M.I.T e-Solutions
Tap a star to rate
M.I.T e-Solutions is an e-learning company based in Graz, Austria, that sells corporate training to organizations in German-speaking countries. It has four parts: a library of ready-made online courses, custom course production, its own learning management system SITOS, and an authoring tool called WBTplus. The home page describes the company as "einer der führenden E-Learning Anbieter in Österreich und Deutschland" (one of the leading e-learning providers in Austria and Germany) and says that "Im deutschsprachigen Raum gelten wir als Pionier im E-Learning Bereich" (in the German-speaking region we are regarded as a pioneer in e-learning). Behind its solutions, the company says, stand "über 50 Jahre Erfahrung und weit über 5.000 Projekte" (over 50 years of experience and well over 5,000 projects).
This is a product for an L&D, HR or public sector training team that wants to put staff through compliance, safety, IT and soft skills training in German, with the option of having its own courses built.
What an organization gets
The standard course library
The standard content library holds "rund 200 standardisierten E-Learning Kursen" (around 200 standardized e-learning courses), which the home page says were all developed with subject matter experts. The library is organized into topic areas: Compliance, ESG, IT users, artificial intelligence, Management, Management Accounting, Productivity and Soft Skills, Security Skills, Safety and Health, and Environment and Sustainability. An organization picks the courses it needs rather than licensing everything.
The Productivity and Soft Skills page shows how the courses are built. They use the company's ActiBook format, described as interactive, web-based e-learning tutorials "mit scrollbaren Inhalten" (with scrollable content) and a flexible course structure that the company says suits soft skills and reflection topics. The page lists the courses as responsive on mobile devices, easy to navigate and structured step by step, so staff can learn "just-in-time" when their calendar allows. Sample titles include efficient working in the home office (with legal rules, workstation tips and communication), running meetings efficiently, and the basics of communication skills.
The accessibility blog lists further titles from the library: a code of conduct course, compliance basics, data protection basics, corruption prevention, antitrust law, fire safety (Brandschutz) and first aid (Erste Hilfe). Several course pages link to the courses on lona.eu, and the company's event page names LONA as its standard package.
Custom courses
The second line is Individual-Content: courses built to a client's brief. The home page names interactive product videos, software simulations and classic web-based training as formats, and says the online trainings can stand alone or form part of a blended learning program. The case studies show the range: an online training on Germany's federal travel expenses law built for the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf in time for a software go-live, MR safety instruction for a hospital, hunting exam preparation for Heintges delivered as both a web and an app version, and web-based trainings on digital media and youth wellbeing for SOS-Kinderdorf.
SITOS, the learning management system
SITOS is the company's own LMS, described on the home page as "modularen und skalierbaren" (modular and scalable). The e-learning FAQ says, "Für Unternehmen bieten wir mit SITOS® unser eigenes Lernmanagementsystem an." The case studies show how clients use it. The Austrian Armed Forces (Österreichisches Bundesheer) runs SITOS for distance training across the whole ministry, with access over a secured channel from different devices. Wolf Systembau uses it to train installers on safety and technology and to share recorded online meetings with sales staff. Rossi Roth KG uses it mainly as a customer portal for e-learning courses, hosted by M.I.T with its own chat function. Haas Fertigbau runs mandatory instruction such as data protection and occupational safety through it, along with soft skills training and internal sales courses.
WBTplus and accessibility
WBTplus is the authoring tool. The accessibility blog says it builds tests, learning nuggets, classic and accessible e-learning courses, and that organizations can license it to create accessible courses themselves. The blog lists screen reader support, keyboard operation, readability when zoomed, BITV 2.0 compliant video players, image, link and animation descriptions and full audio narration. The company says it follows the German BITV 2.0 standard, and that in 2023 a basic WBT version built for the Bundesakademie für öffentliche Verwaltung (BAköV) passed the BIK BITV test according to the test report. On the standard library, the blog says retrofitting "über 200 E-Learning Kursen" (over 200 e-learning courses) is happening step by step, with new courses produced as accessible microlearning units from the start. The site also lists diBAss, an assistance system, among its tools.
AI and integration
An event page for the eLearning SUMMIT Baden-Württemberg 2026 describes the company's own all-in-one AI, which it says generates content, builds simulations and adapts learning paths, delivering content that is multilingual, in micro-learning units, accessible and "sauber per SCORM/API integrierbar" (cleanly integrable via SCORM or API). The same page names SITOS X as the LMS offering.
Track record and terms
Pricing. The site publishes no prices. The e-learning FAQ says there is no flat price, that costs depend on scope, format and often the number of participants, and that standard content is cheaper than commissioned training. It points to a price calculator for the company's license models.
Clients. The home page client list includes AOK Bundesverband, Hamburger Hochbahn, Landesverwaltung Nordrhein-Westfalen, Technische Universität Wien, AVL List, apoBank, Daimler Truck, Steiermärkische Sparkasse, the Austrian Armed Forces and Sartorius. Named testimonials add detail. STRATEGIEdesign says it ran a training program with M.I.T for "über 1.000 Berater:innen und IT-Expert:innen" (over 1,000 consultants and IT experts). Wien Holding has used the MS Office 365 course series since October 2022. TÜV Rheinland Akademie says M.I.T courses complement its portfolio of "über 1.300 Angeboten" (over 1,300 offerings) on its myCompetence platform. Vebego Facility Services notes that embedding learning modules from other content providers worked without technical problems.
Contact. Support and sales run by phone and email from the Graz office, and the site offers demo bookings.
Who it suits
M.I.T e-Solutions suits a German-speaking organization, from a mid-sized firm to a ministry, that needs compliance, safety, Office and soft skills courses and may later want its own content built. Public bodies with accessibility duties have the most to gain from WBTplus and the BITV work. Teams that want courses and an LMS from one supplier can take SITOS; teams with an LMS already can bring the courses in via SCORM.
The catalog is German-language and the company's base, client list and regulatory focus are Austrian and German, so an organization training an English-speaking workforce would need to commission content. Pricing comes through a quote or the calculator rather than a published plan.
