What it is
Go1 is a training content library for companies: one subscription that gives employees courses from more than 300 content providers, delivered through Go1's own platform or inside the LMS and HR tools a company already runs. It is built for L&D and HR teams who would rather not sign and manage a contract with every course publisher. The About page says that since Go1's creation in 2015 it has "grown into the largest online learning library in the world, built for people-first L&D leaders", and the home page says it is trusted by over 10,000 organizations. Its pitch is about time: the About page argues that "most L&D leaders spend more time managing and searching for online learning content than developing people", and the home page promises to "Cut admin time in half." Go1 now presents itself as an AI-powered L&D solution, and every page opens with a banner for Morgan, "Go1's intelligent agent that brings learning into everyday work."
The library
The plans page describes the full library as 80,000+ courses from over 300 providers in 120+ languages, with 7,000+ skills mapped to those courses and 100+ ready-made playlists aligned to skill development needs. Premium content comes "from select global brands, including Coursera, Pluralsight, Skillsoft, and Blinkist." Topics run across leadership, tech and soft skills, plus "Industry and department-specific compliance and upskilling content" and "Certification prep and CEU/CPD courses for project management, IT, cloud computing, and more." The product menu also lists Immersive Simulations alongside the content library.
The customer story from GT's Living Foods shows how a company uses it. Its one-person L&D team gave employees access to the whole library, then about 85,000 courses, so staff could search and enroll themselves instead of waiting for the team to pick courses for them. The most searched topics there were communication, leadership training, conflict management and teamwork, alongside compliance and industry training, and the company found content for its English- and Spanish-speaking staff. It built an internal "GT's University" on Go1, connected through its WorkRamp platform, and reports active learners rising 3x to over 300. Its next steps, the story says, are individual development plans for its admin staff, with Go1 as the place employees go to learn something on their own, and gamified learning through Learners of the Month and a monthly raffle for staff who finish the designated courses. A related story on the same page says JCDecaux raised learner engagement to 95% with Go1 while cutting costs by £75,000 a year.
What learners and admins get
The plans page lists the learner experience as AI-powered discovery tools, mobile-accessible content with uniform playback, interactive quizzes, personalized course recommendations, and "Certification of completion for all courses." That last point is a certificate of completion from Go1, not a degree or accreditation; the CEU/CPD courses are a separate category within the library.
Administrators get AI-powered discovery and curation tools, centralized reporting and dashboards, content management tools, user management and group automation, and "Comprehensive insights and industry benchmarking." The product menu adds Reporting & Insights, Learner Experience, The Go1 Platform and Go1 Pay as named parts of the product.
Integrations
Go1 is designed to sit inside a company's existing tools. The home page counts 75+ integrations, with reporting and embedded learning, and says employees can discover content "in the tools your employees already use." The plans page lists integrations with SSO and identity management tools and with LMS and HRIS systems, and the Essentials Select plan mentions "Integrations with 70+ HR and LMS systems." A Go1 for developers page is linked from the footer, as is a Trust center.
Plans
The plans page names three plans and publishes no prices; each route leads to a sales conversation.
- Essentials Select is "For small teams who need a budget-friendly way to deliver essential training." The team chooses 10, 25 or 50 courses from the Premium Essentials library and can swap them at any time. It includes industry-specific compliance and upskilling content, support and on-demand resources with ready-made playlists, and integrations with 70+ HR and LMS systems.
- Premium Essentials is "For organizations looking to increase employee engagement with a cost-effective solution", with "Unlimited access to 80,000+ courses from over 300 providers in 120+ languages."
- Premium Pro is "For organizations looking to drive cultural shifts with best-in-class content and personalized support", and adds exclusive providers available only on this plan.
The plans page also lists support in detail: 24/7 support, onboarding and platform guidance, access to learning and implementation experts, and comprehensive curation services, shown as 6 hours annually on Premium Essentials. A dedicated Customer Success Manager is "included for customers with qualifying investment levels."
Learning services
For companies that want more than the catalog, the learning services page offers content curation with "a dedicated learning consultant", strategic consultation, custom course development, L&D workshops and employee workshops. It gives three examples of past work: a leadership development program for first-time managers, a marketing competency framework, and role-based upskilling guides for one customer's industry. The site also runs learning hubs on workforce upskilling, leadership development, workplace compliance training and AI training for employees.
What customers say
Customer quotes on the site are specific. Mandy Rutherford, L&D Manager at Wave Utilities: "Before Go1, we were seeing completion rates of about 78%, but now we're at 98%." Karla Rainer, Director of HR at ABC Companies: "Go1 helped us move from transactional training to real learning that helps people grow in their roles." Sindy Ruiz of GT's Living Foods credits the library with keeping the company ahead on compliance: "before we were always playing catch up." The home page case study tiles cite a 20% engagement increase, a 3x active learner increase, 53 upskilled leaders, 7,000+ course completions and 100% self-enrollment, each from a customer case study.
Who it suits
Go1 suits companies that already run an LMS or HR platform and want a large, broad course library inside it under one contract, especially those with compliance obligations across several industries or staff working in several languages. Small teams can start with Essentials Select and a fixed set of 10 to 50 courses; larger organizations buy the full library, with Premium Pro for exclusive providers and closer support. A team that wants Go1's people to help with curation or custom courses can add learning services.
It is not a tool for building and selling courses, and a buyer who wants to see a price before talking to sales will not find one on the site.
