What Oasis LMS Is

Oasis LMS is a learning management system for associations, healthcare organizations, continuing education providers and certification bodies. Its homepage calls it "The LMS Built for Mission-Driven Learning" and promises continuing education and member learning "without the complexity, backed by a team that feels like part of yours." The product comes from 360Factor, which the site describes as "independent, privately owned and free of private equity," in business since 2010, with offices in Chicago and Jakarta. The site says Oasis is trusted by 200+ organizations.

The menu shows who it serves: associations, healthcare teams that need to "simplify CME tracking and delivery," education content providers, and organizations tracking CLE and CPE credits. Beside the core LMS sit a branded mobile app and an online assessment platform built for certification exams and medical boards.

Running Member Education

The association page sums up the goal as helping members "learn faster and retain more" while cutting staff time. Learning can be delivered live, on demand or in a hybrid format, and the page suggests turning conference sessions into on-demand learning, with recordings, materials and structure kept in one place so members stay engaged between events. The tools are pitched at "lean staff and volunteer teams," with batch actions and an interface aimed at non-technical admins. The site also says AI is used "to personalize learning, cut admin work, and surface key insights."

For trade groups and employer-based memberships, Oasis lets member companies see their own people's learning "without admin access," and its FAQ mentions tools for chapters, committees, live events, large course libraries and employer or organizational training.

CE, CME and Certificates

Credit tracking is the center of the product. The association page says administrators "define requirements once," after which Oasis automates the process and members earn certificates instantly, with "no staff intervention needed." The FAQ describes full CE and CME credit tracking, partial credit claiming, automated certificate generation and learner transcripts.

Healthcare teams get more. The company's healthcare blog says Oasis supports full integration with PARS, JA-PARS and CPE Monitor, and offers built-in modules for MOC Part 2 and Part 4, including practice improvement programs, plus department-based access and SSO. A case study teaser on that page says the American College of Cardiology grew its in-training exam from about 2,400 to about 3,700 examinees on Oasis and made it the college's second-largest revenue source. Separate menu entries offer the same credit tracking to CLE and CPE organizations.

Selling Courses

Oasis includes its own commerce tools. The homepage lists "Built-in monetization & e-commerce tools" covering pricing, discounts and subscriptions, and the association page says associations can "sell courses, bundles, or certifications with member pricing and public access," with "no extra e-commerce platform needed." Member and non-member pricing rules flow in from the AMS. Every plan includes an eCommerce API. For education content providers, the menu pitch is "Sell smarter. Scale faster."

Assessments and Board Exams

The online assessment platform is built for "certification and medical boards" rather than classroom quizzes. It covers item authoring with multi-stage review, tagging by domain, objective, reference and competency, version control and committee oversight. The delivery engine runs secure, AI-proctored, timed exams with static or dynamic item pools, controls on attempts and score visibility, and ADA accommodations. Question types include multiple choice, true/false, multi-select and media items with images and audio.

Analytics go past raw scores, with item performance analysis, Cronbach's alpha, cohort benchmarking, confidence tracking and defensibility reporting. In-training exams for residency and fellowship programs support year-over-year tracking and peer benchmarking across institutions. On the learning side, candidates get remediation pathways, learning mode feedback, AI tutoring per question, bookmarks, notes and calculators. The FAQ is direct about scope: the platform is not designed for school or general university classroom testing.

Integrations and the Mobile App

Oasis syncs with an association's AMS and e-commerce, with SSO, real-time access and completions pushed back automatically. The FAQ lists real-time SSO, member authentication, roster sync, profile data sharing and member/non-member pricing rules, and names systems such as NetForum, iMIS, Personify, Nimble AMS, MemberSuite, Aptify, Fonteva and Salesforce, adding that the team can often integrate a custom AMS through the API. The homepage counts 56+ integrations. Assessment data can also be connected to credentialing platforms, compliance tools and BI systems through APIs and data export.

OasisMobile is a paid add-on: a fully branded native app published under the customer's own Apple and Google Play accounts, with push notifications, offline learning and native user interaction.

Plans and Pricing

Oasis publishes its prices. The pricing page headline reads "From $1,000/Month, Everything Included, No Hidden Fees."

  • Standard, $1,000 a month: up to 1,000 annual users and up to 100 GB of storage.
  • Professional, $2,000 a month: up to 3,000 annual users and up to 500 GB of storage.
  • Enterprise, contact for a price: 3,001+ annual users and from 1 TB of storage up to unlimited.

All three tiers include single sign-on, hosting, a dedicated account manager, 24/5 support, access to Oasis University, the eCommerce API, eligibility for OasisMobile, custom development and a Data API. OasisMobile costs $1500 a month for the iOS app and $1500 a month for the Android app.

An annual user is "a unique learner who accesses the platform in your contract year." If an organization outgrows its tier, Oasis moves it to the next tier at the new contract year "and we tell you before it happens." Integrations with iMIS, Nimble AMS, Fonteva, Personify "and 50+ more" are included, while custom integration work is scoped in the statement of work. The association page adds that there are no per-course fees. Implementation is included in the fees; the pricing page says most organizations launch in 6 to 18 weeks, while the association page puts association rollouts at 4-16 weeks and says many clients launch their first programs in less than a month. The pricing FAQ says 3 year agreements are standard.

What Customers and the Numbers Say

The homepage reports 15M courses completed, 99.5% client retention and 5.6M CME claimed. Its testimonials are short and specific. Beth Welch, Self-Assessment Manager at AACE, says: "The Oasis LMS team is more like our staff than a vendor." Dawn Edgerton of ASNC writes: "As a first-time LMS admin, working in Oasis often felt like playing an engaging video game." Sierra Sharpe of IHS calls Oasis "truly an A+ partner," and Matt McNutt of AANA says it "has continued to power AANA's virtual learning growth."

Who It Suits

Oasis suits professional and trade associations that sell courses and run CE programs on top of an AMS, medical societies and CME teams that report to PARS or JA-PARS, and certification boards that need defensible, proctored exams. Published tier prices make it straightforward to budget. It is a contract product, with standard agreements of 3 years and a $1,000 monthly entry point, so very small groups and individual course creators are not its audience.
