What Thinkdom is
Thinkdom is an e-learning development company in Bengaluru, India, and its eLearning Content Library is the off-the-shelf side of its business: a set of pre-built workplace courses an employer can deploy without commissioning anything. The library page describes it as "A ready-to-deploy elearning content library designed to help organizations launch training programs faster without the time, cost, or complexity of custom development," covering "essential business, compliance, and professional skills."
The reader is an HR or L&D team, often a small one, that needs training running quickly. Thinkdom's main business is custom course development, so a buyer who starts with the library can also ask the same team to build what the library lacks. The library page says as much, offering to build "customized elearning solutions" when a needed course is missing from the catalog.
On its homepage the company claims "6+ Years", clients in "4 Countries", "500,000+ Happy learners" and work across "25 Industries," and says it is "Trusted by 200+ L&D Teams."
What is in the library
The library page names the areas it covers rather than listing a full catalog.
Universal skills and workplace knowledge. The page gives Change Leadership, Workplace Ergonomics and Managing Feedback as examples, delivered as modules "designed with practical insights, interactive elements, and real-world examples."
Compliance. The flagship example is POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness. The page says these courses "cover how harassment occurs, investigation processes, retaliation risks, and preventive responsibilities." A short project card describes the POSH course as "Compelling, interactive, and gamified," aimed at all employees in "Organizations with >10 employees" that must run mandatory training. The homepage frames compliance work around "India's regulatory environment" and names Data Privacy alongside POSH.
Internal culture and strategic growth. Content meant to sit alongside a company's existing leadership frameworks and change programs.
Educational and collaborative learning. Courses for knowledge sharing, peer learning and cross-functional skills.
The library page makes three promises about the content itself. It is "Ready to consume," so learners can start "from day one." It is "High on storytelling," with "scenario-driven narratives and relatable workplace contexts." And it is "continuously updated with new-age skills, compliance essentials, and emerging workplace themes." Courses, the page says, are "developed and reviewed by industry experts, including subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and graphic designers."
How it fits into a company's systems
The library is content, not a platform. The FAQ says the library can be integrated into a buyer's existing LMS, "allowing you to manage training delivery, track learner progress, and measure performance data from a single platform." A buyer therefore needs an LMS of its own to host and track the courses.
The FAQ also covers branding. Library content "can be white-labelled and allows for limited customization," with "branding, messaging, or contextual references" adjustable while the core course stays pre-built. That lets a company put its own name on a POSH or ergonomics module without paying for a custom build.
The page pitches the library at three problems it sees L&D teams struggling with: finding "credible, high-quality ready-made elearning content," launching courses "without long development cycles," and measuring the return on training when content is scattered. Its cost argument is aimed past the training team: the library lets organizations deliver learning "at a fraction of the cost" of custom development, "helping CFOs and CEOs optimize budgets." For a team without spare designers, it adds, there is "no need to burden your team with additional development work," because modules are selected and dropped into the LMS rather than built.
Interactivity levels and custom work
The homepage sets out five levels of interactivity, which show what a learner sees in a Thinkdom course:
- Level 1, passive ("Read & Progress"): click-next and menu navigation, basic multiple-choice assessments and a completion certificate, suggested for compliance, onboarding, policies and SOPs.
- Level 1.5, basic ("Explore & Discover"): adds story-based learning and two exploratory interactions.
- Level 2, moderate ("Interact & Reinforce"): click-and-learn, timelines, sliders, tabs, drag-and-drop assessments and a completion certificate.
- Level 2.5, enhanced ("Experience & Apply"): adds scenario-based assessments, image hotspots and central navigation.
- Level 3, immersive ("Practice & Perform"): branching scenarios, simulations, custom animation, gamification and video.
The company offers a 15-minute call to walk through a real example at any level.
Beyond the library, the service menu covers L&D consulting, learning experience design, L&D marketing, custom e-learning content development, microlearning, blended learning, mobile learning, e-learning gamification, rapid e-learning, video-based learning, classroom-to-eLearning conversion and employee value proposition consulting. Its areas of expertise are induction and onboarding, sales enablement, culture training and compliance. Microlearning is described as "short, targeted bursts of content," and mobile learning as letting a team "access content on the go." The industries menu lists healthcare, oil and gas, banking and finance, manufacturing, automotive and hospitality, and the homepage adds tech, CSR, alco-bev, luxury jewelry and chemicals among sectors served.
Custom projects follow a three-step path on the library page: discover and define, design and develop (storyboards, interactive modules, visuals, media and assessments "aligned to your brand"), then review, refine and launch.
Pricing, contact and proof
There is no price list. The FAQ says a library subscription's cost "varies based on the topics selected, scale of deployment, and access requirements" and asks buyers to get in touch. The homepage offers a free 60-minute "L&D Health Checkup" consultation and a free strategy call with a reply "within 24 hours," plus an e-learning course development cost calculator and an L&D Health Score Calculator under Resources.
Contact runs by phone, WhatsApp and email, and the footer gives a Bengaluru address. One testimonial on the homepage comes from Mahima Ankolekar, L&D Manager at Godrej Industries: "I would recommend teaming up with Thinkdom for delivering high value e-learning modalities." The homepage also says it is "Ranked among the top eLearning companies globally" by eLearning Industry and was featured on Silicon India.
Who it suits
Thinkdom's library suits an organization in India that needs compliance and soft-skills courses running fast, above all a company that must roll out POSH training to every employee and wants an interactive course rather than a slide deck. It also suits a company that already has an LMS and wants white-labeled modules on change leadership, feedback or ergonomics without a development project.
It fits a buyer looking for an all-in-one platform less well: the library assumes your own LMS, and the site names only a handful of example titles, so the full list comes through a conversation with the team. For organizations that may later want custom courses, gamified modules or help with their L&D strategy, having the library and the studio under one roof is the practical advantage.
