ADR Formación
Tap a star to rate
ADR Formación is a Spanish eLearning company that sells three things to organizations: ready-made online courses, its own learning platform called eLysa, and turnkey training projects built around both. The homepage calls it "Tu proveedor global de soluciones e-learning" (your global provider of eLearning solutions) and sums up the offer as training for institutions and companies, SCORM content and the eLysa LMS. The reader is an L&D or HR team, a training company or a public administration that needs content, a platform or both. The company has worked in eLearning "Desde 1998" (since 1998), is based in Logroño, La Rioja, and says its team serves clients in Spanish.
The course library: Editorial SCORM
The content side is called Editorial SCORM. The homepage describes "Más de 900 cursos en formato SCORM, desarrollados por expertos y listos para integrar en cualquier plataforma LMS" (more than 900 SCORM courses, developed by experts and ready to plug into any LMS). The library is built around competency-based learning and is presented as a consistent, constantly updated offer. Four points back it up on the page: "Contenidos vivos" (living content) updated by experts; "Calidad certificada" with the "ANCYPEL · AENOR" seal; "Autonomía y flexibilidad", meaning immediate, customized download of the content; and an AI assistant offering "Atención al alumnado 24x7" (24x7 learner support).
For a buyer that already runs an LMS, this is the main reason to look at ADR. The contact form even has an option for exactly that case: an organization that already has an eLearning platform and is looking for SCORM content to extend its offer.
The wider training catalog is organized into a general catalog, public administration, training for companies, AI specialist certificates (marked new), digital competences mapped to DigComp 2.2, formal training specialties and in-person training. Individuals can also buy courses, which the site sums up as "Aprende haciendo · Tutor experto · Con certificación" (learn by doing, expert tutor, with certification). The courses are written by ADR's "Red de Talento", a network of subject experts the company recruits.
The eLysa platform
eLysa is ADR's own LMS. The homepage says organizations can "Crea, gestiona e imparte formación desde una plataforma SaaS de desarrollo propio potenciada por IA" (create, manage and deliver training from an in-house SaaS platform powered by AI). It runs on AWS, which the company presents as "Capacidad sin límites" (unlimited capacity), and it is described as compliant with current regulations ("Cumplimiento con FUNDAE, SEPE"), which matters because the site ties FUNDAE to "formación bonificada", the subsidized training Spanish employers can fund from their training credit. It covers formats "Desde grados y masters a microformaciones" (from degrees and master's programs to micro-courses), and includes an AI authoring tool for creating, updating and managing content.
The platform comes as a family of modules: eLysa LMS, eLysa LCMS, eLysa CdP, eLysa Academy, eLysa Live, eLysa Grade, eLysa Training and eLysa Quick. Ray, "la IA de eLysa", is the newest addition, and the contact form offers a session on all of Ray's functions. A blog post from September 2026 reports new accessibility features and more modern PDF documents in eLysa.
ADR's own LMS guide on its blog adds detail. It describes eLysa as a commercial cloud LMS, so there is no server to rent and no support to arrange separately, with course creation helped by an AI tool, an easy virtual classroom, collaborative learning tools and an internal messaging system. It says the main users are companies that deliver online training professionally, and that the platform is well suited to subsidized training because it has tools adapted to FUNDAE and SEPE.
Corporate Center and turnkey projects
For companies that want to start quickly, the Corporate Center is "Un espacio gratuito" (a free space) for managing an organization's training centrally and independently, with access to "más de 900 formaciones" (more than 900 courses). It offers an AI-personalized training plan, real-time tracking, centralized documentation and control of subsidized training, and ADR says it manages FUNDAE-subsidized training for free.
The alternative is a "Proyecto a medida llave en mano" (turnkey custom project), in which ADR designs and runs the whole solution: consulting and needs analysis, branding with the client's identity, learner enrollment and tracking, and specialized technical service. The contact form lists the typical requests: using an employer's FUNDAE training credit, finding a platform to deliver online training, or outsourcing the management and delivery of a staff training plan for a public body or a company.
Scale and credentials
The homepage figures are "1,3 M Alumnos formados" (1.3 million learners trained), 550 active platforms, 1,900 courses developed and 23,000 courses delivered. The site says it has "Más de 25 años desarrollando soluciones eLearning" and that much of its training offer has quality certified by an external body. Recent news includes AI microcredentials developed with the University of La Rioja. ADR also runs Educaplay, a separate platform for creating and sharing educational activities, and publishes a blog, a knowledge center and free eBooks, including a free checklist template for comparing LMS requirements.
The "Por qué ADR Formación" section makes the case for a single supplier: technology developed in-house and kept evolving by its own team, a broad catalog written by its expert network, solutions adapted to companies, public administrations and training organizations, and a team that works in Spanish and stays with the client through every phase of a project. The pitch for eLysa itself is that it lets a client "Multiplica la capacidad de tu equipo formativo" (multiply the capacity of your training team) and launch a project in record time. The company also publishes an information security and quality policy and has an R&D (I+D+i) section.
The site publishes no prices for eLysa, the courses or projects; a specialist replies to inquiries, the page says, in under 24 working hours with no-obligation advice.
Who it suits
ADR Formación suits Spanish-speaking organizations above all. A company with its own LMS can buy SCORM courses from a library of more than 900 titles with certified quality. A business that wants to use its FUNDAE training credit without building anything can start in the free Corporate Center. A training company or public administration that needs a full platform, with AI authoring, a module family from LMS to LCMS and FUNDAE and SEPE compliance, can license eLysa or hand the whole project to ADR as a turnkey service.
The content and service are in Spanish, so organizations training staff in other languages will find the catalog less useful, and buyers who want to compare prices up front will need to request a quote.
