e-learning.pl is a Polish provider of corporate e-learning that sells a library of ready-made business courses alongside custom course production, LMS implementation and consulting. The brand belongs to Konsorcjum doradczo-szkoleniowe S.A., a training and consulting company registered in Warsaw, and the site footer runs from 1995 to 2026. The homepage says it designs and implements e-learning for companies "które odpowiadają na realne potrzeby HR, menedżerów i pracowników" (that answer the real needs of HR, managers and employees), with the aim that digital learning works in an organization over the long term rather than once.
The buyer is an HR or L&D team in a Polish company, typically a large one: the English homepage says e-learning.pl implements platforms "in the largest Polish organizations". A team can license courses from the library, have courses built to order, get an LMS set up or rebuilt, and train its own staff to run e-learning, all from one supplier.
The ready-made library
The library is why the listing sits among training libraries. The homepage says e-learning.pl has a "constantly expanded library of business training materials, which already includes over 800 items", and that "The trainings are based on the know-how of House of Skills." The figures block on the Polish homepage lists +500 ready-made e-resources that can be used at any time. Courses are sold as licenses, including perpetual licenses: a summer promotion ran from 1 June to 31 August 2026 in which buyers of perpetual licenses for ready-made courses received the same number of extra licenses, of the same value, free.
Next to its own library, e-learning.pl resells two Harvard Business Impact tools, Harvard ManageMentor and the Harvard Business Publishing Collection, with full implementation support. The Polish homepage says it is the only company in Poland offering these resources. It also sells Articulate 360, the authoring suite, for teams that want to build courses themselves without programming.
The site invites companies to test the offer free ("Przetestuj bezpłatnie") and offers a free consultation.
Custom course production
Most of the testimonials concern courses made to order. The English homepage describes them as "Trainings to order, fully tailored to the specific requirements of the company. They are usually based on documents or knowledge provided by the contracting authority." The site lists the formats it works with as audio, video, animation, photographs and gamification, and the Polish page adds VR, AR and MR. It also lists immersive training as a separate service, and an onboarding system for organizing how new hires are brought in.
The client quotes show the range. Przewozy Regionalne asked for training on company values in a short, engaging format and received "attractive multimedia stories, which are a metaphor of values" adapted to different roles. Warta commissioned a training game and praised the team's "meticulous development of the game logic and its administration mechanisms". SuperPharm mentions scenario writing, corrections and publication of the courses on the platform, and singles out an inventive approach to a course on children's products.
Platforms and consulting
On platforms, the homepage says: "We will help you in setting up the platform on your or our servers, we will rebuild its functionalities. We will design new modules, advise on tools." The Polish figures block counts 100+ platform implementations and 180 000+ users a year on the platforms e-learning.pl maintains. In its testimonial, Przewozy Regionalne credits the company with "servicing almost 8,000 users of the platform" and with fast, clear answers for staff new to interactive learning.
Consulting and workshops cover every stage of a project, and the company says it will also train the client's team "so that they can independently develop the subsequent stages". A separate offer covers workshops for universities.
Training for e-learning teams
e-learning.pl also teaches the profession. The Szkoła e-learningu (School of E-learning Managers) is described on the Polish homepage as "Jedyny taki program na polskim rynku, kompleksowo przygotowujący do pełnienia roli menedżera e-learningu" (the only program of its kind on the Polish market, comprehensively preparing for the role of e-learning manager). A news item from July 2026 says enrollment for the next edition has opened, with topics including how to develop e-learning in an organization and how to combine business needs, modern technology, AI and learning experience design. A banner says the next group starts in October.
The E-learning BOOTCAMP is described on the English page as "Flagship stationary training, which we organize only once a year", teaching strategic and practical knowledge for anyone working in e-learning, and the Polish page promises real skills in designing, implementing and managing e-learning. Shorter online courses on e-learning topics cover key concepts and practical competencies for future specialists, and can be bought individually. NFZ recommends the company for practical training on the Storyline 2 authoring tool.
Scale and clients
The Polish homepage gives 300+ projects a year, 180 000+ users, 100+ platform implementations and clients from 30 different sectors, and says the company's clients are "największe polskie marki" (the largest Polish brands). Testimonials come from SuperPharm, Randstad, ArcelorMittal, NFZ, Przewozy Regionalne and Warta. Randstad values "direct contact with the project leader and the implementation team, quick response to comments, proactivity and commitment at every stage of the jointly realized project."
The site also publishes guides, e-books (including a practical guide to corporate e-learning and a free practical guide to AI), webinars, podcasts and case studies. Its contact form offers the option to talk through a sign language interpreter, and the footer links to an accessibility statement.
Pricing
No course or project prices appear on the homepage; companies book a free consultation for a quote.
Who it suits
e-learning.pl suits mid-sized and large Polish organizations that want a single partner for e-learning: a ready-made library for common business skills, custom courses built from their own documents, and a platform set up and maintained for thousands of users. Teams building in-house capability can send staff to the School of E-learning Managers or the bootcamp, and buy Articulate 360 through the same supplier. Companies interested in Harvard ManageMentor get it with local implementation support.
The offer is built around the Polish market and Polish-language delivery, so it fits Polish-speaking organizations best. A small team that wants a self-service course subscription without a consultation may find the model heavier than it needs.
