Crehana is a Spanish-language HR software platform for companies in Latin America, with corporate training as one of its core modules. Its homepage describes HR software that covers the whole talent cycle, "desde el reclutamiento hasta el crecimiento" (from recruitment to growth), in one platform that is modular and powered by AI. For an L&D or HR team, the training part, Crehana Learn, offers an LMS, a learning experience platform and a ready-made library of +6,300 courses, paths and academies. The homepage says +1200 companies in LATAM use it, and that +1.200 clients have managed their teams with Crehana for more than 3 years.
Crehana also has a side for individual learners: its course catalog advertises more than 1000 certified online courses, and the footer links to Premium membership, scholarships and a project gallery. But the homepage today is aimed at companies, and the product a buyer evaluates is the HR and learning suite.
Crehana Learn, the training module
The training module is built around three pieces the site names in its menu: an LMS to run training programs from one central platform, an LXP for personalized learning experiences, and Contenido, ready-to-use learning material. The homepage says a company can train its team with +6,300 courses, paths and academies and track progress through "experiencias personalizadas y gamificadas" (personalized and gamified experiences).
Three features are listed for Crehana Learn:
- an LMS with content adapted to the business, so a company can shape the library around its own needs;
- automatic evaluations and skills diagnostics, which let managers see where capability gaps are before assigning training;
- social and collaborative learning, rather than only solo course completion.
The course catalog page shows how wide the library goes. Categories include leadership, marketing, personal development, digital transformation, data science, sales and customer experience, productivity and software, operations management, and administration and finance, alongside creative topics such as digital illustration, graphic design, digital product design, photography and video, 3D modeling and animation, digital architecture, drawing and painting, crafts and cooking, and lifestyle. Learners can filter by level, software and duration. That mix is why the listing also sits under skills libraries: it covers business skills and creative skills in one subscription.
Crehana's own blog describes further learner formats: course packs of 3 courses on one topic, specializations (series of courses aimed at one professional area, with examples in content marketing, leadership, e-commerce, social media, illustration, business innovation and embroidery), and MicroDegrees in digital marketing and product management that the post says are backed by UTEC (Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología). The same post lists Crehana Premium benefits for individual members: personalized mentoring, new course premieres and exclusive live sessions every week, support by chat and phone, exclusive specializations and case studies of global companies, plus a free course every day. That post dates from 2021, so these learner-side details may have changed.
The rest of the HR suite
Training links into the other modules, which is the main reason to choose Crehana over a standalone course library.
Crehana Core (people management) centralizes documents, time off, org charts, signatures and tasks. It automates onboarding and offboarding flows, handles absences, leave and permissions, and includes integrated digital signature, internal communication and benefits management.
Crehana Attract (recruitment) is described as an intelligent ATS that takes hiring from vacancy to contract. It publishes and manages vacancies, shows a visual candidate pipeline, uses scorecards and candidate profiles, matches candidates to vacancies automatically, and automates communications and assessments.
Crehana Perform (performance) manages OKRs, goals and development plans from one view: 360 feedback and competencies, goals aligned with the business, individual development plans and succession planning.
Crehana Engage (climate) runs eNPS, climate surveys and automatic pulse surveys, with recognition built into daily use and real-time reports.
The menu also lists attendance management (clock-in from the app or by facial recognition, biometric device integration through an API, shift management and overtime rules) and payroll management (payroll automation, payments sent 24/7 to any bank, automatic stamping and compliance with SAT, IMSS and IDSE, and payroll simulations). An Apps and Integrations page is marked as coming soon.
Reporting and Crehana AI
Analytics sit across all modules. The homepage lists automated reports by user, team or area, real-time tracking of learning paths, OKRs, feedback and progress, and Reportería 360 for key talent metrics. Workforce analytics is marked as coming soon.
Crehana AI generates insights on these dashboards. The site names sentiment analysis of open comments, intelligent search inside the organization, 24/7 automated assistance, task automation, knowledge management, personalized recommendations for each employee, and real-time analysis.
Customers, onboarding and support
Customer quotes on the homepage come from training and HR leads at Davivienda, Banco Hipotecario and Fundación Leer, among others. Alexander Ortiz Rico of Davivienda is quoted saying the greatest value is "la diversidad de sus cursos" (the diversity of its courses). Camila Dunphy, a training analyst at Banco Hipotecario, says it let the bank "llegar a más gente, ahorrar en movilidad y ganar en cultura del aprendizaje" (reach more people, save on travel and build a learning culture). Fundación Leer uses it to train its community of educators and volunteers, which shows the training module also serves nonprofits with a dispersed workforce. Oscar Perilla, quoted under climate management, points to having everything in one tool, with alerts, notifications and follow-up.
Crehana describes a four-step service model: guided implementation from the start with training on the platform, continuous strategic reviews to get more from it, personalized and adaptive attention, and fast technical support. There are apps on Google Play and the App Store, and the site links to a help center, blog, podcast and downloadable resources.
The site publishes no prices for the business platform; every call to action leads to a demo request or a sales conversation.
Who it suits
Crehana fits mid-sized and large companies in Spanish-speaking Latin America that want training, performance and HR administration in one system. An L&D team gets a large Spanish-language library it does not have to build, plus skills diagnostics and development plans that connect training to performance reviews. HR teams that also need recruitment, climate surveys, attendance or payroll can add those modules on the same employee data.
It is less suited to organizations that need English-language content or a platform for selling their own courses, and a company that only wants a course library may find the HR suite more than it needs. Individual learners can still use the course catalog and Premium membership, but the company's focus has moved to business buyers.
