What it is
FranklinCovey is a leadership and organizational performance company that sells training to employers, schools and individual leaders. For a training team, its main product is a library of its own leadership and culture content, the All Access Pass, delivered with technology and backed by coaching and consulting. The home page describes the formula as a combination of "our content, people, and technology", aimed at three outcomes: develop great leaders, build a winning culture, and create breakthrough results. The company's tagline is "We give strategy the human edge™", and the site gives its credentials in four numbers: 160+ countries served, 40+ years in leadership and organizational performance, 8,000+ Leader in Me schools in over 50 countries, and 15,000+ client engagements per year. The legal name in the footer is Franklin Covey Co., and the footer links to investor relations.
What a training team gets
The site sets out four ways to buy, under the heading "Drive Performance, Your Way": All Access Pass, Impact Platform, Coaching and Consulting.
The All Access Pass® is the training library. The home page describes it as "Flexible access to FranklinCovey's content, tools, and technology" and, further down, as "All of FranklinCovey's world-class content, whenever and wherever you need it, plus the people and technology you need to drive and measure progress." That last phrase matters for an L&D buyer: the pass is sold as content plus support and progress tracking, not as a bare course catalog. The site also links to a full product catalog "to find the right courses for your organization's evolving needs."
The Impact Platform is the technology side, with its own login linked from the footer. A separate login exists for 4DXos, tied to The 4 Disciplines of Execution® (4DX®), FranklinCovey's framework for executing priorities, and another for Leader in Me, its program for schools.
Coaching Services aim to "Develop stronger leaders through personalized guidance and accountability." Consulting Services are "Tailored consulting and training experiences that turn learning into action."
For individuals and smaller groups, Personal Workshops offer "impactful, personalized development" in three formats: Live Online, Live In-Person and On Demand.
How the content is organized
The site lets a buyer find content in four ways. By business need, for leaders and organizations facing "today's toughest challenges" in engagement, alignment and performance. By industry, with "industry-targeted solutions." By leadership level, equipping "leaders at every level with the mindsets and skillsets to build trust, navigate change, and achieve breakthrough results." And by product, through the catalog.
The three outcome areas describe what the content covers. Developing great leaders means building "high-performing leaders at all levels of your organization, aligning everyone around purpose and priorities." Building a winning culture means creating "high-trust leaders, teams, and cultures with time-tested, principle-centered frameworks, processes, and tools." Creating breakthrough results means "helping you identify, align, and execute your most important priorities", which is where 4DX sits.
The current themes on the home page lean toward change and AI. An insight report titled "AI Transformation & The Human Imperative" explores disruption, trust and AI. Free guides include "From Burnout to Breakthrough", "Too Much Disruption, Too Little Leadership", "Trust & Inspire: The Leadership Framework Built for Disruption", "Putting the Audience First: How Great Presenters Drive Action" and "Making the Leadership Leap: Transform Individual Contributors Into Leaders." A live event, "AI Works When People Do", covers the behaviors that drive AI adoption. The site's argument for all of this is a cited statistic: without the human edge, "70% of organizational transformations fail", sourced in a footnote to McKinsey, Work Report, 2026. The home page adds that transformations rarely fail because of the strategy or the technology, and that "In a world where the tools are increasingly the same, your organization's human capability directly determines your outcomes." That is the case FranklinCovey makes for buying leadership training rather than more software.
Free material and events
Much of FranklinCovey's material is free to sample before buying. The site offers free webcasts "hosted by world-class experts", on-demand recordings of past webcasts, and live webcasts such as "Expect a Lot, Care a Lot", a discussion with the book's authors. The resources menu also lists a blog, books, case studies, guides and tools, planners, podcasts and videos. A Speakers Bureau lets companies book FranklinCovey's thought leaders for their own events, and the company appears at conferences. The footer links to a continuing education page.
Customer stories
The home page tells four customer stories, each tied to one of the outcome areas:
- AdventHealth partnered with FranklinCovey on leadership development during rapid expansion. The site says targeted programs lifted leader effectiveness scores from 81 to 87 and employee satisfaction from 77 to 84, while enabling 50% regional growth and the highest patient experience scores in the hospital system.
- First Dakota National Bank ran a continuous-learning program for leaders and employees. The site credits it with higher employee engagement, increased deposits, and contributing to recognition as the "Best Bank in South Dakota" by Forbes for two consecutive years.
- EōS Fitness implemented 4DX during rapid growth. The site says it tripled its Net Promoter Score, boosted friendliness ratings and achieved record performance in sales and personal training.
- Sory Elementary adopted Leader in Me to address behavior challenges and low performance, creating a culture where every student could lead.
These are FranklinCovey's own case studies, and the results are the customers' as the site reports them.
Price and buying
The site publishes no prices for the All Access Pass, the Impact Platform, coaching or consulting; every product route ends in "Request a Demo." Inquiries are split between North America (the United States and Canada) and Global Locations for the other countries the company serves.
Who it suits
FranklinCovey suits mid-size and large organizations that want a leadership and culture program built on one set of established frameworks, delivered as a library with technology and people behind it. A company that wants managers at every level working from the same principles, or that wants to roll out 4DX to execute a few key priorities, is the clearest fit. Schools are served separately through Leader in Me, and individual leaders can join personal workshops live online, in person or on demand.
It is a weaker fit for a team that wants a broad marketplace of courses from many publishers, since the content is FranklinCovey's own, or for a company that wants to compare prices online and buy self-service. Organizations that want to build their own courses will need a separate authoring tool or LMS.
