What TraineryXchange is

TraineryXchange is a corporate training content marketplace: a library of ready-made employee courses that a company licenses and delivers either in the vendor's own TraineryLMS or through the LMS it already runs. The homepage headline is "Corporate Training Platform with 18K+ Ready-to-Use Courses," and its pitch sums up the three routes: "Source corporate training content, manage workforce learning in TraineryLMS, or deliver selected courses through supported LMS integrations." Alongside the library sits an AI course generator for building internal courses.

The buyers it names are HR, L&D and training teams and "content buyers," at every size from startups and small businesses to mid-sized companies and enterprises. The site says it is "Built on 40+ Years of Training Network Experience," and the footer gives an office in Raleigh, North Carolina. The author of its blog is listed as founder of TraineryHCM.com, and the menu links to "Trainery news & acquisitions."

The course library

The homepage claims "18K+ Courses Available," "100K+ Learners Served" and "25% Faster Training," and says it is "Trusted by Hundreds of Organizations with thousands of employees." A company blog post on skills taxonomies gives a lower figure, "15,000+ training content options," so the exact count depends on which page you read.

Four categories carry stated counts:

  • Workplace Safety, 4,000+ courses: hazard awareness, workplace violence and industry safety, across "offices, warehouses, construction, healthcare, and more."
  • HR Compliance, 1,300+ courses: harassment prevention, privacy, employment practices and ethics.
  • Leadership and Management, 1,200+ courses: coaching, decision-making, conflict resolution, goal setting and team performance.
  • Business Management, 500+ courses: communication, customer service, project management, emotional intelligence and operations.

The solutions menu adds compliance training, employee onboarding and sales training as use cases. The product menu splits the offer into a Content Marketplace (the course library itself), Digital Licensing ("Flexible access for every team") and Content Curation ("Personalized Course Selection"), where the team helps pick courses for an organization. A "Become a Content Partner" program with a partner dashboard shows that the catalog is sourced from outside publishers as well.

How delivery works

The homepage lays out four steps. First, select courses from the library. Second, choose a delivery method: "Send them directly to TraineryLMS or deploy them automatically to your existing LMS if it supports LTI." Third, load and launch the courses for rollout. Fourth, "Track, Certify, and Report," reviewing "progress, completion, certificate, and reporting data available for the selected course and learning environment."

The LMS menu has a TraineryLMS page described as "For customers without LMS," a Marketplace + LTI page for "Plug-and-Play Content," and a Native vs LTI comparison to help a buyer pick an integration path. The FAQ is careful about compatibility: it "depends on the LMS, content format, integration method, and configuration," and integrations, SSO, security review or data exchange "may require an LMS administrator or IT team." Uploading your own courses is possible, with formats such as SCORM, xAPI, video and documents to be confirmed per course and LMS. Learning paths can be customized "based on roles, skill levels, or department needs."

The site frames the product against five problems it hears from training teams: outdated or scattered content, low completion and engagement, manual compliance tracking, no time to build custom programs, and tools that do not integrate. Its list of answers claims completion rates two to three times higher, offers "Certificate and reporting options" and "Deploy in hours, not months," and the closing banner reads "Start today. Deploy within 24 hours."

The AI course generator

The AI Course Generator page promises to "Turn Any Topic Into a Ready-to-Deploy Course in Minutes with AI." A user starts from a topic, prompt or source document, reviews the AI-drafted structure, lessons, learning objectives and assessments, edits the result, then publishes it to TraineryLMS or exports it. It generates quizzes and knowledge checks, and offers templates "covering compliance, safety, HR, IT, leadership, sales, healthcare, and other common training needs." The FAQ says generated content can be edited, rewritten, given media, re-toned, rearranged or regenerated section by section, and that export formats "can include SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or other supported options depending on the course and platform configuration." The page aims it at HR staff, subject experts and managers who have no instructional designer, and at teams that want to rely less on agencies and freelancers.

Plans, support and what customers say

The pricing section lists three plans without prices. Starter is "For small teams getting started," with selected content, support and reporting options. Growth is "For growing companies scaling up," with expanded content and supported LMS options. Enterprise is "For large organizations with custom needs," adding content administration, implementation support, "SSO and API options where supported" and "Offline delivery options where available." The FAQ says onboarding help "can include rollout guidance and training-administration resources," depending on the plan. Sales and support run through phone at 800.397.5215, staffed 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, plus demos, a brochure and webinars, and the footer links to a Service Level Agreement.

The homepage quotes customers by role rather than by name. A training manager at a financial services firm of 280 employees says, "We appreciate the variety of content, language options, and built-in assessments." A director of L&D at a regional manufacturing firm of 450 employees says, "Implementation was quick and hassle-free." An HR compliance manager at a healthcare provider of 1,200 employees praises the support team's response time. An HR lead at a mid-sized company says, "The content library is extensive, and whenever we need something new, it's delivered quickly."

Who it suits

TraineryXchange suits organizations that need a large stock of compliance, safety and HR training without building it, especially those that already run an LMS with LTI support and do not want to change platforms. A company with warehouses, construction crews or healthcare staff gets the largest category, safety, at 4,000+ courses. A small business without any LMS can take TraineryLMS and the content together. Teams that write their own policy or onboarding courses get the AI generator in the same place.

It suits less well a buyer who wants published per-seat prices before talking to sales, since every plan is configured on request, or one that needs a fixed guarantee of format support, since the site ties SCORM, xAPI and LMS compatibility to the specific course and configuration.
