches mostly online, with certified courses and master programs for people who want a first job in digital marketing, a career change, a specialist or manager role, or a business of their own. The home page brands it the 1st Digital Marketing Academy and says it trains the new generation of digital professionals: specialists, managers, freelancers, digital nomads and entrepreneurs. It is run by HR Solutions srl, with legal headquarters on Viale Francesco Restelli and operational headquarters at Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan, and the site header says it is powered by AI Scale Up.

The school's pitch rests on practicing what it teaches. Its home page argues that other schools try to teach a skill they struggle to master themselves, and offers its own numbers as proof: it says it has practiced digital marketing since 2013, that search, social and advertising have brought over 3 million unique users to its site to date, that its Facebook content has reached an audience of 6.888 million people, that traffic grew 78% over the past year, and that the site now draws more than 1 million users a year. The same page says no influencer, school or web agency in Italy's digital training and services sector can match its performance online, and calls the company a market leader in digital career training. These are the company's own claims about its marketing rather than independent figures.

Who the courses are for

The home page sorts its students by goal. Recent graduates under 30 and high school graduates whose education left them without practical skills can take a quick program aimed at the digital job market. People unhappy in their current job or industry can requalify in digital marketing. Those already working in digital can specialize and move toward a specialist or manager role. Would-be freelancers can learn to sell online consulting on social media, websites and e-commerce, and people who want a 100% online business can explore e-commerce, Amazon, online consulting, affiliate marketing, a social media agency, becoming an influencer or selling information products. Entrepreneurs and staff at small and medium-sized companies can learn to use digital channels to win customers, raise sales, cut costs and automate processes.

The catalog

The Italian course page says the catalog spans digital marketing, applied artificial intelligence, programming and soft skills. Its main categories are courses in social media marketing, SEO, SEM and e-commerce, plus a master in artificial intelligence applied to digital marketing. The site menu fills this out with masters that pair a discipline with AI (Digital Marketing & AI, Web Marketing & AI, Social Media Marketing & AI, E-Commerce & AI, Web Marketing AI & Social Media, and a master in artificial intelligence), specialist and manager certification courses such as Web Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, a beginners' program called Da zero a Digital Marketer (from zero to digital marketer), live practice sessions, shorter courses, an AI Manager track and blockchain courses. The course page also describes modules on marketing budgets and digital strategy, customer service and community management, and human resources and operational marketing.

AI runs through the programs. According to the course page, dedicated modules teach marketing campaign automation, predictive analysis of customer behavior through machine learning, setting up chatbots and virtual assistants, AI-assisted content marketing, and the ethics of AI in data handling and privacy. The page says the teaching draws on international best practice, especially from the American market.

How the teaching works

Courses are online and on demand, so learners study when it suits them and can return to the course material after each lesson. The course page names Zoom and Google Classroom as the platforms behind the interactive sessions, with materials available 24/7. Qualified tutors work one to one with students throughout, and the school stresses practice over theory: a certified course, it argues, should let a student prove their skill with real projects that are finished and visible online, not with simulated project work.

Training continues after the coursework. The home page describes a Training on the Job period, the Work Experience program, which it calls a true apprenticeship: graduates work under certified professionals at Digital Coach to gain practical experience in their chosen role. The site footer also links a Master con Stage Garantito, a master with a guaranteed internship, and the careers menu lists a placement service, interview simulation and digital job offers.

Certificates

The course page says Digital Coach awards two certifications: one for passing the final exam with a score of at least 70/100, and one for completing the Work Experience the programs include. Some paths add digital badges and micro-certifications for targeted skills. The page describes the certifications as recognized in the digital world and usable in Italy and abroad, under a heading about official accreditations, but it names no outside accrediting body, so the certificate is best read as the school's own professional qualification.

Employers and business services

Digital Coach also works with companies. The home page says top companies have it train their staff, recruit junior and senior talent from its student pool, take part in its Career Days to interview students, and co-organize events with it. A separate business section offers AI for companies, a company check-up, programs to digitize a business, talent acquisition, and digital project and executive teams. The site also runs an affiliate program and invites partners to open a franchise.

Trying it first

Prospective students have several ways in before enrolling. The course page offers a day in the school's reserved student area through a challenge, open days are held, and the free resources include e-books on digital professions, guides, webinars and a blog. The school encourages prospects to read student testimonials, look alumni up by name on LinkedIn and ask them questions, and visit its Alumni portal. Information requests can go through the contact form or WhatsApp. The site publishes no course prices.

Who it suits

Digital Coach suits learners who want a practical, job-oriented route into digital marketing and AI, from a graduate looking for a first role to a professional changing careers or an owner digitizing a small business. The on-demand format fits people who study around work, the tutoring keeps them from studying alone, and the Work Experience period gives graduates practical experience to show employers. It is less suited to someone who needs an academic degree, and English speakers should note that the course pages and program names are in Italian.
