What It Is
Intellezy is a corporate learning and development company for organizations that need to train employees, and its best-known product is an off-the-shelf training video library. The FAQ on its home page describes the company this way: "Intellezy is a corporate learning and development company that helps organizations build a future-ready workforce." Around the library sit three other service lines: custom learning built by an in-house team, instructor-led training, and L&D consulting, with a separate set of AI adoption services added on top.
The reader here is an L&D, HR or training lead. Individual learners do not buy from Intellezy directly; the company sells to organizations, and every engagement, in its own words, "starts with a complimentary scoping call and a dedicated in-house team." The home page puts some scale figures beside that: 2k+ daily learners, 7M+ learners helped, 40+ languages and 200+ countries served.
The Training Video Library
The library is the part of Intellezy that belongs in a training-libraries directory. The home page describes it as "13,000+ on-demand lessons covering AI tools, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and business skills. SCORM-compatible, 40 languages, consistently updated, one flat company-wide fee."
The topic menus show how deep each area goes:
- AI tools and skills: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, prompt writing, and responsible and ethical use.
- Microsoft 365: Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI and Access.
- Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive and Meet.
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Acrobat.
- Business skills: leadership, communication, cyber security, compliance, professionalism and etiquette, and health and wellness.
Every one of those menus ends in "And more", and a full course catalog can be searched and filtered on the site. A second menu groups training by need rather than by tool: onboarding, new manager training, leadership development, workplace compliance, technical skills, soft skills, product training, sales enablement, and specific compliance topics such as active shooter, sexual harassment and workplace safety. That mix makes the library a fit for two jobs at once: software adoption, where a company rolls out a tool and needs short lessons on it, and recurring HR and compliance training.
Delivery is the point that matters most for a team that already runs an LMS. The FAQ answers the question directly: "Intellezy's video library is SCORM-compatible and works with any major LMS." The company's blog explains the general model of an off-the-shelf SCORM package that can be loaded onto an LMS and made available to a team, and the home page's case studies show it in practice. Prysmian Group, described as a global manufacturer with 30,000+ employees and low LMS engagement, received the video content via SCORM into its existing platform "with no system change", and the case study reports 4.7/5 learner satisfaction and a marked rise in LMS activity. A quote from the client says both content bundles it bought were engaging and increased activity in its learning management system.
Custom Learning and Instructor-Led Training
Intellezy's second line is building training to order. The home page says its "in-house team designs and develops learning around your goals, then delivers it end to end, including custom eLearning, instructional design, instructor-led training, video production, and LMS support." Custom eLearning is labeled the company's most requested build service. The blog describes custom eLearning as courses unique to a business, "purpose-built for your employees based on their roles and your overarching business strategy", and says custom material can use mechanics such as gamification, mobile learning apps and augmented reality.
The delivery menu lists instructor-led training (live and virtual, shown as ILT/VILT), blended learning and immersive learning. On the build side it lists instructional design, custom eLearning development and training video production. The FAQ notes that custom courses "are built to your platform's requirements", and that most clients combine more than one format.
One case study shows the scale of a typical build: JVS, a San Francisco workforce development nonprofit with a one-person L&D team, needed its two-week in-person job search program turned into asynchronous online learning. Intellezy audited and remapped the program and delivered eight interactive modules with in-house video.
L&D Consulting and LMS Services
The third line is consulting for teams short on capacity. The site describes it as bringing "the strategy and the practitioners to close the gap, from staff augmentation to organizational change management." The consulting menu lists change management, staff augmentation, LMS migration and LMS administration. The FAQ adds that for organizations changing systems or struggling to manage their current one, Intellezy provides LMS migration and administration.
The ndd Medical Technologies case study is the concrete example: after a manual migration had taken months, the company needed 88 SCORM courses in English, Spanish and German moved to a new LMS. Intellezy migrated all 88 courses across the three languages with a custom-branded setup.
AI Adoption Services
A separate AI adoption section bundles an AI workshop, AI skills training and AI change management. Two free tools sit in front of it: an AI readiness assessment that the site says benchmarks an organization in 5 minutes, and an AI ROI calculator meant to help budget owners build the business case for the workshop. One testimonial, from a vice president at Related Management Company, describes the AI workshop as informative, easy to follow and tailored to the team's industry.
Pricing and Terms
The FAQ is plain about the pricing model: "Pricing depends on the solution. The video library uses a flat company-wide fee for organizations up to 250 employees, with custom quotes above that." So a company with up to 250 employees pays one fee for everyone rather than buying seats, and a larger organization gets a quote. The fee itself is not printed. For custom work, the FAQ says services are delivered under "transparent, budget-conscious pricing, with the scope and investment confirmed before work begins", and the complimentary scoping call produces the estimate. The site describes that call as a no-commitment conversation about goals, learners and gaps, after which the client has "a clear sense of scope before committing to anything."
The video library is described on the blog as award-winning, and the home page carries an "Award-Winning Learning Solutions" heading.
Who It Suits
Intellezy suits an organization that wants ready-made software and business skills training inside the LMS it already runs, particularly one rolling out Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe tools or generative AI and needing short, multilingual lessons for a broad workforce. A company of up to 250 employees gets the simplest deal, a flat company-wide fee instead of per-seat licensing. Larger organizations, like the 30,000-employee manufacturer in the case studies, can use the same library under a custom quote.
It also suits L&D teams that need extra hands: a one-person training function converting classroom programs, a company migrating SCORM courses between systems, or a business that wants change management around an AI rollout. Because the same vendor sells off-the-shelf content, custom builds and consulting, a team can start with the library and add custom modules later.
It is a weaker fit for an individual learner, since there is no consumer purchase path on the site, and for a buyer who wants to compare prices before talking to anyone: every route, including the flat library fee, runs through a scoping call. Organizations whose training is mainly deep industry-specific content outside software, business and compliance skills would lean on the custom service rather than the library.
