What TibaMe for Business is
TibaMe for Business is the corporate training brand of WiEdu Co. (緯育股份有限公司), a company the About page says was founded in 2015. It sells employers a "one-stop" training service built from three parts: the TibaMe 2.0 cloud training platform, a library of online and in-person courses, and an AI adoption consulting service. The site is written in Traditional Chinese, and its case studies come from employers in Taiwan, so the reader it serves is an HR or L&D team at a Chinese-speaking company that wants content, software and training design from one supplier.
The About page lists the brand's credentials: TTQS talent development quality certification, a place in "HolonIQ 2024 Taiwan EDTECH 50," ISO 27001 information security management certification, and AWS certification as a SaaS cloud platform.
The course library
The online library is what places TibaMe for Business among training libraries. The self-learning plan page promises "400 + 門優質課程" (400+ quality courses) on the platform, while the courses page, which also covers instructor-led sessions, headlines "500+企業培訓課程" (500+ corporate training courses).
The self-learning page breaks the online library into six modules, four for managers and two for AI:
- Common manager essentials, 53 courses: day-to-day management and coaching staff, manager communication, an "AI efficiency accelerator," business data analysis, and information security and occupational safety rules.
- First-line managers, 11 courses: AI for daily work management and front-line team management.
- Mid-level managers, 19 courses: AI-assisted decision making and cross-team management.
- Senior managers, 22 courses: AI business trends and corporate sustainability.
- AI OA talent module, 11 courses: AI basics, GPT use cases, AI projects and AI tools.
- AI automation module, 30 courses: AI for efficiency, knowledge management, data analysis and automated workflows.
The courses page organizes the wider catalog by three competency groups. Common competencies cover new-hire adjustment and core values, general workplace skills such as time management and digital tools, generative AI training on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools, and ESG topics. Management competencies run from reserve cadre programs through first-line supervisors to mid and senior executives. Functional competencies cover department skills (marketing, sales, HR, IT, customer service) and training for internal instructors in teaching, materials design and video course production. A personal growth track spans "6 大範疇、11 種職場人核心職能" (6 areas and 11 core workplace competencies), and the AI literacy track names Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot and RPA process automation.
The page also lists its six best-selling corporate courses of 2024 by instructor, led by a leadership course from 彭智彬 that the page summarizes as "4大提問步驟、8種思維架構" (4 questioning steps and 8 thinking frameworks). It names a panel of expert instructors on digital transformation, innovation and design thinking, AI transformation, executive leadership and HR strategy.
The TibaMe 2.0 platform
The cloud platform page sells the LMS as "即買即用 免建置與維護成本": ready to use on purchase, with no build or maintenance costs. Its FAQ says a company needs no server room, no system development and no extra maintenance staff. The homepage adds that the platform is built on the PDDRO framework and has no limit on concurrent learners, and the self-learning page says the PDDRO structure helps companies meet the TTQS standard.
The page describes what each role gets. Managers see learning progress and completion rates in real time, with reports by department and custom dashboards. HR can add the 400+ digital courses or bring in industry instructors, and the platform offers an AI assistant that draws on a company knowledge base with automatic Q&A, plus support for several material formats, live streaming and blended training. Employees learn on the web or in the app, in an interface available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Vietnamese and Thai. The FAQ lists the tracking metrics: completion rate and learning hours, test scores and skill assessments, learning history, and department or individual reports. It also says the platform suits multi-site and multinational companies, with synchronized training across regions.
Rollout is promised in four weeks: a needs interview with a consultant, a trial and proposal, setup with course loading and admin training, then launch with "24H即時客服" (24-hour live customer service). The page claims 94% of customer issues are resolved within seven days.
In-person training and AI consulting
For instructor-led work, the courses page describes a three-stage blended model: consultant-led design based on interviews and skills inventories, live sessions with industry practitioners using case exercises and group work, and follow-up through feedback, assignments and learning reports. The About page adds hands-on course-building coaching, corporate trainer training and commissioned course production.
The AI adoption service follows a four-stage "RACE" model (Recognize, Act, Co-create, Evolve) that moves from leadership alignment to personal AI assistants, cross-department workflows and finally SOPs and company AI modules. Its examples include a document-checking assistant for onboarding paperwork, an internal knowledge Q&A assistant, a customer service reply assistant and an SOP flowchart assistant.
Results the company reports
The case studies carry specific numbers. 遠傳電信, which the case study calls one of the three major domestic telecom carriers, is quoted on the homepage after two years as reporting that "同仁完課率達七成以上" (seven in ten or more staff completed their courses), and on the courses page as having more than 1,400 staff enroll in platform courses each year. The Kaohsiung Medical University hospital (高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院) ran a three-stage AI talent program in which the first cohort produced 12 project teams, 9 expected to deploy, and 7 live by January 2024; the homepage headline puts the deployment rate at 75%. The self-learning page adds anonymized results: more than 2,000 R&D staff at a global manufacturer each finishing 3 to 5 courses on average, a large traditional manufacturer in the south training more than 1,000 people across 6 plants in 6 months, and a store-based service company cutting new-hire training time by 50%.
Pricing and contact
The site publishes no prices. Every page offers a free 30-minute training consultation, and the About page offers a free trial of the service. Contact is by email at business@tibame.com or through the company's official LINE account.
Who it suits
TibaMe for Business suits mid-sized and large employers in Taiwan, or Chinese-speaking teams elsewhere, that want a ready catalog of management and AI courses on a hosted LMS without running their own system. Manufacturers with several plants, store chains with high staff turnover and financial firms building talent pools all appear in its case studies. Companies rolling out Copilot or similar AI tools get both courses and a consulting track. A team that needs English-language content or wants only software without a consultant in the loop should note that the library and the service model are built around Chinese-language corporate training.
