Integratek
Tap a star to rate
Integratek is an online training provider for teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, pedagogues and families, specializing in learning differences and inclusive education. Its tagline is "La comunidad que atiende la diversidad en el aprendizaje" (the community that serves diversity in learning), and the home page offers "Cursos homologados y herramientas innovadoras para docentes y profesionales del aprendizaje y la psicología" (officially recognized courses and innovative tools for teachers and professionals in learning and psychology). The company behind it is Integratek S.L.
The home page claims +80.000 people trained, among them teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, pedagogues and families, and +200 online courses, masterclasses and webinars. It says its programs have been chosen by people from more than 20 countries in Spain and Latin America, in person and online. The entry sits in teacher professional development and in continuing education, because a large part of the catalog is recognized for teachers' official in-service training.
What the courses are recognized for
The catalog page explains the recognition: the IDP-ICE of the University of Barcelona certifies some of the online and in-person courses, and "Estos cursos homologados son válidos para formación permanente, sexenios, traslados y concursos de oposiciones en todas las comunidades autónomas" (these recognized courses count for in-service training, sexenios, transfers and competitive exams in every autonomous community). The page adds that many courses are also recognized directly by the education departments of Aragón, Cataluña, Murcia and Valencia. The catalog filters by "Certificado IDP-ICE de la UB" and by in-service teacher training (formación permanente del profesorado) in Cataluña, Aragón and the Comunidad Valenciana.
For a Spanish teacher, that is the practical point: these hours can be counted (baremables) for public-sector job lists and the oposiciones exams. Not every product carries the recognition; one Catalan course is marked "Pendent d'homologació com a FPP", still awaiting recognition. The home page also says the courses are 100% eligible for FUNDAE funding (bonificables por FUNDAE), the Spanish system through which employers fund staff training.
The catalog
Courses are filtered by subject: dyslexia, autism, ADHD (TDAH), learning disorders, high abilities, emotional and behavioral difficulties, executive functions, neuroscience and neuroeducation, diagnostic assessment, inclusion and diversity, emotional education and wellbeing, mindfulness, conflict resolution and mediation, coeducation and gender perspective, reading and language, mathematics, educational technology, and AI in the classroom (IA en el aula). Course lengths run 60 hours or more, 40, 30, and 10 hours or less. Courses are offered in Spanish and Catalan, online and in person, and some are included in ITK Academy.
The format types are the recognized online course, the Catalan course, the online workshop (taller) and the masterclass. The home page sums up the method: learn at home "a tu ritmo, sin horarios ni calendario" (at your own pace, with no timetable or calendar), with professionally produced sessions and a community where students can ask questions and share experiences. Courses are taken in a virtual campus.

The trainers
The home page features four trainers. Rafa Guerrero is a clinical and health psychologist with a doctorate in education, expert in educational psychology, ADHD, learning disorders and behavior problems. María Garau is a neuropsychologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of school learning disorders at the UTAE of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu in Barcelona. Helena Alvarado is a psychologist, therapeutic pedagogue and licensed speech therapist, specializing in strategic therapy, developmental disorders and learning difficulties. Cristina García is a clinical psychologist specializing in diagnosing and treating children with neurodevelopmental disorders, also at the UTAE of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu. The site says it learns from "los mejores expertos de cada sector" and their clinical experience.

Ratings
Course cards show star ratings and review counts. The autism course shows 4,5 from 719 reviews, the learning and behavior disorders course 4,5 from 933, dyslexia 4,7 from 363 and ADHD 4,6 from 308. Newer courses have only a handful of reviews. The catalog page says the company runs surveys to update its offer.
Schools and contact
The footer links to plans for schools (Planes para Centros) and a certification page. Contact is by email at info@integratek.es or a contact form, and the site is available in Spanish and Catalan.
Who it suits
Integratek suits teachers in Spain who need recognized hours for sexenios, transfers or oposiciones and want them in special educational needs topics taught by clinicians, and teachers in Catalonia, Aragón or Valencia who can also count the regional recognition. Psychologists, speech therapists and pedagogues looking for clinically grounded training in ADHD, autism, dyslexia or high abilities fit as well, as do parents, who have their own guide course. Spanish employers can fund the courses through FUNDAE.
It suits less well a teacher outside Spain who needs credit recognized by their own education authority, or anyone who does not read Spanish or Catalan. Course creators looking for a platform to sell their own courses are not the audience.
